技术领域
本发明涉及电子雾化装置,尤其涉及一种进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置。
背景技术
电子雾化装置又名电子烟、低温雾化烟草,主要用于降低对吸食传统香烟者的危害。它有着与香烟相似的外观、与香烟近似的味道,甚至比一般香烟的口味要多出很多,也像香烟一样能吸出烟雾、吸出味道跟感觉来。电子雾化装置是由电池组件、雾化器所组成的仿香烟装置,透过雾化器将香味物质雾化成气体,直接吸入。香味物质包括有烟液、烟丝、烟粉、烟膏、香味薄片、香味棒及液态烟草等。
对香味物质进行雾化的电子雾化装置通常需要从进气口吸入外界空气与雾化的气体混合,因而进气口容易成为冷凝液或者液态香味物质倒流至外界的通道。通常的电子雾化装置的进气口设在底部并且在非使用情况下不能封闭,因而造成了冷凝液或者液态香味物质非常容易倒流至电子雾化装置的外壁,容易弄污电子雾化装置外表;如果冷凝液或者液态香味物质通过进气口倒流至电池组件内部,就有可能损坏电池组件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为克服现有技术的缺陷,而提供一种进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,以避免出现冷凝液或液态香味物质从进气口倒流,避免冷凝液弄污电子烟外表,降低损坏电池组件的可能性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,包括烟嘴、与烟嘴连通的雾化器以及为雾化器提供电能的电池组件,雾化器上部设有进气口,雾化器通过进气口连通外界,雾化器与烟嘴之间设有用于封闭或开启进气口的进气开关组件。
进一步地,进气开关组件包括夹在烟嘴与雾化器之间的圆环以及固定于圆环内并用于封闭或打开进气口的密封块,圆环与雾化器同轴,圆环相对于雾化器旋转时,密封块在圆环的带动下封闭或打开进气口。
进一步地,圆环的内部设有凸缘,密封块固定在凸缘上。
进一步地,凸缘设有限位缺口,雾化器的顶部设有贯穿限位缺口的限位柱。由于限位缺口和限位柱的装配关系,圆环在旋转时只能旋转一定的角度,避免了密封块离开进气口过远而使用不便的情况。
进一步地,圆环的底部设有进气缺口,进气口通过进气缺口与外界连通。

具体实施方式
为了更充分理解本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步介绍和说明。
第一实施例
本发明第一实施例的具体结构如图1至图8所示。
第一实施例的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置包括烟嘴10、与烟嘴10连通的雾化器20以及为雾化器20提供电能的电池组件40。
雾化器20上部设有开口朝上的进气口21(图2和图8),雾化器20与烟嘴10之间设有用于封闭或开启进气口21的进气开关组件50。
进气开关组件50包括夹在烟嘴10与雾化器20之间的圆环51以及固定于圆环51内并用于封闭或打开进气口21的密封块52。密封块52紧贴在进气口21上表面22。圆环51与雾化器20同轴。具体地,圆环51的底部抵顶于雾化器20的顶部,烟嘴10底部设有阶梯轴,圆环51套在阶梯轴上。圆环51的内部设有朝向圆环51内部的凸缘511,密封块52固定在凸缘511上(图6)。
雾化器20通过进气口21连通外界。具体地,雾化器20上有通气道24(图8),雾化器20通过通气道24连通进气口21,圆环51的底部均匀设有四个进气缺口514(图7),进气口21通过进气缺口514与外界连通。其中,通气道24为环状腔体。
在使用时,用户可以扭转圆环51使其相对于雾化器20旋转,此时,密封块52在圆环51的带动下改变对进气口21的遮盖面积,从而实现封闭或打开进气口21。圆环51的外表面设有防滑纹513避免用户扭转圆环51的时候产生滑手现象。
在使用时,圆环51不需要大角度大范围的旋转,因此需要限制圆环51的旋转角度范围。凸缘511设有两处限位缺口512,雾化器20的顶部设有两根限位柱23,每一根限位柱23贯穿一处限位缺口512。
密封块52为弹性密封块,可采用硅胶制成。进气口21的上表面22为倾斜面以使得密封块52完全封闭进气口21时密封块52对进气口21的上表面22产生压紧力。密封块52下表面是与进气口21的上表面22的接触面,密封块52的下表面做成水平面即可。
第二实施例
第二实施例与第一实施例的不同点在于烟嘴、进气开关组件以及电池组件,具体结构如图9至图20所示。
第二实施例中,如图9至图12所示,烟嘴60内设有连通雾化器的烟道61以及与烟道61连通的2个出烟口62,出烟口62设在烟嘴60的侧壁。出烟口62均匀布设在烟嘴60的上部。具体地,出烟口62对称地设在烟嘴60的上部,烟嘴60的上部的横截面为椭圆形横截面,两个出烟口62分别设在烟嘴60上部椭圆形横截面的长轴与烟嘴60上部外壁相交处。在其他实施例中,烟嘴的上部的横截面可以设成圆形横截面。
第二实施例中,如图9、图10以及图13至图17所示,进气开关组件还包括设在密封块76与进气口71之间的弹性衬垫74。弹性衬垫74可采用食用硅胶做成。弹性衬垫74设有对应进气口71的通孔741。进气口71的周围设有用于定位弹性衬垫74的凹槽72,弹性衬垫74底面设有对应凹槽72的凸台742,通孔741贯穿凸台742。
如图13至图17所示,密封块76与圆环75为一体成型,密封块76的上表面设盲孔761。雾化器70的顶部设有限位圆筒,限位圆筒设有用于限定密封块76旋转行程的缺口73。
第二实施例中,如图9、图10以及图18至图20所示,电池组件包括电池90、用于容纳电池90的套管91以及电压调节部件。电压调节部件包括与电池90串联的可调电阻81以及调节旋钮83,调节旋钮83通过改变可调电阻81的电阻值来调节加载在雾化器上的电压。电压调节部件设在电池90的下方。
如图9、图10以及图18至图20所示,电压调节部件还包括用于固定可调电阻81与调节旋钮83的相对位置的连接套筒84以及用于将连接套筒84固定套入套管91内的固定圆环85。调节旋钮83设有与可调电阻81连接的中轴831,中轴831与连接套筒84卡接并能相对于连接套筒84旋转,可调电阻81固定在电路板82上,电路板82卡接固定在连接套筒84上。固定圆环85套设在连接套筒84外壁上,固定圆环85与套管84内壁之间为过盈配合。固定圆环85为铜材质制成。

Claims (20)
- 一种进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,包括烟嘴、与烟嘴连通的雾化器以及为雾化器提供电能的电池组件,其特征在于,所述雾化器上部设有进气口,所述雾化器通过进气口连通外界,所述雾化器与烟嘴之间设有用于封闭或开启进气口的进气开关组件。
- 如权利要求1所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述进气开关组件包括夹在烟嘴与雾化器之间的圆环以及固定于圆环内并用于封闭或打开进气口的密封块,所述圆环与雾化器同轴,所述圆环相对于雾化器旋转时,所述密封块在圆环的带动下封闭或打开进气口。
- 如权利要求2所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述圆环的内部设有凸缘,所述密封块固定在凸缘上。
- 如权利要求3所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述凸缘设有限位缺口,所述雾化器的顶部设有贯穿所述限位缺口的限位柱。
- 如权利要求2所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述圆环的底部设有进气缺口,所述进气口通过进气缺口与外界连通。
- 如权利要求2所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述圆环的外表面设有防滑纹。
- 如权利要求2所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述密封块为弹性密封块。
- 如权利要求7所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述密封块紧贴于进气口的上表面,且所述进气口的上表面为倾斜面以使得密封块完全封闭进气口时密封块对进气口上表面产生压紧力。
- 如权利要求2所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述进气开关组件还包括设在密封块与进气口之间的弹性衬垫,所述弹性衬垫设有对应进气口的通孔。
- 如权利要求9所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述进气口的周围设有用于定位弹性衬垫的凹槽,所述弹性衬垫底面设有对应凹槽的凸台,所述通孔贯穿凸台。
- 如权利要求2所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述密封块与圆环为一体成型,所述密封块上表面设有盲孔。
- 如权利要求2所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化器的顶部设有限位圆筒,限位圆筒设有用于限定密封块旋转行程的缺口。
- 如权利要求1所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化器上有通气道,所述雾化器通过通气道连通进气口。
- 如权利要求13所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述通气道为环状腔体。
- 如权利要求1所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述烟嘴设有连通雾化器的烟道以及与烟道连通的出烟口,所述出烟口设在烟嘴的侧壁。
- 如权利要求15所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述出烟口均匀布设在烟嘴的上部。
- 如权利要求15所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述烟嘴的上部的横截面为椭圆形或圆形。
- 如权利要求1所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述电池组件包括电池以及电压调节部件,电压调节部件包括与电池串联的可调电阻以及调节旋钮,调节旋钮通过改变可调电阻的电阻值来调节加载在雾化器上的电压。
- 如权利要求18所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述电压调节部件还包括用于固定可调电阻与调节旋钮的相对位置的连接套筒,所述调节旋钮设有与可调电阻连接的中轴,所述中轴与连接套筒卡接并能相对于连接套筒旋转,所述可调电阻固定在一电路板上,所述电路板卡接固定在连接套筒上。
- 如权利要求19所述的进气口可调开闭的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述电池组件还包括用于容纳电池的套管,所述电压调节部件还包括用于将连接套筒固定套入套管内的固定圆环,所述固定圆环套设在连接套筒外壁上,固定圆环与套管内壁之间为过盈配合。
