实施本发明的电子烟雾化器以及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:本发明的所述电子烟雾化器通过采用多个并同轴设置的雾化组件,且相邻的所述雾化组件的烟雾通道相互连通,通过控制开关控制各个雾化组件的工作状况,当通过控制开关是所有雾化组件工作时,所述电子烟雾化器工作时产生的烟雾量大。同时用户可以根据实际需求任意选择单个或多个雾化组件进行雾化,进而获得不同的烟雾量。多个烟雾均相互连通,因此远离吸嘴的雾化组件中产生的烟雾如果含有烟油颗粒,在到达离所述吸嘴较近的雾化组件时,离吸嘴较近的雾化组件的发热丝可对上述烟油颗粒进行二次雾化,因而本发明的烟油雾化率相对现有技术有了进一步的提升,烟雾量及烟雾浓度大,提高了用户体验。
控制开关沿径向伸出至雾化套管外壁,用户可直接通过按键按压控制对应的雾化组件的工作状态,使得使用者可根据自己的需求选择对应数量的雾化组件,同时多个所述雾化组件之间采用可拆卸连接的结构,组装多个所述雾化组件时其操作简便,当某个雾化组件损坏时不影响电子烟的正常使用,且易于检测出受损雾化组件同时更换方便。
各个雾化组件均包含各自的储油腔,因此用户可以向不同的雾化组件中添加不同口味的烟油,进而获得不同的抽烟口感,从而能够满足使用者的个性化需求,且调节简单方便,进一步提高了用户体验。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明的电子烟雾化器通过同轴相连的至少两个雾化组件进行组合,单个所述雾化组件均包含各用于进行烟油加热的发热丝以及用于排出烟油的雾化通道。同轴连通设置的至少两个所述雾化组件各自的雾化通道相互连通并最终到达吸嘴,每一雾化组件均设置有控制开关,因此,用户可以通过控制开关控制任意雾化组件的工作状态,通过改变雾化组件工作状态的数量控制烟油的雾化量,且操作方便用户体验更好。
进一步地,如图1-6所示为本发明的较佳实施例之一提供的一种电子烟雾化器。参考图1,本实施例的电子烟雾化器包括雾化组件1以及吸嘴2,本实施例的电子烟雾化器包含两个雾化组件1,雾化组件1之间的连接方式为可拆卸连接,例如图1所示的螺纹连接,应当理解,本发明的雾化组件1的数量并不限于两个,相邻雾化组件1之间的连接方式也可以是磁性连接、旋转卡扣连接等其他连接方式。相邻的所述雾化组件1的烟雾通道相互连通,吸嘴2可拆卸地安装在位于一端的一个所述雾化组件1的一端,位于另一端的一个所述雾化组件1的一端用于连接电池装置,由所述电池装置对所述 多个所述雾化组件1供电,从而驱动雾化组件1工作以产生烟雾 。当然,可以无需设置所述吸嘴2,直接将一个所述雾化组件1的端部作为吸嘴。
单个雾化组件1上均设置有控制开关29。本实施例的电子烟雾化器与电池装置组装形成电子烟后,通过调节该控制开关29可控制雾化组件1内的发热丝(未示出)与所述电池装置之间的电连接。本实施例的控制开关29部分暴露于雾化组件1外侧壁,因此用户在使用过程中直接调节该控制开关29即可实现对相应雾化组件1的控制,进而自主选择参与雾化的雾化组件1的个数,控制烟油的雾化量。所述电子烟雾化器工作时,若所有雾化组件1同时工作,所述电子烟雾化器产生的烟雾量大。此外,用户可以通过向不同烟油口味的雾化组件1自行调节烟油口味,满足用户的个性化需求,提高用户体验。
参考图2,为本实施例的电子烟雾化器的电路原理示意图。本实施例中,两个雾化组件1中的发热丝15依次并联连接,每个发热丝15均缠绕在对应的导油绳16上。由于两个发热丝15依次并联连接,单个控制开关29的开闭状态不影响其余雾化组件的工作状态,当其中一个雾化组件损坏或通过对应的控制开关29关闭后,也可以利用剩余的雾化组件保证所述电子烟雾化器仍然能正常使用。在本发明的其它实施例中,雾化组件的数量亦可以有其它选择,例如三个或者四个等。每个雾化组件中发热丝15的数量可以为多个。
参考图3-6所示为本发明的电子烟雾化器的的第一实施例。
如图3所示,雾化组件1包括雾化套管12、雾化芯14、隔油套件20、以及控制开关29。其中,雾化套管12大致为中空的管状结构,雾化套管12上开设有供控制开关29嵌入的通孔120。雾化芯14、隔油套件20以及雾化套管12同轴套设,隔油套件20包括与所述雾化芯14适配套合的第一套筒24、与所述雾化套管12内壁适配套合的圆弧套筒23、以及与所述第一套筒24相切且与所述圆弧套筒23相接合的第一侧壁22。进一步地,所述第一套筒24、圆弧套筒23以及所述第一侧壁22一体成型。雾化芯14贯穿第一套筒24,隔油套件20套设在雾化套管12内。
本实施例中的控制开关 29 为按键开关,控制开关 29 包括 PCB 板 19 、安装在所述 PCB 板 19 上的触碰开关 190 以及与所述触碰开关 190 点接触并经通孔 120 延伸至所述雾化套管 12 外的按键 10 。按键 10 嵌置于雾化套管 12 内并裸露于雾化套管 12 外侧壁,本实施例中的控制开关 29 凸出于雾化套管 12 外,在本发明的其他非限制性实施例中,所述按键 10 也可以内嵌在雾化套管 12 内或与雾化套管 12 的外侧壁形成平滑曲面。应当理解,在本发明的其他实施例中,本申请的控制开关 29 也可以是感应开关,在此情况下,控制开关 29 包括嵌置于所述雾化套管 12 外侧壁的固定在所述雾化套管 12 内的 PCB 板 19 、安装在所述 PCB 板 19 上的触摸控制器以及嵌置于所述雾化套管 12 外侧壁并与所述触摸控制器电性连接的感应部。在本实施例中,所述感应开关为现有技术,其具体结构不再赘述。
第一侧壁 22 对应通孔 120 的位置处开设有用于安装所述 PCB 板 19 的安装槽 21 以及用于穿插导线的导线孔 130 。雾化芯 14 内的发热丝(未示出)通过导线经所述导线孔 130 穿出并连接到所述 PCB 板 19 ,雾化芯 14 侧壁对应所述安装槽 21 位置处开设有供导线穿出的引线孔 133 ,所述导线线经所述引线孔 133 穿出并经所述导线孔 130 连接到所述 PCB 板 19 。
雾化套管12内靠近所述吸嘴的一端套设有第二密封盖201,所述雾化套管远离所述吸嘴的一端套设有第二密封套211;所述第二密封套211、所述雾隔油套件20以及所述第二密封盖201围成用于存储烟油的第二储油腔。第二密封盖201上对应所述第二储油腔的位置处开设有对应所述第二储油腔的位置处沿轴向开设有加油孔111,每个所述雾化组件1还包括密封插置在所述加油孔111上的密封组件,所述密封组件包括插置在所述加油孔111中的密封钉102以及套设在所述密封钉102上并与所述加油孔111的内壁抵接的密封环105。本实施例的吸嘴2与雾化组件1之间为螺纹连接,因此为了获得更好的密封效果,防止所述第二储油腔内的烟油渗入所述吸嘴2内影响烟油的口感,本实施例的第二密封盖201上还盖设有密封垫片106。组装时,密封垫片106两侧分别抵接嘴及所述第二密封盖201。本实施例中,每个雾化组件1均能够添加烟油,以实现多次重复使用,以增加所述电子烟雾化器的使用周期,进而降低使用所述电子烟雾化器的成本。
此外,第二密封盖201与所述雾化套管12之间还套设有第一密封圈103,用以加强所述第二密封盖201在所述雾化套管12内的固定及所述第二密封盖201与所述雾化套管12之间的密封效果,同理所述第二密封套211与所述雾化套管12之间也套设有第二密封圈110,也用以加强所述第二密封套211在所述雾化套管12内的固定及所述第二密封盖201与所述雾化套管12之间的密封效果。
参考图4, 雾化芯 14 包括 外套管 141 ,外套管 141 内收容发热丝15并形成雾化通道,所述外套管141靠近所述吸嘴2的一端安装有第一电极结构17,在所述外套管141远离所述吸嘴2的一端的安装有第二电极结构18。发热丝15与储油件142均安装在外套管141的内部。储油件142为储油棉结构,其用于储存烟油,外套管141侧壁开设有空烟油流入的进油孔13。烟油经进油孔13流入后由储油件142吸收储存。发热丝15缠绕在导油绳16上,导油绳16架设在与外套管141同轴套设的通气管145上,通气管145沿径向开设有用于穿设导油绳16的安装孔147,为了防止储油件142内存储的烟油直接经安装孔147流入通气管145内对吸烟口感造成影响,所述通气管145外抵接所述导油绳16还同轴套设了第一套管143。发热丝15工作时,使得储存在储油件142中的烟油由所述导油绳16导出供所述发热丝15雾化以产生烟雾。
外套管141靠近所述吸嘴2的一端安装有第一电极结构17,第二电极结构18安装在所述外套管141远离所述吸嘴2的一端。第二电极结构18可用于与电池装置电连接,或用于与另一个雾化组件1中的第一电极结构17电连接。该第二电极结构18包括第二外电极181、第二内电极180以及第二绝缘件182。第二外电极181大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在外套管141远离第一电极结构17的一端。第二内电极180大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在第二外电极181的内部。该第二内电极180的内部开设有供气流流通的第二通气孔183,该第二通气孔183沿第二内电极180的轴向开设,并与所述雾化通道相连通。第二绝缘件182大致为环状结构,其安装在第二外电极181与第二内电极180之间以实现两者的电性绝缘。
第一电极结构17可用于与吸嘴2连接,或用于与另一个雾化组件1中的第一电极结构17电连接。该第一电极结构17包括第一外电极171、第一内电极170以及第一绝缘件172。第一外电极171大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在外套管141靠近吸嘴2的一端。第一内电极170同样大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在第一外电极171的内部。该第一内电极170的内部开设有供气流流通的第一通气孔173,该第一通气孔173沿第一内电极170的轴向开设。第一绝缘件172大致为环状结构,其安装在第一外电极171与第一内电极170之间以实现两者的电性绝缘。 通气管145两端分别与第一通气孔173以及第二通气孔183连通,共同形成所述雾化通道。
参考图5,各个雾化组件1中,第一套筒24侧壁开设有供烟油流出的出油孔(未示出),雾化芯14的所述外套管上对应所述出油孔开设有进油孔13,所述烟油经所述进油孔13流入所述雾化芯14内紧贴所述外套管的储油件142内,由所述发热丝15进行加热雾化。隔油套件20靠近吸嘴2的一端抵接第二密封盖201,隔油套件20远离吸嘴2的一端抵接第二密封套211,控制开关安装在第一侧壁22与雾化套管12围成的空间内。隔油套件20与第二密封盖201及第二密封套211围成用于存储烟油的第二储油腔,密封钉102插置于第二密封盖201的对应位置处,防止烟油渗漏。
第一外电极171、第二外电极181以及发热丝15的一端分别连接到所述PCB板19,通过按压按键10使触碰开关190控制所述第一外电极171及所述第二外电极181在PCB板19上与所述发热丝15之间的连接。所述第一内电极170与所述第二内电极180分别与所述发热丝15的另一端电连接。本实施例中,发热丝15的两端均采用导线分别连接至PCB板19或第一内电极180,其中连接到所述第一外电极171、所述第二外电极181以及所述发热丝15的导线均穿过所述外套管141上对应导线孔130位置处开设的引线孔133连接到所述PCB板19。此外,所述第一外电极171与所述第二外电极181分别与所述发热丝15的一端之间的电连接除导线连接外,也可以直接通过采用金属材质的外套管141获得,在此不作限定。所述第一内电极170与所述第二内电极180分别与所述发热丝15的另一端之间的电连接可以是但不限于导线连接。
吸嘴2可拆卸地安装在位于末端的一个所述雾化组件1的一端,该吸嘴2的一端设置有与第一外电极171上的内螺纹相互旋合连接的外螺纹,使得吸嘴2组装拆卸时操作较为简便。
参考图6,当本实施例的两个雾化组件1连接时,其中一个雾化组件1中的第一外电极171与第一内电极170分别对应与另一个雾化组件1中的第二外电极181与第二内电极180电连接。本实施例中,第一外电极171与第二外电极181相互旋合以实现电连接,第一内电极170与第二内电极180相互抵持以实现电连接。本实施例中,相邻的雾化组件1之间为可拆卸连接结构,所述可拆卸连接结构包括设置在第一外电极171上的内螺纹,以及设置在第二外电极181上的外螺纹。该外螺纹与该内螺纹相互旋合连接,使得相邻的两个雾化组件1实现可拆卸连接,同时实现相邻的两个雾化组件1中的第一外电极171与第二外电极181之间的电连接。在本发明的其它实施例中,也可以在第一外电极171上设置外螺纹,在第二外电极181上设置与该外螺纹旋合连接的内螺纹。本实施例采用可螺纹连接结构,其结构简单,且拆装简便。
参考图7-10 所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟雾化器。
参考图7,本实施例其与实施例之一所不同之处在于本实施例的雾化组件1还包括安装在所述雾化套管12远离所述吸嘴2的一端的电连接件3,所述电连接件3与所述雾化芯14之间的所述雾化套管12内安装有控制开关29。所述电连接件3包括第三外电极31以及安装在所述第三外电极31内的第三内电极30,第三外电极31大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在外套管141远离吸嘴2的一端。第三内电极30同样大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在第三外电极31的内部。该第三内电极30的内部开设有供气流流通的第三通气孔33,该第三气孔33沿第三内电极30的轴向开设。第三内电极30与第三外电极31之间同轴套设有第三绝缘件32,由此保证第三内电极30与第三外电极31之间的电性绝缘。本实施例中的PCB板卡置于固定件192内,所述固定件192截面为弧形,所述固定件192外侧壁与所述雾化套管12内壁贴合,所述固定件192内壁开设有用于插置所述PCB板19的插槽。所述PCB板19上开设有用于气流流通的气孔191。
与上述第一实施相类似,雾化套12内沿轴向插置有具有进油孔13的雾化芯14,雾化芯14的结构与上述图4所示相同,在此不作赘述。雾化套管12远离所述电连接件3的一端套设有第一密封盖101,雾化芯14远离所述第一密封盖101的一端套设有第一密封套11,所述密封套11外壁与所述雾化套管12适配抵接。所述第一密封套11、所述雾化套管12、所述雾化芯14以及所述第一密封盖101围成用于存储烟油的第一储油腔。所述第一储油腔中的烟油经进油孔13流入所述雾化芯14内由雾化芯内的发热丝(未示出)进行加热雾化。相比于第一实施例中的第一储油腔,本实施例的储油腔体积更大,储油量更多。
参考图8,本实施例的电子烟雾化器中包含两个雾化组件1,吸嘴2与其中的一个雾化组件1的第一电极结构17可拆卸连接,其连接方式为螺纹连接,但不限于此也可以是磁性连接或旋转卡扣连接等。电连接件3安装在雾化套管12远离吸嘴2的一端,电连接件3与雾化芯14之间沿雾化套管轴向留有第一间隙(未示出)。固定件192与雾化套管12同轴套设在所述第一间隙内,PCB板插置于固定件192中获得固定,PCB板19上开设有用于气流流通的气孔191。
雾化芯14内的第一电极结构17、第二电极结构18以及发热丝15、导油绳16之间的连接关系与图5中的结构相当,在此不做赘述。
雾化芯14靠近吸嘴2的一端抵接第一密封盖101,雾化芯14远离吸嘴2的一端抵接第一密封套11。雾化芯14与第一密封盖101及第一密封套11围成用于存储烟油的第一储油腔,密封钉102插置于第一密封盖101的对应位置处,防止烟油渗漏。雾化芯14的外套管上对应所述第一储油腔开设有进油孔13,所述第一储油腔内的烟油经所述进油孔13流入所述雾化芯14内紧贴所述外套管的储油件142内,由所述发热丝15进行加热雾化。
参考图9的P处放大图中,所述第三内电极30与所述第二内电极180连接到所述PCB板19获得电性连接,所述第三外电极31与所述第二外电极181分别连接到所述PCB板19获得电性连接,同时所述发热丝15的一端经导线连接至所述PCB板19;所述第一内电极170与所述第二内电极180可以直接通过导线连接到所述发热丝15的另一端;所述发热丝15与所述第一外电极171与所述第二外电极181之间的连接受控于PCB板19。所述第一外电极171与所述第二外电极181之间的电连接可以依靠导线,也可以直接通过采用金属材质的外套管141获得,在此不作限定。
参考图10的Q部放大图,所述相邻的两个所述雾化组件1连接时,其中一个所述雾化组件1中的所述第一外电极171与所述第一内电极170分别对应与另一个所述雾化组件1中的所述第三外电极31与所述第三内电极30电连接。所述第一外电极171上开设有外螺纹,所述第三外电极31上开设有并与所述外螺纹旋合连接的内螺纹,由所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹实现所述雾化组件1之间的可拆卸连接。第一外电极171与第三外电极31相互旋合以实现电连接,第一内电极170与第三内电极30相互抵持以实现电连接。
本实施例中,设置在相邻的雾化组件1之间的可拆卸连接结构包括设置在第一外电极171上的内螺纹,以及设置在第三外电极31上的外螺纹。该外螺纹与该内螺纹相互旋合连接,使得相邻的两个雾化组件1实现可拆卸连接,同时实现相邻的两个雾化组件1中的第一外电极171与第三外电极31之间的电连接。在本发明的其它实施例中,也可以在第一外电极171上设置外螺纹,在第三外电极31上设置与该外螺纹旋合连接的内螺纹。本实施例采用可螺纹连接结构,其结构简单,且拆装简便。
应当理解,本申请的雾化组件1之间的连接方式不限于上述的螺纹连接,也可以是设置在所述第一电极结构17与所述第三电连接件3之间的磁性连接或旋转卡扣连接等。
基于上述电子烟雾化器的结构,本发明还构造了一种电子烟,包括如上实施例所述的电子烟雾化器,以及与所述电子烟雾化器连接的电池装置。由于上述实施例中所述电子烟雾化器采用两个雾化组件1的结构,与现有技术中只有一个雾化组件1的电子烟雾化器相比,该电子烟同时具有上述所述电子烟雾化器的技术效果。
组装上述电子烟时,首先可组装上述的电子烟雾化器,可首先安装两个雾化组件1,再将吸嘴2安装在其中一个雾化组件1上,在将组装好的电子烟雾化器与电池装置电连接。使用过程中,需要使用一个雾化组件1时,触碰对应的控制开关29的按键10,使对应的雾化组件1与电池装置连通。若需要加大烟油雾化量,可进一步根据个人需求,通过按压对应的控制开关29开启另一个雾化组件1即可由于 所述电子烟雾化器采用带有各自的控制开关 29 的 两个雾化组件1的结构,与现有技术中只有一个雾化组件1的电子烟雾化器相比,本实施例中的所述电子在工作时可根据实际需求调节产生的烟雾量。每个雾化组件1均可独立地进行替换使用,从而能够满足使用者的个性化需求,提高用户体验 。
综上所述, 本发明的 所述电子烟雾化器通过采用多个并同轴设置的雾化组件1,且相邻的所述雾化组件1的烟雾通道相互连通,通过控制开关29控制各个雾化组件1的工作状况,当通过控制开关29是所有雾化组件1工作时,所述电子烟雾化器工作时产生的烟雾量大。同时用户可以根据实际需求任意选择单个或多个雾化组件1进行雾化,进而获得不同的烟雾量。多个烟雾均相互连通,因此远离吸嘴2的雾化组件1中产生的烟雾如果含有烟油颗粒,在到达离所述吸嘴2较近的雾化组件1时,离吸嘴2较近的雾化组件1的发热丝15可对上述烟油颗粒进行二次雾化,因而本发明的烟油雾化率相对现有技术有了进一步的提升。

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,用于与电池装置电连接形成电子烟,所述电子烟雾化器包括具有发热丝(15)的雾化组件(1),所述雾化组件(1)内设置有用于引导烟雾排出的烟雾通道,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(1)的数量为至少两个,至少两个所述雾化组件(1)同轴设置;相邻的所述雾化组件(1)的烟雾通道相互连通;每一所述雾化组件(1)还包括用于控制所述发热丝(15)与所述电池装置之间电性连接的控制开关(29)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,每个所述雾化组件(1)还包括雾化套管(12)以及安装在所述雾化套管(12)内的雾化芯(14),所述雾化芯(14)内收容所述发热丝(15)并形成有所述雾化通道;所述控制开关(29)部分裸露于所述雾化套管(12)外侧壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述控制开关(29)为按键开关,所述控制开关(29)包括固定在所述雾化套管(12)内的PCB板(19)、安装在所述PCB板(19)上的触碰开关(190)以及与所述触碰开关(190)点接触并延伸至所述雾化套管(12)外侧壁的按键(10),所述按键(10)可活动嵌置于所述雾化套管(12)的外侧壁。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述控制开关(29)为感应开关,所述控制开关(29)包括嵌置于所述雾化套管(12)外侧壁的固定在所述雾化套管(12)内的PCB板(19)、安装在所述PCB板(19)上的触摸控制器以及嵌置于所述雾化套管(12)外侧壁并与所述触摸控制器电性连接的感应部。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子烟雾化器还包括与所述雾化组件(1)相连的吸嘴(2);所述雾化芯(14)包括收容所述发热丝(15)的外套管(141)、安装在所述外套管(141)靠近所述吸嘴(2)的一端的第一电极结构(17),以及安装在所述外套管(141)远离所述吸嘴(2)的一端的第二电极结构(18);
    其中,所述第一电极结构(17)包括安装在所述外套管(141)上的第一外电极(171),以及安装在所述第一外电极(171)内部的第一内电极(170);所述第二电极结构(18)包括安装在所述雾化套管(12)上的第二外电极(181),以及安装在所述第二外电极(181)内部的第二内电极(180);所述第一外电极(171)、所述第二外电极(181)以及所述发热丝(15)的一端分别连接到所述PCB板(19),由所述触碰开关(190)控制所述第一外电极(171)、所述第二外电极(181)与所述发热丝(15)之间的连接;所述第一内电极(170)与所述第二内电极(180)分别与所述发热丝(15)的另一端电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(1)还包括安装在所述雾化套管(12)远离所述吸嘴(2)的一端的电连接件(3),所述电连接件(3)与所述雾化芯(14)之间沿所述雾化套管(12)的轴向具有第一间隙,所述PCB板(19)沿所述雾化套管(12)的径向安装在在所述第一间隙内;
    所述电连接件(3)包括第三外电极(31)以及安装在所述第三外电极(31)内的第三内电极(30),所述第三内电极(30)与所述第二内电极(180)连接到所述PCB板(19)获得电性连接,所述第三外电极(31)与所述第二外电极(181)分别连接到所述PCB板(19)获得电性连接;
    所述相邻的两个所述雾化组件(1)连接时,其中一个所述雾化组件(1)中的所述第一外电极(171)与所述第一内电极(170)分别对应与另一个所述雾化组件(1)中的所述第三外电极(31)与所述第三内电极(30)电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一外电极(171)上开设有外螺纹,所述第三外电极(31)上开设有并与所述外螺纹旋合连接的内螺纹,由所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹实现所述雾化组件(1)之间的可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化套管(12)内靠近所述吸嘴(2)的一端套设有第一密封盖(101),所述第二外电极(181)与所述雾化套管(12)之间套设有第一密封套(11);所述第一密封套(11)、所述雾化套管(12)、所述外套管(141)以及所述第一密封盖(101)围成用于存储烟油的第一储油腔;所述外套管(141)开设有进油孔(13),所述烟油经所述进油孔(13)流入所述雾化芯(14)内由所述发热丝(15)进行加热雾化。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一密封盖(101)上对应所述第一储油腔的位置处沿轴向开设有加油孔(111),每个所述雾化组件(1)还包括密封插置在所述加油孔(111)上的密封组件。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯(14)与所述雾化套管(12)之间同轴套设有隔油套件(20),所述隔油套件(20)包括与所述雾化芯(14)适配套合的第一套筒(24)、与所述雾化套管(12)内壁适配套合的圆弧套筒(23)、以及与所述第一套筒(24)相切且与所述圆弧套筒(23)相接合的第一侧壁(22),所述第一侧壁(22)开设有用于安装所述PCB板(19)的安装槽(21);
    相邻的两个所述雾化组件(1)连接时,其中一个所述雾化组件(1)中的所述第一外电极(171)与所述第一内电极(170)分别对应与另一个所述雾化组件(1)中的所述第二外电极(181)与所述第二内电极(180)电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一外电极(171)上开设有外螺纹,所述第二外电极(181)上开设有并与所述外螺纹旋合连接的内螺纹,由所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹实现所述雾化组件(1)之间的可拆卸连接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化套管(12)两端分别套设有第二密封盖(201)与第二密封套(211),所述雾化芯(14)两端分别延伸至第二密封盖(201)与第二密封套(211)内,所述第二密封盖(201)及所述第二密封套(211)分别抵接所述隔油套件(20)两端;所述隔油套件(20)、所述第二密封套(211)及所述第二密封盖(201)围成用于存储烟油的第二储油腔;所述外套管(141)开设有进油孔(13),所述烟油经所述进油孔(13)流入所述雾化芯(14)内由所述发热丝(15)进行加热雾化。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二密封盖(201)上对应所述第二储油腔的位置处沿轴向开设有加油孔(111),每个所述雾化组件(1)还包括密封插置在所述加油孔(111)上的密封组件。
  14. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟雾化器,以及与所述电子烟雾化器连接的电池组件,所述电子烟雾化器包括具有发热丝(15)的雾化组件(1),所述雾化组件(1)内设置有用于引导烟雾排出的烟雾通道,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(1)的数量为至少两个,至少两个所述雾化组件(1)同轴设置;相邻的所述雾化组件(1)的烟雾通道相互连通;每一所述雾化组件(1)还包括用于控制所述发热丝(15)与所述电池装置之间电性连接的控制开关(29);相邻所述雾化组件(1)之间为可拆卸连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,每个所述雾化组件(1)还包括雾化套管(12)以及安装在所述雾化套管(12)内的雾化芯(14),所述雾化芯(14)内收容所述发热丝(15)并形成有所述雾化通道;所述控制开关(29)部分裸露于所述雾化套管(12)外侧壁;所述控制开关(29)为按键开关或感应开关,所述控制开关(29)包括固定在所述第一间隙内的PCB板(19)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制开关(29)为按键开关,所述控制开关还包括安装在所述PCB板(19)上的触碰开关(190)以及与所述触碰开关(190)点接触并裸露于所述雾化套管(12)外侧壁的按键(10);所述电子烟雾化器还包括与所述雾化组件(1)相连的吸嘴(2);所述雾化芯(14)包括收容所述发热丝(15)的外套管(141)、安装在所述外套管(141)靠近所述吸嘴(2)的一端的第一电极结构(17),以及安装在所述外套管(141)远离所述吸嘴(2)的一端的第二电极结构(18);
    其中,所述第一电极结构(17)包括安装在所述外套管(141)上的第一外电极(171),以及安装在所述第一外电极(171)内部的第一内电极(170);所述第二电极结构(18)包括安装在所述雾化套管(12)上的第二外电极(181),以及安装在所述第二外电极(181)内部的第二内电极(180);所述第一外电极(171)、所述第二外电极(181)以及所述发热丝(15)的一端分别连接到所述PCB板(19),由所述触碰开关(190)控制所述第一外电极(171)、所述第二外电极(181)与所述发热丝(15)之间的连接;所述第一内电极(170)与所述第二内电极(180)分别与所述发热丝(15)的另一端电连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(1)还包括安装在所述雾化套管(12)远离所述吸嘴(2)的一端的电连接件(3),所述电连接件(3)与所述雾化芯(14)之间沿所述雾化套管(12)的轴向具有第一间隙,所述PCB板(19)沿所述雾化套管(12)的径向安装在在所述第一间隙内;
    所述电连接件(3)包括第三外电极(31)以及安装在所述第三外电极(31)内的第三内电极(30),所述第三内电极(30)与所述第二内电极(180)连接到所述PCB板(19)获得电性连接,所述第三外电极(31)与所述第二外电极(181)分别连接到所述PCB板(19)获得电性连接;
    所述相邻的两个所述雾化组件(1)连接时,其中一个所述雾化组件(1)中的所述第一外电极(171)与所述第一内电极(170)分别对应与另一个所述雾化组件(1)中的所述第三外电极(31)与所述第三内电极(30)电连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套管(12)内靠近所述吸嘴(2)的一端套设有第一密封盖(101),所述第二外电极(181)与所述雾化套管(12)之间套设有第一密封套(11);所述第一密封套(11)、所述雾化套管(12)、所述外套管(141)以及所述第一密封盖(101)围成用于存储烟油的第一储油腔;所述外套管(141)开设有进油孔(13),所述烟油经所述进油孔(13)流入所述雾化芯(14)内由所述发热丝(15)进行加热雾化;所述第一密封盖(101)上对应所述第一储油腔的位置处沿轴向开设有加油孔(111),每个所述雾化组件(1)还包括密封插置在所述加油孔(111)上的密封组件。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯(14)与所述雾化套管(12)之间同轴套设有隔油套件(20),所述隔油套件(20)包括与所述雾化芯(14)适配套合的第一套筒(24)、与所述雾化套管(12)内壁适配套合的圆弧套筒(23)、以及与所述第一套筒(24)相切且与所述圆弧套筒(23)相接合的第一侧壁(22),所述第一侧壁(22)开设有用于安装所述PCB板(19)的安装槽(21);
    相邻的两个所述雾化组件(1)连接时,其中一个所述雾化组件(1)中的所述第一外电极(171)与所述第一内电极(170)分别对应与另一个所述雾化组件(1)中的所述第二外电极(181)与所述第二内电极(180)电连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套管(12)两端分别套设有第二密封盖(201)与第二密封套(211),所述雾化芯(14)两端分别延伸至第二密封盖(201)与第二密封套(211)内,所述第二密封盖(201)及所述第二密封套(211)分别抵接所述隔油套件(20)两端;所述隔油套件(20)、所述第二密封套(211)及所述第二密封盖(201)围成用于存储烟油的第二储油腔;所述外套管(141)开设有进油孔(13),所述烟油经所述进油孔(13)流入所述雾化芯(14)由所述发热丝(15)进行加热雾化。
