Definitions
- the object of the present invention relates to the combination of sole and conductive insole applicable to all types of footwear to achieve that two beneficial effects occur for the users of such footwear.
- the invention presented affects the Sector of Current Needs of Life, Chapter of Personal or Domestic Objects in relation to Footwear, affecting the shoe manufacturing industry and related accessories.
- Dr. James Oschman an American expert in cell biology, biophysics and physiology, also found that direct contact with the earth not only prevents but cures a series of diseases.
- the best way to practice earthing in a natural way is to walk on the wet sand of the beach, near the sea, because the sea water with its salinity is a good conductor and as our body is mainly constituted by water , we connect in an ideal way.
- Another good practice is to walk on the grass especially in the morning when there is dew. It is also very good to hug a thick tree barefoot for a long time.
- the present invention refers to a conductive sole combined with a template, also conductive, which can be incorporated into any type of footwear during the manufacturing process.
- the main feature of the invention is that the bi-directional transmission of energy occurs throughout the entire surface of the sole because both the sole and the insole that is attached, which will remain on the inside of the footwear, are made of a material Special rubber conductor.
- the first solution is the most classic and simple but does not guarantee fast and complete downloads.
- the second is very theoretical but not very effective because it is very difficult to put into practice in general since what is good for a given person is not for another because of the very small probability that the positions of the vital points of concentration coincide of the nerve endings of different people.
- the third one tries to solve the deficiencies of the other two getting non-optimal results although acceptable.
- the solution proposed in this document is the one that most effectively guarantees the transmission of energy in both directions by simplifying the shoe manufacturing process by allowing the incorporation of complete soles of optimal characteristics from the first moment.
- conductive soles with their corresponding insoles are manufactured in a single size, for subsequent cutting to the desired size, or are manufactured with different sizes and shapes to apply without cutting in the process of footwear production.
- the material recommended by the inventor is conductive rubber known in the industry as EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate).
- This figure represents the object of the invention seen from the side of the template.
- This figure schematically represents any shoe before having the sole coupled with its insole and heel.
- Conductive sole with footwear insole (Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) consisting of a conductive sole combined with a conductive insole that can be incorporated into any type of footwear during the manufacturing process to get the user
- This type of footwear benefits from the advantages of grounding the electrostatic charges that accumulate in the body during its usual activity and the reception of the energy waves provided by the earth.
- it is characterized by being formed by two layers, one of which is the sole (2), lower, which is the one that comes into direct contact with the ground that is stepped on and the other, the template (1), superior, which is the one that comes into direct contact with the user's foot.
- the template set (1) and sole (2) form a single piece when they are joined by a glue with conductive characteristics, that is, not insulating.
- the template (1) has a thickness of the order of 1-2 mm. and the sole has a thickness greater than the order of 3-4 mm.
- FIG. 5 the already assembled shoe is represented in which, in addition, vectors have been represented that symbolize the emitting flow (5) of discharge from the user's body to ground that releases him from the electrostatic charge that is it accumulates in its body and the receiving flow (6) of the terrestrial energy that, penetrating through the footwear, goes to the various nerve points of the person.
- transmitter (5) and receiver (6) are preferably manufactured in a conductive material of the so-called "EVA” type ( Ethylene vinyl acetate).
- EVA Ethylene vinyl acetate
- the material For optimum performance of the disrx) site of the invention, the material must have an electrical conductivity greater than 1.38 x 10 2 ohms / cm (ISO 1853.11 Standard) which guarantees conductivities between 95 and 100%. This allows loading and unloading processes that are considered suitable for being developed in less than three seconds.
