  • compositions of Examples 5-16 were each introduced in a sachet that was subsequently sealed. To prepare a drink, the sachet was opened and the composition was mixed with water in a cup. Separately, 5 gram of each of the compositions of examples 5-16 was used to produce a hot beverage by putting the capsule with the composition in a coffee machine capsule. The capsule was subsequently introduced in a capsule espresso machine and water was passed under pressure through the capsule, extracting the composition and producing a hot beverage. The beverages were drunk throughout the day up to the daily dosage of the ingredients.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation d'une boisson, à des compositions et à l'utilisation de ces compositions.
