Abstract

The object of the invention is a predictive method for the detection and/or exclusion of lung cancer, which involves the measurement of expression levels of miRNA in the test sample, involving: — Detection, in the biological sample, of at least 3 miRNAs from the list of 24 miRNAs, and determination of the amounts of the indicated miRNAs relative to the control sample. Furthermore, an object of the invention is also the use of this method for the detection of lung cancer in individuals at high risk of lung cancer.
