一种电子烟及其电池杆、雾化器。电池杆包括电池杆本体(11),电池杆本体(11)的气道(111)上设置有与气道(111)相配合的用于阻止水通过气道(111)进入电池杆本体(11)内的防水透气部件(12);雾化器包括雾化器本体(13),雾化器本体(13)的烟雾通道(131)上设置有与烟雾通道(131)相配合的用于阻止水通过烟雾通道(131)进入雾化器本体(13)内的防水透气部件(12)。防水透气部件(12)能够在保证气道(111)及烟雾通道(131)透气性的基础上,有效隔绝外界的水等液体,避免外界的水等液体进入电池杆及雾化器内,从而有效提高电池杆及雾化器的防水能力,并使得电子烟的整体防水能力得到相应提高。
Description
电子烟及其电池杆、 雾化器
本申请要求于 2013 年 12 月 30 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320882290.8、 发明名称为 "电子烟及其电池杆、 雾化器" 的中国专利申请 的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟配件技术领域,特别涉及一种电池杆及雾化器。 本发明 还涉及一种应用该电池杆及雾化器的电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品, 电池杆作为主要的结构组 件,对电子烟的整体工作效果起到了至关重要的作用。 而随着生产和使用需求 的不断提高, 人们对电池杆的性能也提出了更高的要求。
目前现有的电子烟通常包括雾化器及电池杆,所述雾化器和电池杆为可拆 卸连接或不可拆卸连接,所述雾化器和电池杆为不可拆卸连接的电子烟也称为 一次性电子烟。 所述雾化器内设置有轴向贯通的供烟雾流通的烟雾通道, 所述 电池杆内设置有轴向设置的并与所述烟雾通道相连通的气道。 电子烟工作时, 进入所述气道内的气流流入所述烟雾通道后与所述烟雾通道内的烟雾汇合后 送入吸烟者口腔。
然而,由于其电池杆部分及雾化器部分均不具备任何的防水结构或防水组 件, 因而当电池杆部分或雾化器部分进水或被水浸湿后, 水通常通过相应的所 述气道和所述烟雾通道进入所述电池杆和雾化器内, 使电子烟内部电路短路, 其无法继续进行正常工作,且浸湿后的电池杆极易发生损坏,给电子烟的正常 使用造成不便。此外, 进入所述电子烟内的水与电子烟内的烟油汇合后会使烟 雾变味, 影响口感。
因此,如何提高电池杆的防水能力是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的重要 技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电池杆及雾化器,该电池杆及雾化器的防水能力 较好。 本发明的另一目的是提供一种应用上述电池杆及雾化器的电子烟。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种电池杆, 用于与雾化器组合形成电
子烟, 其包括电池杆本体, 所述电池杆本体的内部沿其轴向设置有供气流流通 并将气流输送至所述雾化器内的气道,所述气道上设置有与所述气道相配合的 优选地 ,所述电池杆本体包括套管及分别设置在所述套管两端的端盖和连 接件, 所述连接件用于与所述雾化器连接, 所述气道的进气口设置在电池杆本 体的远离所述连接件的一端, 所述防水透气部件设置在所述端盖的内侧。
优选地, 所述防水透气部件为防水透气膜。
优选地,所述防水透气膜为高分子聚乙烯防水透气膜或聚四氟乙烯防水透 气膜。
优选地, 所述防水透气部件设置于所述气道的进气口内侧或外侧。
本发明还提供一种雾化器, 用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟, 其包括雾化器 本体, 所述雾化器本体的内部沿其轴向设置有供烟雾流通的烟雾通道, 所述烟 雾通道上设置有与所述烟雾通道相配合的用于阻止水通过所述烟雾通道进入 所述雾化器本体内的防水透气部件。
优选地, 所述雾化器本体设置有吸嘴端及用于与所述电池杆连接的连接 端, 所述防水透气部件设置在所述雾化器的吸嘴端。
优选地,所述防水透气部件为高分子聚乙烯防水透气透气膜或聚四氟乙烯 防水透气透气膜。
本发明还提供一种电子烟, 包括相互连接的电池杆和雾化器, 所述电池杆 具体为如上述任一项所述的电池杆,所述雾化器具体为上述任一项所述的雾化 哭口 。
优选地, 所述电池杆和所述雾化器为不可拆卸的一体结构。
相对上述背景技术, 本发明所提供的电池杆、 雾化器及电子烟中, 由于所 所述电池杆本体内的防水透气部件;所述雾化器的烟雾通道上设置有与所述烟 雾通道相配合的用于阻止水通过所述烟雾通道进入所述雾化器本体内的防水 透气部件。 因而, 所述防水透气部件能够在保证所述气道和所述烟雾通道处的 透气性的基础上,有效隔绝外界的水等液体,避免外界的水等液体进入所述电 池杆本体及所述雾化器本体内,从而有效提高了所述电池杆的防水能力, 并使
得电子烟的整体防水能力得以相应提高,避免因外部的水等进入而使内部电路 短路及水与烟油汇合后使烟雾变味的情况, 其可在雨中、浴室及游泳池等雨水 较多的环境中使用, 拓宽了电子烟的使用环境, 提高了用户体验, 便于电子烟 的推广应用。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心是提供一种电池杆, 该电池杆的防水能力较好; 同时, 提供 一种具有防水能力的雾化器和应用上述电池杆及雾化器的电子烟。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和具体实 施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图 1 , 图 1为本发明一种具体实施方式所提供的电池杆的第一种结 构的装配结构示意图。
在具体实施方式中, 本发明所提供的电池杆, 用于与雾化器组合形成电子
烟, 其包括电池杆本体 11 , 所述电池杆本体 11的内部沿其轴向设置有供气流 流通并将气流输送至所述雾化器内的气道 111 , 所述气道 111上设置有与所述 气道 111相配合的用于阻止水通过所述气道 111进入所述电池杆本体 11 内的 防水透气部件 12。
工作过程中,防水透气部件 12能够在保证气道 111处的透气性的基石出上, 有效隔绝外界的水等液体, 避免外界的水等液体伸入所述电池杆内, 从而有效 提高了所述电池杆的防水能力, 并使得电子烟的整体防水能力得以相应提高, 避免因外部的水等进入而内部电路短路, 其可在雨中、 浴室及游泳池等雨水较 多的环境中使用, 拓宽了电子烟的使用环境, 提高了用户体验, 便于电子烟的 推广应用。
进一步地, 所述电池杆本体 11 包括套管 112及分别设置在所述套管 112 两端的端盖 113和连接件 114, 所述连接件 114用于与所述雾化器连接, 所述 连接件 114设置有内螺纹,以实现与所述雾化器通过螺纹连接。可以理解的是, 所述连接件 114与所述雾化器的连接方式可以是卡接、磁吸连接或涨紧配合连 接等, 在此不作限定。
所述气道 111的进气口 115设置在电池杆本体 11的远离所述连接件 114 的一端, 所述防水透气部件 12设置在所述端盖 113的内侧。 此外, 所述电池 杆本体 11 内还包括电池 116及控制所述电池 116给所述雾化器供电的控制模 块 117等, 其为现有技术, 在此不再贅述。 本实施例的气道 111的气流流通路 径为: 气流从所述进气口 115进入所述防水透气部件 12处, 然后经过所述控 制模块 117的通气孔(图中未示), 再经过所述套管 112与所述电池 116之间 的缝隙, 最后经过所述连接件 114送出。
在本实施例中, 所述进气口 115开设在所述端盖 113上, 当然, 所述进气 口 115可以设置在所述套管 112上或者所述套管 112与所述端盖 113之间的缝 隙形成所述进气口 115 , 在此不作限定。 所述防水透气部件 12也可直接设置 于所述气道 111的进气口 115内侧或外侧, 在此不作限定。
更具体地, 所述防水透气部件 12优选为防水透气膜, 更优选为高分子聚 乙烯防水透气膜或聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜。 应当指出, 上述防水透气部件 12 为高分子聚乙烯防水透气膜或聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜仅为优选方案,其并不局
限于上文所述的高分子聚乙烯防水透气膜或聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜,只要是能 够满足所述电池杆的实际使用需要均可。所述高分子聚乙烯防水透气膜和所述 聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜均为市场上有销售的现有材料, 因此, 其结构和原理在 此不再赘述。
请参考图 2, 图 2为本发明一种具体实施方式所提供的电池杆的第二种结 构的装配结构示意图。 本实施例与上述第一种实施例的结构相似, 其不同之处 在于: 所述电池杆本体 11位于所述连接件 114的内侧还设置有所述防水透气 部件 12。 此种结构可以使所述电池杆本体 11两端均能够防水, 使其在与雾化 器组合之前也能很好地防止水进入所述电池杆本体 11 内, 从而进一步提高所 述电池杆本体 11的防水性能。
请参阅图 3 , 本发明提供一种雾化器, 用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟, 其 包括雾化器本体 13 , 所述雾化器本体 13的内部沿其轴向设置有供烟雾流通的 烟雾通道 131 , 所述烟雾通道 131上设置有与所述烟雾通道 131相配合的用于 阻止水通过所述烟雾通道 131进入所述雾化器本体 13内的防水透气部件 12。 本发明提供的雾化器可避免因外部的水等进入而短路及水与烟油汇合后使烟 雾变味的情况, 其可在雨中、 浴室及游泳池等雨水较多的环境中使用, 拓宽了 电子烟的使用环境, 提高了用户体验, 便于电子烟的推广应用。
更具体地, 所述雾化器本体 13设置有吸嘴端及用于与所述电池杆连接的 连接端, 所述吸嘴端及所述连接端的内侧均设置有所述防水透气部件 12, 所 述两防水透气部件 12之间设置有用于存储烟油的储油件 132及用于雾化所述 烟油的雾化组件 133 , 所述雾化组件 133包括电热丝及用于给所述电热丝导油 的导油绳。 其中, 所述储油件 132及所述雾化组件 133均为现有技术, 在此不 再贅述。 可以理解的是, 在另一种实施例中, 如图 4所示, 所述防水透气部件 12 也可仅设置在所述雾化器的吸嘴端, 以增加通气效果及节约成本。 所述雾 化器内的所述防水透气部件 12可以是上述所述的高分子聚乙烯防水透气膜或 聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜, 只要能满足防水和透气的需要即可, 在此不作限定。
本发明还提供一种电子烟, 包括相互连接的电池杆和雾化器, 所述电池杆 具体为如上述所述的电池杆, 所述雾化器具体为上述所述的雾化器。 所述电池 杆和所述雾化器为可拆卸连接结构。由于该电子烟的电池杆及雾化器与上述所
述的电池杆及雾化器具有相同的结构, 因此, 该电子烟也具有相应的防水技术 效果。 特别地, 为了节约成本及获得较好的通气效果, 所述电子烟仅在所述雾 化器的吸嘴端内侧及所述电池杆的端盖内侧分别设置有所述防水透气部件 12。 当热, 也可以直接将所述电子烟两端的端盖设置为所述防水透气部件, 在此不 作限定。
请参考图 5 , 图 5为本发明一种具体实施方式所提供的电子烟的一种结构 的装配结构示意图。 本实施例与上述种实施例的结构相似, 其不同之处在于: 本实施例的电池杆和雾化器为不可拆卸的一体结构。该电子烟的两端内侧均设 置有所述防水透气部件 12。
请参考图 6, 图 6为本发明一种具体实施方式所提供的电子烟的另一种结 构的装配结构示意图。 本实施例与上述实施例的结构相似, 其不同之处在于: 本实施例电子烟两端的端盖均设置为所述防水透气部件 12, 且在雾化器与电 池杆之间也设置有用于阻止烟油进入所述电池杆内的所述防水透气部件 12。 该电子烟的防水及防油性能更好。
综上可知, 本发明所提供的电池杆、 雾化器及电子烟中, 由于所述电池杆 的气道 111上设置有与所述气道 111相配合的用于阻止水通过所述气道 111进 入所述电池杆本体 11内的防水透气部件 12; 所述雾化器的烟雾通道 131上设 置有与所述烟雾通道 131相配合的用于阻止水通过所述烟雾通道 131进入所述 雾化器本体 13 内的防水透气部件 12。 因而, 所述防水透气部件 12能够在保 证所述气道 111和所述烟雾通道 131处的透气性的基础上,有效隔绝外界的水 等液体, 避免外界的水等液体进入所述电池杆本体 11及所述雾化器本体 131 内, 从而有效提高了所述电池杆、 雾化器及电子烟的防水能力, 并使得电子烟 的整体防水能力得以相应提高,避免因外部的水等进入而使内部电路短路及水 与烟油汇合后使烟雾变味的情况, 其可在雨中、 浴室及游泳池等雨水较多的环 境中使用, 拓宽了电子烟的使用环境, 提高了用户体验, 便于电子烟的推广应 用。
以上对本发明所提供的电池杆以及应用该电池杆的电子烟进行了详细介 例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出, 对于本技
术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以对本发明 进行若干改进和修饰, 这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims
1、 一种电池杆, 用于与雾化器组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于: 包括电池 杆本体,所述电池杆本体的内部沿其轴向设置有供气流流通并将气流输送至所 述雾化器内的气道,所述气道上设置有与所述气道相配合的用于阻止水通过所 述气道进入所述电池杆本体内的防水透气部件。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于: 所述电池杆本体包括套管 及分别设置在所述套管两端的端盖和连接件,所述连接件用于与所述雾化器连 接, 所述气道的进气口设置在电池杆本体的远离所述连接件的一端, 所述防水 透气部件设置在所述端盖的内侧。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于: 所述防水透气部件为防水 透气膜。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的电池杆, 其特征在于: 所述防水透气膜为高分子 聚乙烯防水透气膜或聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于: 所述防水透气部件设置于 所述气道的进气口内侧或外侧。
6、 一种雾化器, 用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于: 包括雾化 器本体, 所述雾化器本体的内部沿其轴向设置有供烟雾流通的烟雾通道, 所述 烟雾通道上设置有与所述烟雾通道相配合的用于阻止水通过所述烟雾通道进 入所述雾化器本体内的防水透气部件。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述雾化器本体设置有吸 嘴端及用于与所述电池杆连接的连接端,所述防水透气部件设置在所述雾化器 的吸嘴端。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述防水透气部件为高分 子聚乙烯防水透气透气膜或聚四氟乙烯防水透气透气膜。
9、 一种电子烟, 包括相互连接的电池杆和雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述电 池杆具体为如权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的电池杆,所述雾化器具体为如权 利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的雾化器。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述电池杆和所述雾化器
为不可拆卸的一体结构。
