- Patent Document 1 a plurality of clip pieces (gripping members 1 and 2) that open and close by rotating around a rotation fulcrum portion and the clip A cylindrical member (fixed tube 10) supporting the rotating fulcrum portion so that the front end side of the piece (gripping members 1, 2) protrudes forward, and the cylindrical member (fixed tube 10) is inserted.
- a medical forceps provided with a plurality of wires (W) and configured to rotate the pinching pieces (gripping members 1, 2) by pulling the wire (W) to one or the other.
- the wire when the conventional technique is downsized to apply to laparoscopic surgery or the like, the wire must be selected to be extremely thin as the outer diameter of the cylindrical member is reduced, and the wire itself or When the strength and durability of the connecting portion of the wire and the like are lowered, the holding force by the holding piece is limited. Further, since the wire is slackened due to elongation of the wire, looseness of the coupling portion, and the like, and the operability is lowered, it is necessary to provide a mechanism for removing this slackness.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional circumstances, and a problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a pinching device that can be reduced in size and improved in durability and operability.
