Abstract
In verschiedenen Ausführungsbeispielen wird ein organisches optoelektronisches Bauelement (1) bereitgestellt. Das organische optoelektronische Bauelement (1) weist eine erste Elektrode (20), eine organische funktionelle Schichtenstruktur (22) über der ersten Elektrode und eine zweite Elektrode (23) über der organischen funktionellen Schichtenstruktur (22) auf. Die organische funktionelle Schichtenstruktur (22) weist eine Ladungsträgerpaar- Erzeugungs-Schichtstruktur (42) auf. Die Ladungsträgerpaar- Erzeugungs-Schichtstruktur (42) weist elektrisch leitfähige Nanostrukturen auf, deren Oberflächen zumindest teilweise mit einem Beschichtungsmaterial beschichtet sind.
