본 출원은 발열체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 출원의 일 실시상태에 따른 발열체는, 기재; 상기 기재 상에 구비되고, Ni, Cr, Mo, Pt 및 Ti로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 투과도 조절층; 및 상기 투과도 조절층 상에 구비된 전도성 발열 패턴을 포함한다.
