- the terminal devices are all in the network coverage but are in different non-synchronized cells
- the terminal device in the neighboring cell of the cell wants to be The terminal device transmitting the communication signal performs D2D communication, and the terminal device in the neighboring cell needs to synchronize with the terminal device that is transmitting the communication signal at the communication time. Therefore, the terminal device in the neighboring cell needs to acquire the terminal device where the communication signal is being transmitted.
- the synchronization reference of the cell that is, the synchronization signal transmitted by the base station of the cell where the terminal device that is transmitting the communication signal is located, but in this case, the terminal device in the neighboring cell cannot correctly receive the base of the different cell.
- the wake-up signal may be transmitted by the terminal device in the neighboring cell, and the terminal device of the cell where the terminal device that is transmitting the communication signal is triggered to transmit the synchronization signal.
- the second terminal device may be a terminal device in a neighboring cell
- the first terminal device may be a terminal device in a cell where the terminal device that is transmitting the communication signal is located.
- the second terminal device has no network connection, that is, when the second terminal device is outside the network coverage, the wake-up signal is sent in a broadcast manner, for example, the second terminal device is disconnected from the originally connected network due to an emergency event. At this time, the second terminal device transmits a wake-up signal.
- the second terminal device is always in a no-network connection state, and the second terminal device transmits a wake-up signal.
- the second terminal device transmits a wake-up signal in a broadcast manner, and a plurality of terminal devices may receive a wake-up signal transmitted by the second terminal device, and the terminal device that receives the wake-up signal may transmit a synchronization signal.
- the second terminal device receives more than one synchronization signal, it selects to synchronize with the terminal device with the highest priority.
- the wakeup signal may carry the group ID information, and the wakeup signal carries the same group ID as the first terminal device.
- the first terminal device and the second terminal device are in the same network coverage, belong to the same group, and the first terminal device and the second terminal device have the same group ID;
- the second The terminal device is out of the network, and the group ID information is carried in the wake-up signal transmitted by the second terminal device, and the group ID carried by the wake-up signal is the same as the group ID of the first terminal device.
- the wake-up signal includes synchronization priority information, and the terminal device with low priority is synchronized to the terminal device with high priority.
- a method for transmitting a synchronization signal is provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the second terminal device is capable of transmitting a wake-up signal, the first terminal device receives the wake-up signal, and transmits the synchronization signal, and the second terminal device receives the synchronization signal transmitted by the first terminal device, And synchronized with the first terminal device.
- the solution is in the first terminal device and the second terminal.
- the wake-up signal and the synchronization signal are used between the devices, so that the second terminal device can synchronize with the first terminal device. Even in a working scenario of partial network coverage, users in and out of the network coverage can use the synchronization reference of the network.
- the storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory (ROM), or a random access memory (RAM).
