Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for producing tissue paper products, particularly scented tissue paper products.
- a tissue paper storage body in which a bundle obtained by folding a plurality of tissue papers is stored in a rectangular parallelepiped storage box also called a carton is well known.
- This tissue paper container is made into a product by stacking one or three to five and packaging it with a film.
- tissue paper products have fragrance.
- This scented tissue paper product has been conventionally performed by applying a fragrance-containing microcapsule in which a fragrance is encapsulated in a microcapsule to the tissue paper to obtain a scented tissue paper.
- this method has a poor yield of perfume-containing microcapsules when applied to tissue paper, and there is a hassle in cleaning equipment when switching from tissue paper to which perfume is applied to tissue paper to which no perfume is applied.
- the manufacturing switching loss is large, and the manufacturing cost is very high. For this reason, the product price is also expensive, which has hindered the spread.
- a fragrance is included in a film with slits, and the fragrance volatilized from the film with slits is transferred to the tissue paper in the storage box to give fragrance by the mechanism of the incense.
- Scented tissue paper products are also on the market. This scented tissue paper can be manufactured at a lower cost than directly adding the fragrance-containing microcapsules to the tissue paper.
- tissue paper with a fragrance the fragrance evaporated from the film with slits enters between the fibers of the tissue paper and the fiber surface, and the fragrance is given by the mechanism of the scent.
- tissue paper with a large amount of scent moves sufficiently, but tissue paper with little space between fibers or on the fiber surface has a difficulty in transferring scent.
- tissue paper with a moisturizing agent added to the tissue paper.
- a moisturizing agent exists between the fiber surface and the fibers, so there is little space for perfume.
- the main problem of the present invention is that there is little loss in switching between the production of non-scented tissue paper products and scented tissue paper products, the problem of low yield of perfume-containing microcapsules is improved, and moisturizing tissue paper
- the fragrant tissue paper product containing a fragrance in a film with a slit or a method of directly imparting the fragrance-containing microcapsule to the tissue paper which can sufficiently impart a fragrance
- the present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
- [Invention of Claim 1] After covering the tissue paper storage body in which the fragrance-containing microcapsules are supported by the binder on the inner surface of the storage box with a shrink film, shrink packaging is applied to the tissue paper storage body by applying hot air, and the tissue paper at the time of shrink packaging A method for producing a scented tissue paper product, characterized in that a perfume-containing microcapsule is detached from the binder by heating a container.
- the tissue paper storage body is a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a film with a slit is provided on the inner surface of the upper surface, and a fragrance-containing microcapsule is supported by a binder on at least the side surface.
- a fragrance solution containing a fragrance-containing microcapsule and a binder is applied to a carton blank base material before application of a film with a slit, and then a film with a slit is applied to form a carton blank, and tissue is used with this carton blank.
- the method for producing a tissue paper product with fragrance according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a paper container is produced.
- the manufacturing method of the tissue paper product with fragrance which concerns on this invention, it is a fragrance
- the storage box does not require softness like the tissue paper itself
- the fragrance-containing microcapsule is contained in a high-viscosity binder. It can be formed by applying a fragrance solution in which capsules are dispersed. That is, since it becomes possible to apply the fragrance-containing microcapsule to the tissue paper itself in a state where physical stimulation to the fragrance-containing microcapsule is less, the fragrance-containing microcapsule at the time of application Collapse can be reduced, and high yield can be achieved.
- the fragrance-containing microcapsules are carried on the inner surface of the storage box, even if the fragrance-containing microcapsules are detached from the storage box after completion of the product, the fragrance-containing microcapsules are not lost, and the storage box contains the fragrance. Since the microcapsule stays and aroma is imparted to the tissue paper, there is little waste of the perfume-containing microcapsule.
- shrink wrapping procedure itself can be performed in the same manner as before, and there is little generation of new costs.
- a fragrance-containing microcapsule can be easily carried on an appropriate portion except for a portion to be bonded for attaching a film with a slit or for assembling a storage box. It can be manufactured with high productivity without affecting shortage and handling.

- a carton blank 40 is formed by applying a film 35 with a slit, and then a carton blank 40 is used to manufacture the tissue paper container 1 using the carton blank 40.
- the perfume solution containing the perfume-containing microcapsule 31 and the binder 30 in the coating device 55 with respect to an appropriate portion of the surface that becomes the storage box inner surface of the carton blank base material 40x to which the film 35 with slits is not attached. Is applied in advance.
- the paste for adhering the film 35 with a slit is also given to a predetermined position after this application
- the film sheet 35c is successively drawn out from the raw roll 35x on which a film sheet to be the film 35 with slits is wound later, slits are formed by the slit cutter 52, and the cutter is cut along the width direction on the roll peripheral surface.
- the rotary cutter 50 provided with the blade 50 ⁇ / b> A is cut into an appropriate length and transferred to a roll 51 having a vacuum function that faces the rotary cutter 50.
- the film 35 with a slit is laminated
- the stuck carton blank 40 is manufactured. Then, the carton blank 40 is assembled in a box shape, and the tissue paper bundle 20t is inserted and the flaps F, F... Are sealed. With this method, the productivity of the scented tissue paper product X1 is not reduced.
- the carton blank base material 40x is continuously transferred to the attaching process of the film 35 with the slit after the perfume solution is applied by the applicator 55, but the application of the perfume solution to the carton blank 40x is a slit. You may apply
- the method for applying the fragrance solution to the carton blank base material 40x is not limited, but it is desirable to carry out with a printing machine such as a blade coater, a rod coater, a flexo coater, or a gravure coater because of excellent productivity.
- a printing machine such as a blade coater, a rod coater, a flexo coater, or a gravure coater.
- the coating amount is 1 to 30 g / m 2 , desirably 5 to 20 g / m 2 , and more desirably 8 to 15 g / m 2 .
- the transfer of the fragrance-containing microcapsule 31 to the tissue paper 20 and the tissue paper are improved. This is desirable because the bundle 20t is easily pushed into the storage box 10x.
- the slit film 35 is not peeled off due to the melting of the binder 30 during the subsequent shrink wrapping. It is desirable not to apply the fragrance solution to the adhesive paste application portion for adhering the film 35. Furthermore, when it is set as the structure which bonded the flap F of the short side surface 15 of the storage box 10 like the form of illustration, it originates in melting
- the specific properties of the fragrance solution are not limited. It can apply
- a known method can be adopted as a method of manufacturing the tissue paper storage body using the carton blank 40.
- the carton blank 40 is assembled in an open state without closing only one flap in the longitudinal direction, and the open short side 40K and the end face of the tissue paper bundle 20t are brought together. Then, the end face 20s of the tissue paper bundle 20t that does not face the open short face 40K is pushed by the push rod 60, the tissue paper bundle 20t is pushed into the storage box, and then the open short face 40K is sealed.
- productivity is high when the tissue paper bundle 20t and the storage box 10x with one short side open are run in parallel on a conveyor or the like.
- the tissue paper 20 stored in the storage box 10 is not particularly limited.
- the present invention in particular, according to the present invention, in the moisture-retaining tissue paper that has been imparted with a fragrance by directly applying the fragrance-containing microcapsules. The problem is solved. Therefore, it is particularly effective when the tissue paper 20 stored in the storage box 10 is moisturizing tissue paper.
- the structure of the tissue paper 20 bundle 20t is a so-called pop-up type, and this tissue paper bundle 20t can be manufactured by a multi-stand type or rotary type known interfolder.
- the number of stacked layers is desirably 120 to 240 sets.
- the shrink wrapping according to the present embodiment can employ a known shrink wrapping procedure in the tissue paper container 1.
- a shrink wrapping device 70 also called a shrink tunnel or a heater tunnel, and hot air W is applied at that time.
- the shrink film 2 is shrunk so that the shrink film 2 is closely attached to the outer surface of the storage box of the tissue paper storage body 1 for packaging.
- the shrink film 2 can be appropriately selected from known polyethylene films used for packaging of tissue paper products. Specific examples include heat-shrinkable polyethylene films, polyvinyl chloride films, polypropylene films, and polystyrene films.
- the temperature of the hot air W during shrink wrapping is preferably 180 to 250 ° C., and the time for applying the hot air is preferably 5 to 20 seconds.
- the tissue paper in the storage box can be denatured if appropriately selected from this range
- the shrink wrapping can be performed reliably and the effects of the present invention can be exhibited.
- the present inventors show that when shrink packaging is performed at a temperature of 180 ° C. for 6 seconds, the outer temperature of the storage box is 75 ° C. and the inner temperature of the storage box.
- the inner temperature of the storage box rises to about 100 ° C. when shrink wrapping is performed at a temperature of about 250 ° C. for 20 seconds. Therefore, in such a range of conditions, a binder that melts at that temperature and a perfume-containing microcapsule that does not melt and collapse at that temperature may be selected, particularly in relation to the temperature of the inner surface of the storage box.
- the melamine resin and urea resin of the said illustration are about 150 degreeC in general as an outer shell of a fragrance
- tissue paper container when shrink-wrapping the tissue paper container, only one tissue paper container may be packaged as shown in FIG. 1, but a plurality of tissue papers may be used as shown in FIGS.
- the storage body may be lined up with the upper surface and the bottom surface facing each other, and then shrink-wrapped to obtain a product.
- the top and bottom surfaces of some tissue paper storage bodies are not exposed to the outside, so that hot air during shrink wrapping does not hit the surface. Therefore, as the carrying position of the fragrance-containing microcapsule 31 in the tissue paper storage body 1, when the tissue paper storage bodies 1 are arranged side by side as shown in FIG. 8, all the tissue paper storage bodies 1 are exposed to the outside. It is good to be located in the inner surface of the long side surface 14 which becomes.
- the fragrance-containing microcapsule 31 may be perfume-containing microcapsules 31 that do not leave the binder 30 during shrink wrapping. Since the fragrance-containing microcapsule 31 remaining in such a binder 30 is also in a state of being easily detached compared to before heating by shrink wrapping, the fragrance-containing microcapsule 31 is contained by dynamic stimulation such as during transportation after the tissue paper product is completed. The separation of the microcapsule 31 and the application to the tissue paper 20 occur. In the tissue paper product manufactured according to the present invention, not only at the time of such shrink wrapping, but also after the fragrance-containing microcapsule 31 is detached from the binder 30, the effect of transferring the fragrance-containing microcapsule 31 to the tissue paper 20 is achieved.
- the perfume-containing microcapsule 31 that has not been detached also stores the tissue paper as the perfume gradually evaporates due to disintegration and cracks in the microcapsule caused by physical stimulation when the tissue paper 20, 20 ... pops up in the storage box.
- the auxiliary effect of diffusing the fragrance in the body 1 is achieved. This auxiliary effect is effectively exhibited because the fragrance is easily volatilized through the outer shell in the case of a fragrance-containing microcapsule having a melamine resin as the outer shell.
