Abstract

L'invention concerne un système pour relier directement une vessie (5) à un urètre (4), comprenant : un premier dispositif (3) pourvu de tiges (33); un second dispositif (6) pourvu de tiges (63); un premier tube (1) conçu pour les dispositifs en vue de leur introduction dans l'urètre (4) jusqu'à ce qu'ils atteigne la vessie ou la fin de l'urètre, respectivement; au moins un second tube (2; 82A, 82B) qui peut glisser le long du premier tube. Les tiges sont droites. Le système comprend des moyens d'activation destinés, en réponse à leur manipulation lors de l'utilisation du système, à injecter un liquide le long d'au moins un second tube, appliquant une pression qui provoque le déplacement d'une partie mobile (31, 61) des dispositifs (3, 6), forçant les tiges à se déplacer le long de canaux (36, 66) jusqu'à ce qu'elles s'accrochent à la paroi interne de la vessie ou de l'urètre, accrochant respectivement le premier dispositif (3) avec la vessie (5) ou le second avec l'urètre. Pendant l'utilisation du système, et lorsqu'ils s'accrochent respectivement à la vessie (5) et à l'urètre (4), les deux dispositifs se fixent l'un à l'autre, reliant ainsi la vessie à l'urètre. L'invention concerne également un procédé destiné à relier une vessie à un urètre.
