La jupe 48 du couvercle enserre alors l'habillage 30 sur cette section transversale extérieure, de sorte que le couvercle 46 peut être escamoté dans l'enveloppe extérieure géométrique de l'habillage 30, c'est-à-dire dans la continuité de la surface 31 extérieure de l'habillage 30, de sorte que l'étui 1 même muni du couvercle 46 conserve la forme générale d'un tube droit et lisse, sans discontinuité. Toutefois, afin de faciliter la mise en position ouverte du couvercle 46, ce dernier présente au moins une portion qui est en saillie transversale par rapport à l'habillage lorsque le couvercle 46 et en position fermée, de manière à former une zone de poussée pour, par exemple, le pouce de l'utilisateur. La zone de poussée est avantageusement placée à l'opposée de la charnière 47, par rapport à l'axe X principal. Pour utiliser l'étui 1 ainsi formé, l'utilisateur tient l'étui 1 avec le couvercle 46 en position fermée dans une main. Avec par exemple le pouce de cette même main, il pousse sur le couvercle 46 pour le mettre en position ouverte. Puis, toujours avec les doigts de la même main, il fait pivoter le corps 1 1 externe à travers les lumières 33 latérales, par exemple avec le pouce et l'index. La présence des deux lumières 33 latérales, diamétralement opposées, se révèle particulièrement adaptée pour à la fois tenir l'habillage 30 et pour, à l'aide de deux doigts, faire pivoter le corps 1 1 externe. En outre, le fait d'avoir placer les lumières 33 latérales sur la portion 34 intermédiaire permet de tenir fermement l'habillage 30 notamment par la portion 36 distale. Le corps 10 interne étant bloqué en rotation par rapport à l'habillage, le corps 1 1 externe pivote alors par rapport au corps 10 interne, de manière à provoquer le déplacement axial de la cupule 3, dans une direction qui fait sortir le raisin 2 hors de l'étui 1 par l'ouverture 19. Une fois le raisin utilisé, l'utilisateur, sans se servir de l'autre main, fait pivoter le corps 1 1 externe par rapport au corps 10 interne à travers les lumières 33 latérales et en tenant l'habillage 30, de sorte que la cupule 3 se déplace dans l'autre sens, pour faire rentrer le raisin 2 dans l'étui 1 .
