Abstract
La présente invention porte à un pot rond à vide, lequel pot comprend un pot rond (1) en polycarbonate (PC) doté d'une ouverture, et un couvercle rond en matière plastique (2) scellant hermétiquement et recouvrant l'ouverture du pot rond en PC (1), un appareil d'évacuation manuel étant disposé dans une cavité de logement, une surface du couvercle rond en matière plastique (2) comportant un appareil d'aération portable, et un appareil d'affichage de pression d'air traversant le couvercle rond en matière plastique (2), l'appareil d'affichage de pression d'air étant constitué par un cadran d'affichage (6), une aiguille en matière plastique (7), un tube d'extension (8), un tuyau de gel de silice (9) et un adaptateur de tuyau d'air (10), le cadran d'affichage (6) étant situé sur la surface du couvercle rond en matière plastique (2), l'aiguille en matière plastique (7) étant montée verticalement au niveau d'une extrémité de tête du tuyau d'extension (8), l'extrémité de queue du tuyau d'extension (8) étant reliée de manière conductrice à une extrémité du tuyau de gel de silice (9) par l'intermédiaire de l'adaptateur de tuyau d'air (10), et l'autre extrémité du tuyau de gel de silice (9) s'étendant vers le bas, vers la partie inférieure d'un couvercle inférieur en matière plastique (5), et étant en communication avec l'intérieur du pot rond en PC (1). Le pot rond à vide présente de bonnes performances d'étanchéité, il est possible d'observer facilement la valeur de pression de vide dans le pot rond (1) pour maintenir des aliments frais, et un processus d'aération peut être facilement réalisé au moyen de l'appareil d'aération portable.
