Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de test qui est accouplé à un tibia à l'avance avant l'implantation d'une prothèse tibiale utilisée dans le cadre d'un remplacement de genou, afin de vérifier la motilité de la prothèse tibiale. Plus précisément, l'appareil de test comprend : une section de test de plaque qui est accouplée au tibia ; et une section de test d'insert qui est accouplée amovible à la face supérieure de la section de test de plaque. La section de test de plaque comporte une partie de fixation et la section de test d'insert comporte une partie de raccordement. La partie de fixation est formée sur une face de la section de test de plaque et est accouplée à la partie de raccordement lors de l'accouplement de la section de test de plaque avec la section de test d'insert, de manière à empêcher le désaccouplement de la section de test de plaque et de la section de test d'insert. La partie de raccordement est formée sur une face de la section de test d'insert afin de presser la partie de fixation, de sorte que la section de test de plaque soit accouplée amovible à la section de test d'insert, moyennant quoi la section de test de plaque et la section de test d'insert peuvent être accouplées à demeure l'une à l'autre et la section de test d'insert peut être facilement remplacée. En conséquence, on peut choisir une prothèse tibiale précise en mesurant avec précision la motilité de l'articulation du genou et le confort d'utilisation peut être amélioré.
