Abstract

An assessment system for assessing educational institutes comprising: aspects correlated to educational institute; factors correlated to aspects; parameters correlated to aspects, wherein a group of parameters form one factor; sub- parameters correlated parameters, wherein a group of sub-parameters form parameters; sources being correlated to parameters and / or sub-parameters; database of tests in order to assess each of said aspects in terms of its factors by assessing correlated parameters and optionally correlated sub-parameters using source per parameter and optionally correlated source per sub-parameter; and scoring mechanism adapted to score each of said parameters, sub-parameters based on at least a source, to score each of said factors, to score each of said aspects from a parameter-specific performance based on correlating tests, said scores being first derived at a parameter level, then at a factor level, and then at an aspect level, said scores being cumulated to form a report of said educational institute.
