Abstract
一种通信方法、设备及系统,用以解决大规模小站存在时的连接和通信效率问题。该方法包括:第一本地控制器确定有用户设备需要建立数据承载;生成用于传输用户数据的数据承载配置信息;将所述数据承载配置信息发送给第一本地网关和/或至少一个第一小站,以使接收所述数据承载配置信息的网元实体根据该数据承载配置信息建立数据传输通道,所述用户设备归属于所述第一本地控制器和所述第一本地网关,所述第一小站为所述用户设备提供服务。
