但是由于边框变窄,当用户用手握住终端但并不想输入时,也会因为无意触摸而输入触控信息,就会造成误操作的问题,特别是在终端侧面具有显示屏的情况下,用户仅仅用手握住终端就会不可避免的触摸到终端的侧面,造成误操作。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种触控输入装置及方法,能够在用户需要时激活辅助触控按钮,不需要时关闭辅助触控按钮,避免误操作,为用户带来方便。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种触控输入装置,触控输入装置包括沿触控输入装置的主表面设置的主触控屏、沿触控输入装置的侧表面设置的副触控屏以及与主触控屏和副触控屏连接的主控模块;

本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过主控模块控制沿触控输入装置侧面设置的副触控屏显示多个辅助触控按钮,设置于触控输入装置上的主触控按钮激活和关闭多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能,能够在用户需要使用辅助触控按钮的时候通过点击主触控按钮激活多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能,在用户不需要使用时关闭多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能,则可以防止用户在不需要使用时,手指触碰造成误操作带来不必要的麻烦。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1,本发明触控输入装置第一实施方式的结构示意图,该触控输入装置包括沿触控输入装置的主表面设置的主触控屏101、沿触控输入装置的侧表面设置的副触控屏102以及与主触控屏101和副触控屏102连接的主控模块105(如图3);
其中,主控模块105控制副触控屏102显示多个辅助触控按钮103,触控输入装置进一步设置有主触控按钮104,主触控按钮用于激活和关闭多个辅助触控按钮103的触控功能。
主触控屏101和副触控屏102可以是如图1所示的同一个一体成型的弯曲的显示屏的两个不同的表面,也可以是如图2所示的分别设置于触控输入装置主表面和侧表面的两个不同的显示屏,主触控屏101和辅助触控屏102;另外,副触控屏102可以根据用户习惯或者实际需求设置于触控输入装置的不同侧表面,副触控屏102的大小也可以根据需要设置。
同时参阅图1及图2,其中,主控模块105控制副触控屏102或主触控屏101显示主触控按钮104。
由于主触控按钮104的作用在于激活和关闭多个辅助触控按钮103的触控功能以免当用户不需要操作辅助触控按钮103时进行误操作,因此主触控按钮104一般设置于用户不易接触的地方,例如在主触控屏104或者副触控屏102的顶部,也可以设置于手机顶部的侧面作为机械按钮的形式;在一较佳实施例中,主触控按钮104显示于副触控屏102的靠近触控输入装置的顶部的位置上。
另外,还可以在该触控输入装置的多个侧面同时设置多个副显示屏102,例如在该触控输入装置的左右两个侧面各设置一个副触控屏,则主触控按钮104和多个辅助触控按钮103可以分别设置于不同的副触控屏上,便于操作。
参阅图4,副触控屏102上的辅助触控按钮103可以显示如图3所示的一些功能性按钮,例如WLAN、GPS、蓝牙等等,也可以是一些常用的应用软件;主触控按钮104设置于靠近该触控输入装置顶部并原理辅助触控按钮103的位置。
区别于现有技术,本实施方式通过主控模块105控制沿触控输入装置侧面设置的副触控屏显示多个辅助触控按钮,设置于触控输入装置上的主触控按钮激活和关闭多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能,能够在用户需要使用辅助触控按钮的时候通过点击主触控按钮激活多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能,在用户不需要使用时关闭多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能,则可以防止用户在不需要使用时,手指触碰造成误操作带来不必要的麻烦。
参阅图5,本发明触控输入装置第二实施方式的结构示意图,该触控输入装置包括沿触控输入装置的主表面设置的主触控屏501、沿触控输入装置的侧表面设置的副触控屏502以及与主触控屏501和副触控屏502连接的主控模块;
其中,主控模块控制副触控屏502显示多个辅助触控按钮503,触控输入装置进一步设置有主触控按钮504,主触控按钮用于激活和关闭多个辅助触控按钮503的触控功能。
另外,主控模块进一步在主触控屏501或副触控屏502接收用户的触控动作后判断触控动作的持续时间是否大于或等于阈值时间,若持续时间大于或等于阈值时间判定触控动作为无效触控,并且不对触控动作进行响应,若持续时间小于阈值时间,则判定触控动作为有效触控,并且对触控动作进行响应。
其中,主触控屏501和副触控屏502垂直设置或者两个触控屏平面呈一定的角度设置,当主触控屏501和副触控屏502垂直设置时,两个屏幕之间可以通过弯曲的显示屏连接。
参阅图6,本实施方式的具体实施步骤如下:
步骤601:主控模块判断主触控屏或副触控屏是否接收用户的触控动作;若是,进行步骤602;若否,重复步骤601;
步骤602:主控模块判断主触控屏或副触控屏接收触控动作的持续时间是否大于或等于阈值时间;若是,进行步骤603;若否,进行步骤604;
步骤603:判定为无效触控;
步骤604:判定为有效触控。
另外,通过主触控按钮来激活或者关闭辅助触控按钮,和通过判断触控时间来判定触控动作是否有效,这两个方式可以分别是两个独立的判断实施方式,也可以将两者综合形成一个多次判定的实施方式,例如先通过主触控按钮激活后,再通过检测触控时间来判断触控动作是否有效。
区别于现有技术,本实施方式在第一实施方式的基础上增加了对触控动作触控时间的判定,通过检测触控时间是否大于或等于阈值时间来判断是否是有效触控,通过两种方式来避免用户的误操作,使得用户的操作过程中更加的随意,无需担心误操作带来的困扰。
参阅图7,本发明触控输入装置第二实施方式的结构示意图,该触控输入装置包括沿触控输入装置的主表面设置的主触控屏701、沿触控输入装置的侧表面设置的副触控屏702以及与主触控屏701和副触控屏702连接的主控模块(图未示);
其中,主控模块控制副触控屏702显示多个辅助触控按钮703,触控输入装置进一步设置有主触控按钮704,主触控按钮用于激活和关闭多个辅助触控按钮703的触控功能。
另外,主控模块根据主触控屏701或副触控屏702接收用户的触控动作判断用户对触控输入装置的握持区域,并根据握持区域动态调整辅助触控按钮703的显示位置。
其中,判断用户对触控输入装置的握持区域可以采用如第二实施方式中检测触控时间是否大于或者等于阈值时间来判定,当多个触控位置的触控时间大于或者等于阈值时间时,认定该范围为用户的握持区域,该阈值时间可以与前述阈值时间相同,也可以另设一阈值时间。
具体地,如图6中,当主控模块判定终端的下方为握持区域时,将辅助触控按钮703的显示位置调整至终端的上方,即用户没有握持的区域。
另外,本实施方式通过用户的握持区域来调整辅助触控按钮703的显示位置的方式,可以与前实施方式并存,也可以作为单独的实施方式,这里不作限制。
区别于现有技术,本实施方式通过主控模块根据主触控屏或副触控屏接收用户的触控动作判断用户对触控输入装置的握持区域,并根据握持区域动态调整辅助触控按钮的显示位置,能够智能的调整辅助触控按钮的显示位置,在无需用户手动调整的情况,避免了用户误操作按错辅助触控按钮带来的不便,也更加方便用户在握持区域外对辅助触控按钮的操作。
参阅图8,本发明触控输入方法第一实施方式的流程图,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤801:显示多个辅助触控按钮;
步骤802:利用主触控按钮激活和关闭多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能。
本实施方式是前述触控输入装置的一实施方法,其具体实施方式相似,这里不再赘述。
参阅图9,本发明触控输入方法第二实施方式的流程图,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤901:控制副触控屏显示辅助触控按钮;
步骤902:利用主触控按钮激活和关闭多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能;
步骤903:根据主触控屏或副触控屏接收用户的触控动作判断用户对触控输入装置的握持区域,并根据握持区域动态调整辅助触控按钮的显示位置。
本实施方式是前述触控输入装置的一实施方法,其具体实施方式相似,这里不再赘述。

Claims (15)
- 一种触控输入装置,其中,所述触控输入装置包括沿所述触控输入装置的主表面设置的主触控屏、沿所述触控输入装置的侧表面设置的副触控屏以及与所述主触控屏和所述副触控屏连接的主控模块;其中,所述主控模块控制所述副触控屏显示多个辅助触控按钮,所述触控输入装置进一步设置有主触控按钮,所述主触控按钮用于激活和关闭所述多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能;所述主表面与所述侧表面垂直设置或以预定角度倾斜设置。
- 所述主控模块根据所述主触控屏或所述副触控屏接收用户的触控动作判断所述用户对所述触控输入装置的握持区域,并根据所述握持区域动态调整所述辅助触控按钮的显示位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触控输入装置,其中,所述主控模块控制所述副触控屏或所述主触控屏显示所述主触控按钮。
- 根据权利要求2所述的触控输入装置,其中,所述主触控按钮显示于所述副触控屏的靠近所述触控输入装置的顶部的位置上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触控输入装置,其中, 所述主控模块进一步在所述主触控屏或所述副触控屏接收用户的触控动作后判断所述触控动作的持续时间是否大于或等于阈值时间,若所述持续时间大于或等于所述阈值时间判定所述触控动作为无效触控,并且不对所述触控动作进行响应,若所述持续时间小于所述阈值时间,则判定所述触控动作为有效触控,并且对所述触控动作进行响应。
- 一种触控输入装置,其中,所述触控输入装置包括沿所述触控输入装置的主表面设置的主触控屏、沿所述触控输入装置的侧表面设置的副触控屏以及与所述主触控屏和所述副触控屏连接的主控模块;其中,所述主控模块控制所述副触控屏显示多个辅助触控按钮,所述触控输入装置进一步设置有主触控按钮,所述主触控按钮用于激活和关闭所述多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能。
- 根据权利要求5所述的触控输入装置,其中,所述主控模块控制所述副触控屏或所述主触控屏显示所述主触控按钮。
- 根据权利要求6所述的触控输入装置,其中,所述主触控按钮显示于所述副触控屏的靠近所述触控输入装置的顶部的位置上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的触控输入装置,其中, 所述主控模块进一步在所述主触控屏或所述副触控屏接收用户的触控动作后判断所述触控动作的持续时间是否大于或等于阈值时间,若所述持续时间大于或等于所述阈值时间判定所述触控动作为无效触控,并且不对所述触控动作进行响应,若所述持续时间小于所述阈值时间,则判定所述触控动作为有效触控,并且对所述触控动作进行响应。
- 根据权利要求5所述的触控输入装置,其中,所述主表面与所述侧表面垂直设置或以预定角度倾斜设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的触控输入装置,其中,所述主控模块根据所述主触控屏或所述副触控屏接收用户的触控动作判断所述用户对所述触控输入装置的握持区域,并根据所述握持区域动态调整所述辅助触控按钮的显示位置。
- 一种触控输入装置的控制方法,其中,所述控制方法包括:显示多个辅助触控按钮;利用主触控按钮激活和关闭所述多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能。
- 根据权利要求11所述的控制方法,其中,所述利用主触控按钮激活和关闭所述多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能的步骤包括:显示所述主触控按钮;响应针对所述主触控按钮的触控动作激活和关闭所述多个辅助触控按钮的触控功能。
- 根据权利要求11或12所述的控制方法,其中,所述触控输入装置包括沿所述触控输入装置的主表面设置的主触控屏以及沿所述触控输入装置的侧表面设置的副触控屏;所述显示多个辅助触控按钮的步骤包括:控制所述副触控屏显示所述辅助触控按钮。
- 根据权利要求13所述的控制方法,其中,所述控制所述副触控屏显示所述辅助触控按钮的步骤进一步包括:根据所述主触控屏或所述副触控屏接收用户的触控动作判断所述用户对所述触控输入装置的握持区域,并根据所述握持区域动态调整所述辅助触控按钮的显示位置。
