一种运动服装护垫的制作方法及由该方法获得的护垫 技术领域
本发明涉及运动服装的制作方法及由该方法获得的服装,具体涉及一种运动服装护垫的制作方法及由该方法获得的护垫。
背景技术
人们在进行各种运动时,一般都穿上专用的运动服装,以便于运动以及防止运动过程中身体受到伤害,尤其是对于职业运动者来说,更加重视专用运动服装对身体的保护。运动过程中,人体容易受伤的部位通常位于人体的着力部位,例如,膝部、肘部、肩部、臀部、裆部等。通常,专用运动服装会在上述部位设有护垫,在运动过程中起到缓冲作用,保护人体免受伤害。常见的护垫是设置在上述部位的一整块海绵体,具有一定的保护作用。但是由于所使用的海绵较厚,整块海绵不能像柔软的布料一样随人体的运动而自由地变形,因此使用时会显得行动不便或有异物感。
为解决上述问题,现有技术中虽然出现了具有一定折痕的护垫,使得护垫易于弯折,但是弯折灵活性仍然欠佳,并且生产灵活性不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种运动服装护垫的制作方法,该制作方法具有生产灵活性好、生产成本低等优点。
本发明的另外一个目的在于提供一种由上述制作方法获得的运动服装护垫。
本发明的目的通过以下的方案实现:
一种运动服装护垫的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将海绵制作成一个个独立的垫块;
(2)选取若干个垫块,利用热压合模具和热压成型设备将这些垫块与面布热压粘合在一起形成护垫,具体地,所述热压合模具具有用于容纳所述垫块的腔体,热压前,先在热压合模具上铺设第一层面布,然后将所述垫块铺设到相应的腔体处,再铺上第二层面布,面布与垫块之间涂抹有胶水,最后利用热压成型设备对三者进行热压粘合。
本发明的运动服装护垫的制作方法的一个优选方案,其中,所述垫块的边沿设置成阶梯式结构,所述步骤(1)中垫块的制作方法是:根据阶梯式垫块中每一层的厚度,每一层均选取相应厚度的海绵,利用激光切割设备将该海绵切割成与该层对应的形状,形成多层海绵块;最后将各层海绵块叠合在一起形成所述垫块。
在上述优选方案中,采用阶梯式垫块的作用在于,使用时阶梯式垫块中面积较小的一端与人体接触,外部的冲击力通过阶梯式垫块传递给人体,利用海绵的压缩变形缓冲冲击力,消耗冲击能量,在上述阶梯式垫块中,远离人体的部分面积较大,因此所消耗的冲击能量最多,而接触人体的部分面积较小,所消耗的冲击能量最少,利用这种面积逐渐缩小的阶梯式结构,使得所消耗的冲击能量阶梯式减少,最终作用在人体的载荷较小,达到进一步减轻冲击的目的。而采用多层海绵块叠合形成垫块的方法,成型方法简单,利用激光切割机直接切割即可,形状精度高;并且,可以在最后的粘合工艺中再将各层海绵块粘合在一起,无需预先将海绵块粘合,简化了工艺。
优选地,所述切割好的各层海绵块在步骤(2)中粘合在一起,具体地,所述步骤(2)中铺设物料的过程是:先铺上第一层面布,然后按照面积从小到大的顺序,依次铺上各个垫块中的各层海绵块,最后铺上第二层面布。这样可以 在最后的粘合工艺中再将各层海绵块粘合在一起,无需预先将海绵块粘合,简化了工艺。
优选地,铺设各层海绵块的方法是:首先,根据各个垫块在护垫中的排列位置以及阶梯式垫块中每一层海绵块的形状大小,利用激光切割设备在一张平板上切割出相应的定位孔,形成一张定位板,护垫中的每一层海绵块相应制作一张定位板;接着,在铺设第一层海绵块前,先在热压合模具中铺上第一张定位板,定位板与热压合模具之间依照定位基准进行定位,接着将各个垫块中的第一层海绵块铺设到定位板的定位孔中,铺设完第一层海绵块后,取下第一张定位板,再铺上第二张定位板,接着铺设第二层海绵块,如此直至各层海绵块均铺设完毕。
上述优选方案中,采用定位板辅助铺设海绵块,极大地提高了效率和定位的准确性,操作相当方便,并且定位板的加工简便,形状精确;直接将护垫的设计参数输入到激光切割机上,即可精确地加工出所述定位板;并且该定位板可以重复使用,成本低。所述定位板可以由纸片、塑料薄板、薄模板等平板制作,优选采用纸片制作,纸片具有取材容易、成本低、便于激光切割等优点。所述定位板与热压合模具之间的定位可以采用多种形式,例如通过定位板和热压合模具的边角对齐进行定位,或者通过在热压合模具上设置定位柱、在定位板上设置定位孔进行定位。
本发明的运动服装护垫的制作方法的一个优选方案,其中,所述垫块的边沿设置成阶梯式结构,所述步骤(1)中垫块的制作方法是:首先,根据垫块中横截面积最大部分的形状切割出一个个海绵块坯料;接着利用成型模具和热压成型设备对海绵块坯料进行热压成型,其中,成型模具上具有多个用于成型垫块的成型模腔,成型模腔的形状与阶梯式结构的垫块的形状一致,每个模腔对 应成型一种垫块,热压成型过程中,先将海绵块坯料放置到成型模腔中,最后启动热压成型设备对海绵块坯料进行热压成型,形成阶梯式的垫块。
采用该优选方案的好处在于,可以一次性形成垫块,与层叠式的垫块相比,省去切割多个海绵块和粘结海绵块的工艺;存在的不足是需要多一套成型模具。
优选地,所述成型模具由多个模具单元组合而成,每个模具单元具有一个成型模腔。这样可以根据不同的需要选择具有不同形状的成型模腔的模具单元组合在一起形成模具,这是因为,不同的护垫中所采用的垫块的形状、数量、排列顺序不同,如果一个成型模具中的各个模腔固定不变,那么每个成型模具就只能制作固定的垫块,而采用上述优选方案后,可以根据需要灵活选择模具单元进行组合,使得生产的灵活性进一步提高。
本发明的运动服装护垫的制作方法的一个优选方案,其中,在步骤(2)中,在铺设第一层面布前,先铺设一张压边,该压边上设有与垫块的形状一致的孔,该孔的边沿与腔体的边沿对齐。
一种应用上述运动服装护垫的制作方法获得的运动服装护垫,该护垫由多个独立的垫块按设定的形状排列并粘结在面布上形成,其中,所述面布包括第一层面布和第二层面布,所述垫块位于第一层面布和第二层面布之间。
本发明的运动服装护垫的一个优选方案,其中,所述垫块的边沿具有阶梯式结构。其效果参见上文中对这种护垫结构的制作方法的描述。
本发明的运动服装护垫的一个优选方案,其中,所述第一层面布上设有压边,该压边分布在垫块之间的区域中,压边的边沿与垫块的边沿相贴合。设置所述压边的作用在于,一方面,使得各个垫块的轮廓更加分明,使得垫块与第二层面布的连接边沿部位形成轮廓分明的边界,充分发挥垫块的缓冲效能;另一方面,有利于增强整个护垫的连接强度,而且还具有美观的效果。
本发明的运动服装护垫的一个优选方案,其中,该护垫上设有多个通气孔。其作用在于实现透气,散发热量,提高舒适性。
本发明的运动服装护垫的一个优选方案,其中,所述第一层面布和第二面布的边沿形状与应用该护垫的运动服装中的应用部位的形状一致。这样使护垫更加贴近使用者的保护部位的形状,提高舒适性和保护效果。
本发明的运动服装护垫的一个优选方案,其中,所述护垫由多层海绵块粘合而成。其效果参见上文中对这种护垫结构的制作方法的描述。
本发明的运动服装护垫的一个优选方案,其中,所述护垫由一块海绵块坯料通过热压形成。其效果参见上文中对这种护垫结构的制作方法的描述。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下的有益效果:
1、由于先制作一个个独立的垫块,再根据需要选择垫块按设定形态组合形成护垫,因此可根据人体的不同部位、不同使用人群、不用使用场合等因素,选择最合适的垫块按最合理的排列形式组合成护垫,亦即可以针对特定的特体制作特定的护垫,不但能够获得最好的保护效果和最大的舒适性,而且生产灵活性大大提高,可根据客户的特定要求制作出最合适的护垫。
2、由于垫块与垫块之间是通过面布连接在一起的,而面布的柔软性好,因此垫块与垫块之间容易弯折,使用时更能随保护部位的运动而灵活变形,紧贴保护部位,最大程度保护使用者的安全。

下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
参见图1~图8,本实施例的运动服装护垫的制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将海绵制作成一个个独立的垫块2,该垫块2边沿设置成阶梯式结构,本实施例中,垫块2为双层结构,具体制作方法是:
根据阶梯式垫块2中每一层的厚度,每一层均选取相应厚度的海绵,利用激光切割设备将该海绵切割成与该层对应的形状,形成多层海绵块2-1;最后将各层海绵块2-1叠合在一起形成所述垫块2(参见图3),多层海绵块2-1之间的粘合工作在下面的步骤(2)中完成。
(2)选取若干个垫块2,利用热压合模具1和热压成型设备将这些垫块2与面布热压粘合在一起形成护垫,所述热压合模具1具有与所选取的垫块2形状一致的腔体1-1(呈阶梯式结构,底部小,上部大),腔体1-1的排列方式与最终获得的护垫中各垫块2的排列方式一致;
参见图6,在利用热压合模具1和热压成型设备制作护垫时,按以下顺序将物料铺设到热压合模具中:首先,铺上压边6,该压边6中的孔的边沿与腔体1-1的上部边沿对齐;接着铺上第一层面布3;接着将所述垫块2铺设到相应的腔体1-1处;接着再铺上第二层面布4;上述压边6、面布以及垫块2之间涂抹有胶水,最后利用热压成型设备对三者进行热压粘合。
参见图6,在铺设垫块2时,按照面积从小到大的顺序,依次铺上各个垫块2中的各层海绵块2-1,该海绵垫块2的铺设方法是:首先是制作定位板5(参 见图7和图8),根据各个垫块2在护垫中的排列位置以及阶梯式垫块2中每一层海绵块2-1的形状大小,利用激光切割设备在一张平板上切割出相应的定位孔5-1,形成一张定位板5,护垫中的每一层海绵块2-1制作一张定位板5;接着,在铺设第一层海绵块2-1前,先在热压合模具1中铺上第一张定位板5,定位板5与热压合模具1之间依照定位基准进行定位,接着将各个垫块2中的第一层海绵块2-1铺设到定位板5的定位孔5-1中,铺设完第一层海绵块2-1后,取下第一张定位板5,再铺上第二张定位板5,接着铺设第二层海绵块2-1。所述定位板5与热压合模具1之间的定位可以有多种形式,通常通过定位板5和热压合模具1的边角对齐进行定位(热压合模具1的边沿制作成矩形,所述定位板5也做成相同大小的矩形,放置时两者的边角对齐),另外,定位板5可以由纸片、塑料薄板、薄模板等平板制作,优选采用纸片制作,纸片具有取材容易、成本低、便于激光切割等优点。
参见1和图6,实际生产中,所述第一层面布3、第二层面布4以及压边6在粘合好后,外轮廓还没有切好;一个护垫成品的外边沿形状通常与运动服装的应用部位形状相匹配,因此在热粘合加工完成后,还要将整个护垫坯料放到激光切设备中进行切边,最终获得成品。该护垫成品可以缝制在完整的运动服装的特定部位,也可以作为运动服装特定部位的构成部分,缝接到运动服装预留的窟窿中。此外,为了便于透气和散热,护垫上还设有多个通气孔7,这些通气孔7也在切边时一同切割出来。
参见图1~图4,本实施例的应用上述运动服装护垫的制作方法获得的运动服装护垫由多个独立的垫块2按设定的形状排列并粘结在面布上形成,其中,所述面布包括第一层面布3和第二层面布4,所述垫块2位于第一层面布3和第二层面布4之间。所述垫块2的边沿具有阶梯式结构,这种阶梯式结构的护垫 由多层海绵块2-1粘合而成,不同的海绵块2-1之间的面积不同,从而形成阶梯式结构,两层海绵块2-1的边沿之间的距离应当均匀。本实施例中,所述垫块2为双层结构,即由两块海绵块2-1粘合而成。
参见图1~图4,所述第一层面布4上设有压边6,该压边6分布在垫块2之间的区域中,该压边6的外边沿与护垫的外边沿平齐,内部设有多个与垫块2相匹配的孔5-1,这些孔5-1的边沿与垫块2的边沿相贴合。该压边6的作用在于,一方面,使得各个垫块2的轮廓更加分明,使得垫块2与第一层面布3的连接边沿部位形成轮廓分明的边界,充分发挥垫块2的缓冲效能;另一方面,有利于增强整个护垫的连接强度,而且还具有美观的效果。所述压边6也通过激光切割加工出来,具体是在一张面布上切割出与垫块2相匹配的孔5-1形成,加工时,将垫块2的设计参数输入到激光切割设备中,即可加工出与垫块2对应的孔5-1。为了实现透气,散发热量,提高舒适性,本发明的护垫上设有多个通气孔7,该通气孔7通过激光切割加工出来。
参见图1~图4,所述第一层面布3、第二面布以及压边6的边沿形状与应用该护垫的运动服装中的应用部位的形状一致,这样使护垫更加贴近使用者的保护部位的形状,提高舒适性和保护效果。图1所示的护垫设置于运动裤的裆部。
实施例2
参见图9~图15,本实施例运动服装护垫的制作方法与实施例1的不同之处在于:
所述步骤(1)中,垫块2的制作方法是:首先,根据垫块2中横截面积最大部分的形状切割出一个个海绵块坯料2-2(参见图9);接着利用成型模具8和热压成型设备对海绵块坯料2-2进行热压成型,其中,成型模具8上具有多个 用于成型垫块2的成型模腔8-1,成型模腔8-1的形状与阶梯式结构的垫块2的形状一致,每个模腔对应成型一种垫块2(参见图10和图11),热压成型过程中,先将海绵块坯料2-2放置到成型模腔8-1中,然后启动热压成型设备对海绵块坯料2-2进行热压成型,形成阶梯式的垫块2(参见图12)。
参见图10,所述成型模具8中的成型模腔8-1可以设置在同一个底板上,这样,该成型模具8只限于制作特定的这几种形状的垫块2;参见图11,所述成型模具8也可以由多个模具单元8-2组合而成,每个模具单元8-2具有一个成型模腔8-1,这样可以根据不同的需要选择具有不同形状的成型模腔8-1的模具单元8-2组合在一起形成成型模具8,这是因为,不同的护垫中所采用的垫块2的形状、数量、排列顺序不同,如果一个成型模具8中的各个成型模腔8-1固定不变,那么每个成型模具8就只能制作固定的垫块2,而采用上述方案后,可以根据需要灵活选择模具单元8-2进行组合,使得生产的灵活性进一步提高。各个模具单元8-2的外轮廓大小和形状应当一致,通常设置成方形,这样便于模具单元8-2的组合和对齐,各个模具单元8-2之间可通过螺钉连接在一起。
参见图13,在步骤(2)中,所热压合模具1中的模腔1-1无需设置成阶梯式结构,该模腔1-1的形状与垫块2中横截面积最大的部分的形状一致;铺设各层物料时,先铺设压边6,然后铺设第一层面布3,接着铺设整块垫块2,最后铺上第二层面布4,省去了铺设各层海绵块的步骤。
本发明中,可以根据不用的使用要求,选取不同的垫块2进行组合形成护垫,例如,采用图10或图11中的成型模具8制作的垫块2除了可以组合成图14中的护垫外,还可组合成图16所示的护垫。
又如,采用图17所示的成型模具8制作出来的垫块2,可以组合成图18~图21所示的护垫,其中,图18中的护垫用于运动服装腰两侧部位,图19中的 护垫用于运动服装中肩及膝部位,图20中的护垫用于运动服装中后背部位,图21中的护垫用于运动服装裤头前后腹背部位。
上述为本发明的较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述内容的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种运动服装护垫的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)将海绵制作成一个个独立的垫块;
    (2)选取若干个垫块,利用热压合模具和热压成型设备将这些垫块与面布热压粘合在一起形成护垫;具体地,所述热压合模具具有用于容纳所述垫块的腔体,热压前,先在热压合模具上铺设第一层面布,然后将所述垫块铺设到相应的腔体处,再铺上第二层面布,面布与垫块之间涂抹有胶水,最后利用热压成型设备对三者进行热压粘合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的运动服装护垫的制作方法,其特征在于,所述垫块的边沿设置成阶梯式结构,所述步骤(1)中垫块的制作方法是:根据阶梯式垫块中每一层的厚度,每一层均选取相应厚度的海绵,利用激光切割设备将该海绵切割成与该层对应的形状,形成多层海绵块;最后将各层海绵块叠合在一起形成所述垫块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的运动服装护垫的制作方法,其特征在于,所述切割好的各层海绵块在步骤(2)中粘合在一起,具体地,所述步骤(2)中铺设物料的过程是:先铺上第一层面布,然后按照面积从小到大的顺序,依次铺上各个垫块中的各层海绵块,最后铺上第二层面布。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的运动服装护垫的制作方法,其特征在于,铺设各层海绵块的方法是:首先,根据各个垫块在护垫中的排列位置以及阶梯式垫块中每一层海绵块的形状大小,利用激光切割设备在一张平板上切割出相应的定位孔,形成一张定位板,护垫中的每一层海绵块相应制作一张定位板;接着,在铺设第一层海绵块前,先在热压合模具中铺上第一张定位板,定位板与热压合模具之间依照定位基准进行定位,接着将各个垫块中的第一层海绵块铺设到定位板的定位孔中,铺设完第一层海绵块后,取下第一张定位板,再铺上第二 张定位板,接着铺设第二层海绵块,如此直至各层海绵块均铺设完毕。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的运动服装护垫的制作方法,其特征在于,所述垫块的边沿设置成阶梯式结构,所述步骤(1)中垫块的制作方法是:首先,根据垫块中横截面积最大部分的形状切割出一个个海绵块坯料;接着利用成型模具和热压成型设备对海绵块坯料进行热压成型,其中,成型模具上具有多个用于成型垫块的成型模腔,成型模腔的形状与阶梯式结构的垫块的形状一致,每个模腔对应成型一种垫块,热压成型过程中,先将海绵块坯料放置到成型模腔中,最后启动热压成型设备对海绵块坯料进行热压成型,形成阶梯式的垫块。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的运动服装护垫的制作方法,其特征在于,所述成型模具由多个模具单元组合而成,每个模具单元具有一个成型模腔。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的运动服装护垫的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,在铺设第一层面布前,先铺设一张压边,该压边上设有与垫块的形状一致的孔,该孔的边沿与腔体的边沿对齐。
  8. 一种应用权利要求1~7任一项所述的运动服装护垫的制作方法获得的运动服装护垫,其特征在于,该护垫由多个独立的垫块按设定的形状排列并粘结在面布上形成,其中,所述面布包括第一层面布和第二层面布,所述垫块位于第一层面布和第二层面布之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的运动服装护垫,其特征在于,所述垫块的边沿具有阶梯式结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的运动服装护垫,其特征在于,所述第一层面布上设有压边,该压边分布在垫块之间的区域中,压边的边沿与垫块的边沿相贴合;
    所述护垫上设有多个通气孔;
    所述护垫由多层海绵块粘合而成,或由一块海绵块坯料通过热压形成。
