Abstract
A uniform shaped clothing buckle support, protection and silencing component (2) characterised in that it is made from laser-cut flat material in the form of wear and tear resistant, slow-burning fabric that enables to sew the component onto base fabric, with the component having an external layer that is not visible in near infrared, an internal layer covered with an anti-skipping coating and cut-outs fitting a clothing buckle and cut-outs (5.1, 5.2) in the upper part of the component.
Description
Clothing Buckle Support, Protection and Silencing Component
Technical field
The subject matter of the invention is a component to support, protect and silence a clothing buckle.
Background Art
A quick release buckle is known from the description of invention US 6154936 (A), but it is not protected, supported or silenced with any component whatsoever. A buckle protection component is known from the description of invention US 7107657 (Bl), but it is not a textile component and thus cannot be sewn onto base fabric, nor does it show any silencing properties and is not visible in near infrared.
Disclosure of invention
A uniform shaped clothing buckle support, protection and silencing component characterised in that it is made from laser-cut flat material in the form of wear and tear resistant, slow-burning fabric that enables to sew the component onto base fabric, with the component having an external layer that is not visible in near infrared, an internal layer covered with an anti-skipping coating and cut-outs fitting a clothing buckle and cut-outs in the upper part of the component.
The advantage of the component according to the invention is that it covers part of the buckle, thus reducing the likelihood of it being mechanically damaged, and parts of the buckle are protected against fire because the material from which the component is made is slow-burning. The material from which the component is made is stiffened, therefore it maintains its shape, does not turn up and keeps the buckle in place. In addition, the component according to the utility model makes the closing and opening of the buckle less noisy, and it is designed so that the buckle could be opened with one hand. Furthermore, the component according to the utility model stabilises the buckle and prevents inadvertent displacement of the buckle. The component according to the utility model can be sewn onto base fabric using all the cut-outs or only by means of the upper part of the component.
Brief description of drawings
Fig 1 shows the clothing buckle support, protection and silencing component in its isolated form;
Fig 2 shows the clothing buckle support, protection and silencing component together with a buckle;
Fig 3 shows the clothing buckle support, protection and silencing component placed on base fabric;
Fig 4 shows an alternative positioning of the clothing buckle support, protection and silencing component; fig 5 shows the component according to the utility model connected with base fabric by means of the upper part.
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
The uniform shaped clothing buckle support, protection and silencing component is made from laser-cut flat material in the form of wear and tear resistant, slow-burning fabric, FR Nylon, that enables to sew the component onto base fabric in the form of a collar 1, with the component having an external layer 2 that is not visible in near infrared, an internal layer 3 covered with an anti-skipping coating 4 and cut-outs 5.1. 5.2. fitting a clothing buckle 6 and cut-outs in the upper part of the component 7.1. 7.2.
