Description

一种屏蔽罩及PCB板 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子设备的干扰信号屏蔽领域,尤其涉及一种屏蔽罩及印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)。
背景技术
随着移动终端功能的增强,终端内PCB板上器件的集成度也越来越高,这些器件之间/对外部设备都将产生干扰,为此现有技术提供了屏蔽罩来解决干扰问题;屏蔽罩包括罩体及隔墙,罩体是把需要屏蔽的PCB区域整个屏蔽起来,避免对外部设备产生干扰,而隔墙则是将PCB区域内不同器件分开,避免这些器件之间相互干扰。
现有的屏蔽罩一般为金属一体化屏蔽罩,在装配过程中通常采用螺钉安装的方式与PCB连接,由于机械应力等影响,隔墙有厚度的要求,一般最小为2mm,进一步的,考虑到安装时候与PCB上面器件的碰撞问题,器件距离屏蔽罩(包括罩体及隔墙)都要保持较远的距离(一般为2mm),这增加了PCB的设计的面积。
因此,如何提供一种可降低PCB设计面积的屏蔽技术,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型至少为解决上述的问题之一而提供了一种屏蔽罩及PCB板,可降低PCB板的设计面积。
本实用新型实施例的技术方案如下:
第一方面,本实用新型提供了一种屏蔽罩,用于屏蔽PCB板上器件的 干扰,在一个实施例中,屏蔽罩包括罩体及隔墙,隔墙包括与罩体接触的弹片。
在本实用新型的一种实施例中,上述实施例中的隔墙为一体成型的弹片。
在本实用新型的一种实施例中,上述实施例中的罩体包括上盖及与上盖连接向下延伸的侧壁,隔墙中的弹片与罩体弹性接触。
在本实用新型的一种实施例中,上述实施例中的弹片用于与侧壁弹性接触的部位为弯曲弹片。
在本实用新型的一种实施例中,上述实施例中的弹片用于与上盖弹性接触的部位为分叉丫形弹片。
在本实用新型的一种实施例中,上述实施例中的隔墙设置有用于固定弹片的固定件。
在本实用新型的一种实施例中,上述实施例中的固定件为鱼眼固定件。
第二方面,本实用新型还提供了一种PCB板,在一个实施例中,PCB板设置有用于固定如权利要求1至7任一项的屏蔽罩内弹片的固定区域。
在本实用新型的一种实施例中,上述实施例中固定区域设置有锡层。
在本实用新型的一种实施例中,上述实施例中,当隔墙设置有固定件时,固定区域设置有与固定件匹配的固定孔。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型提供的屏蔽罩及PCB板,利用弹片取代现有屏蔽罩中的金属隔墙,由于弹片厚度较薄,较原金属隔墙有明显缩小,减小了隔墙所占用的PCB面积,进而可以减小PCB设计面积;进一步的,弹片可以优先焊接在PCB上之后,才在PCB板上设置器件,避免了屏蔽罩在安装时候与PCB上面器件的碰撞问题,可以进一步的缩小器件与隔墙之间的工艺避让距离,从而进一步缩小PCB设计面积。

具体实施方式
现通过具体实施方式结合附图的方式对本实用新型做出进一步的诠释说明。
本实用新型的核心思想是提供一种使用弹片取代隔墙的屏蔽罩以减少PCB板的设计面积。
第一实施例:
图1为本实用新型第一实施例提供的屏蔽罩的结构示意图,由图1可知,在本实施例中,本实用新型提供的屏蔽罩包括罩体11及隔墙12,隔墙12包括弹片。本实施例采用弹片取代现有屏蔽罩中的金属隔墙,受工艺影响,在满足同样强度及屏蔽要求的情况下,弹片厚度远小于金属隔墙的厚度(2mm厚的金属隔墙的强度及屏蔽效果,0.3mm厚的弹片即可达到),在此基础上,PCB板需要为隔墙12设计的固定区域将大大减少。
第二实施例:
本申请主要是对屏蔽罩内隔墙12的改进,现结合图2具体说明;图2为本实用新型第二实施例提供的弹片的结构示意图,由图2可知:
在一些实施例中,如图2中(a)所示,隔墙为一体成型的弹片;采用一体成型的弹片来取代金属隔墙可以更大限度的减小PCB板的设计面积;
在一些实施例中,罩体11包括上盖及与上盖连接向下延伸的侧壁,隔墙中的弹片与罩体弹性接触;弹性接触可以减小屏蔽罩的安装难度,隔墙12与罩体11弹性接触就使得隔墙12的尺寸可以具有一定范围的变化,可以兼容较多的使用场景;
在一些实施例中,如图2中(a)所示,弹片用于与侧壁弹性接触的部位为弯曲弹片;
在一些实施例中,如图2中(b)所示,弹片用于与上盖弹性接触的部位为分叉丫形弹片;
在一些实施例中,隔墙设置有用于固定弹片的固定件121;具体的,如图2中(c)所示,固定件为鱼眼固定件。
第三实施例:
本申请对屏蔽罩内的隔墙进行了改进,对应的,PCB板上也将对应改进;具体的,图3为本实用新型第三实施例提供的PCB板的结构示意图,由图3可知:
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,PCB板设置有用于固定屏蔽罩内弹片的固定区域3;该固定区域用于固定弹片,其面积将远小于现有技术中PCB板为金属隔墙设置的固定区域;
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,固定区域设置有锡层;设置锡层便于焊接;
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,当隔墙设置有固定件时,固定区域设置有与固定件匹配的固定孔31,固定孔31与固定件配合将弹片固定于PCB板上,然后加热,使得锡层融化,将弹片下方密封,保证屏蔽效果。
第四实施例:
在本实施例中,本实用新型提供的屏蔽罩,采用导电材料做成,较优的,采用金属做成,其包括金属罩体以及金属弹片;金属罩体是指采用机加或者压铸成型的方法加工的罩体,金属弹片是指采用金属材料加工成的特定形状(长度等参数可以调整)的金属弹片;
金属弹片在PCB进行表面组装技术(Surface Mount Technology,SMT又称为表面贴装技术)焊接时候与PCB板进行焊接,首先在PCB印锡时候, 在金属弹片对应PCB上固定区域印锡,然后将金属弹片的鱼眼插入PCB上的固定孔,进行过炉焊接;
PCB与金属弹片焊接完成后,将金属罩体压在PCB上面,PCB与金属罩体的固定通过螺钉固定。这个时候金属弹片顶部的丫字形开叉与金属罩体进行弹性连接,组成了本申请提供的屏蔽罩。
综上可知,通过本实用新型的实施,至少存在以下有益效果:
利用弹片取代现有屏蔽罩中的金属隔墙,由于弹片厚度较薄,较原金属隔墙有明显缩小,减小了隔墙所占用的PCB面积,进而可以减小PCB设计面积;
进一步的,弹片可以优先焊接在PCB上之后,才在PCB板上设置器件,避免了屏蔽罩在安装时候与PCB上面器件的碰撞问题,可以进一步的缩小器件与隔墙之间的工艺避让距离,从而进一步缩小PCB设计面积。
以上仅是本实用新型的具体实施方式而已,并非对本实用新型做任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本实用新型的技术实质对以上实施方式所做的任意简单修改、等同变化、结合或修饰,均仍属于本实用新型技术方案的保护范围。
工业实用性
本实用新型提供的一种用于屏蔽PCB板上电路元件的干扰的屏蔽罩,包括罩体及隔墙,隔墙包括与罩体接触的弹片;如此,通过本实用新型的实施,利用弹片取代现有屏蔽罩中的金属隔墙,由于弹片厚度较薄,较原金属隔墙有明显缩小,减小了隔墙所占用的PCB面积,进而可以减小PCB设计面积。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种屏蔽罩,用于屏蔽PCB板上电路元件的干扰,所述屏蔽罩包括罩体及隔墙,所述隔墙包括弹片。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的屏蔽罩,其中,所述隔墙为一体成型的弹片。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的屏蔽罩,其中,所述罩体包括上盖及与所述上盖连接向下延伸的侧壁,所述隔墙中的弹片与所述罩体弹性接触。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的屏蔽罩,其中,所述弹片用于与所述侧壁弹性接触的部位为弯曲弹片。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的屏蔽罩,其中,所述弹片用于与所述上盖弹性接触的部位为分叉丫形弹片。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的屏蔽罩,其中,所述隔墙设置有用于固定所述弹片的固定件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的屏蔽罩,其中,所述固定件为鱼眼固定件。
  8. 一种PCB板,所述PCB板设置有用于固定如权利要求1至7任一项所述的屏蔽罩内弹片的固定区域。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的PCB板,其中,所述固定区域设置有锡层。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的PCB板,其中,当所述隔墙设置有固定件时,所述固定区域设置有与所述固定件匹配的固定孔。
