需要说明的是,本实施例中的服务平台向用户终端推送集群消息的具体过 程可以为:
( 1 )服务平台计算群体距离和群体人数;
具体的,服务平台可以根据定位结果对一定时间内接收到的用户终端进行 距离计算, 设定中心位置, 并将距离中心位置 < m米内的用户归类为符合范 围条件, 再确定这部分用户的具体数目。
( 2 )服务平台推送消息;
具体的,服务平台可以根据用户的位置对特定场所的用户终端推送特定信 息。
( 3 )用户终端接收消息;
具体的, 用户终端监听到服务平台的推送, 获取推送的消息。
409、 服务平台执行其他操作。
若服务平台根据各用户终端发送的定位结果以及吸烟参数确定这些用户 终端对应的多个用户之间不满足交互条件, 则可以执行其他操作, 例如向各用 户的用户终端分别发送不同的消息, 或不发送消息等, 具体此处不做限定。
本实施例中, 电子烟对用户的行为特征进行检测, 当用户的行为特征满足 预置条件时, 生成触发信号并将触发信号发送至与电子烟绑定的用户终端, 用 户终端进行定位, 并向服务平台发送定位结果,服务平台根据接收到的定位结
果判断多个用户是否满足交互条件, 若是, 则向多个用户的用户终端推送集群 消息,也就是说,服务平台可以根据用户终端的定位结果向满足交互条件的多 个用户发送集群消息, 使得这些用户之间进行方便的进行交互;
其次, 本实施例中, 电子烟在发送触发信号之前, 可以先对用户终端中的 客户端进行检测, 确定用户终端中的客户端处于待机状态时才发送触发信号, 所以可以保证数据发送的有效性, 减少电量的浪费;
再次, 本实施例中,服务平台可以根据吸烟参数以及定位结果综合判断是 否满足交互条件, 可以使得用户的筛选更加准确, 因此提高了信息推送的精确 性。
上面对本发明实施例中的信息推送方法进行了描述,下面对本发明实施例 中的通信系统进行描述, 请参阅图 5, 本发明实施例中的通信系统包括:
电子烟 501、 用户终端 502以及月良务平台 503;
电子烟 501用于对用户的行为特征进行检测,当用户的行为特征满足预置 条件时, 生成触发信号, 将触发信号发送至与电子烟绑定的用户终端 502; 用户终端 502用于进行定位, 并向服务平台 503发送定位结果;
服务平台 503 用于根据接收到的定位结果判断多个用户是否满足交互条 件, 若是, 则向多个用户的用户终端 502推送集群消息。
本实施例中, 电子烟 501中至少包含感应器以及处理器;
当用户抽烟时, 感应器产生脉冲信号, 并将脉冲信号发送至电子烟 501 中的处理器;
电子烟 501中的处理器根据脉冲信号生成触发信号,触发信号用于指示用 户当前正在抽电子烟。
本实施例中的感应器为气流感应开关或按键开关;
按键开关为微触开关或感应开关。
本实施例中, 当用户的行为特征满足预置条件时, 电子烟 501还用于釆集 用户吸烟参数, 并向用户终端 502发送吸烟参数。
本实施例中,用户终端 502还用于根据吸烟参数判断用户最近一次抽电子 烟的时间与当前时间之间的差值是否小于预置数值, 若是, 则触发用户终端进
行定位的功能;
或,
用户终端 502还用于根据吸烟参数判断用户预置时间段内抽电子烟的频 率是否大于预置数值, 若是, 则触发用户终端进行定位的功能。
本实施例中, 用户终端 502还用于向服务平台 503发送吸烟参数; 服务平台 503 具体用于根据吸烟参数以及定位结果判断多个用户是否满 足交互条件。
本实施例中, 用户终端 502为手机、 或个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或平板 电脑。
为便于理解,下面以一具体应用场景对本发明实施例中的通信系统进行详 细描述:
本实施例中, 用户可以将自己的电子烟 501与用户终端 502进行绑定, 具 体的, 电子烟 501可以通过蓝牙连接、 或 WIFI连接、 或红外线连接、 或 NFC 连接等方式与用户终端 502建立关联关系。
本实施例中的用户终端 502可以为手机、 或个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或 平板电脑, 或其他类型的终端, 具体此处不做限定。
本实施例中, 电子烟 501可以对用户的行为特征进行检测, 以分析用户的 当前行为, 例如用户正在抽烟、 用户将要抽烟、 用户关闭了电子烟等, 具体此 处不做限定。
本实施例中, 电子烟 501对用户的行为特征进行检测之后, 可以判断用户 当前是否正在抽电子烟。
需要说明的是,电子烟 501可以有多种方式判断用户当前是否正在抽电子 烟, 例如可以根据电子烟 501中雾化组件的工作状态来判断, 当雾化组件正在 工作时, 则可以确定用户当前正在抽电子烟。
或者,还可以根据电子烟 501中感应器的工作状态来判断, 当感应器正在 工作时, 则可以确定用户当前正在抽电子烟。
或者,还可以根据电子烟 501中的电池电量消耗速度来判断, 当池电量消 耗速度大于某一门限时, 则可以确定用户当前正在抽电子烟。
本实施例中的感应器可以为气流感应开关或按键开关,或者其他类型的开 关, 具体此处不做限定, 其中, 按键开关可以为微触开关或感应开关, 或者其 他类型的开关, 具体此处亦不做限定。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中, 电子烟 501还可以通过其他更多的方式判 断用户是否正在抽电子烟, 具体此处不做限定。
当电子烟 501检测到用户当前正在抽电子烟时,则可以确定当用户的行为 特征满足上报条件, 则电子烟 501可以生成触发信号, 该触发信号用于表示用 户当前正在抽电子烟。
具体的, 电子烟 501中的感应器产生脉冲信号, 并将脉冲信号发送至电子 烟 501中的处理器;
电子烟 501中的处理器根据脉冲信号生成触发信号,该触发信号用于指示 用户当前正在抽电子烟。
电子烟 501生成了触发信号之后,可以将该触发信号发送至预先已与该电 子烟绑定的用户终端 502。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中, 电子烟 501在生成了触发信号之后还可以 进一步对与该电子烟 501绑定的用户终端 502中的客户端进行检测。
若电子烟 501确定用户终端 502中的客户端未处于待机状态,则说明用户 自行关闭了该客户端, 或是用户终端 502当前未开机、或是用户终端 502当前 没有网络信号, 电子烟 501无法完成与用户终端 502之间的数据传输, 则电子 烟 501可以停止操作, 并结束当前流程。
若电子烟 501确定用户终端 502中的客户端处于待机状态,则说明电子烟 501可以完成与用户终端之间的数据传输, 则电子烟 501可以将触发信号发送 至用户终端 502。
本实施例中,电子烟 501可以向用户终端 502发送客户端探测消息,之后, 电子烟 501判断是否接收到用户终端 502回复的客户端响应消息, 若是, 则确 定用户终端 502中的客户端处于待机状态, 若否, 则确定用户终端 502中的客 户端未处于待机状态。
在实际应用中,电子烟 501还可以通过更多的方式确定用户终端 502中的
客户端是否处于待机状态, 具体此处不做限定。
用户终端 502接收到电子烟 501发送的触发信号之后, 可以进行定位, 并 将定位结果发送至服务平台 503。
本实施例中, 用户终端 502可以开启定位功能以获取手机位置经纬度, 或 者是连接地图 API服务(谷歌地图或苹果地图)以获取手机位置经纬度, 当连 接地图 API服务获取手机位置经纬度时具体可以釆用如下步骤:
( 1 )连接用户终端中的地图 API服务;
( 2 )监听地图 API服务返回的数据;
( 3 )判断是否成功获取数据, 若成功, 则保存经纬度并作为当前位置信 息, 若失败, 则获取上次保存的数据作为当前位置信息。
本实施例中,服务平台 503接收到多个用户终端 502发送的定位结果之后, 可以根据各用户终端 502发送的定位结果判断这些用户终端 502对应的多个用 户之间的距离是否小于预置距离。
若服务平台 503根据各用户终端 502发送的定位结果确定这些用户终端 502对应的多个用户之间的距离小于预置距离, 则可以向这多个用户的用户终 端 502推送集群消息。
本实施例中的集群消息可以为相同或相应的促销信息, 或游戏数据等, 具 体此处不做限定。
本实施例中, 若用户终端 502上安装有与电子烟对应的 APP程序, 则服 务平台 503可以将集群消息推送给该 APP程序, 由该 APP程序向用户展示该 集群消息, 若用户终端 502上没有安装该 APP程序, 则服务平台 503也可以 将集群消息推送给用户终端 502上原有的其他程序 (例如浏览器等), 由这些 程序进行集群消息的展示, 具体方式此处不做限定。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的服务平台 503向用户终端 502推送集群消息 的具体过程可以为:
( 1 )服务平台 503计算群体距离和群体人数;
具体的,服务平台 503可以根据定位结果对一定时间内接收到的用户终端 进行距离计算, 设定中心位置, 并将距离中心位置 < m米内的用户归类为符
合范围条件, 再确定这部分用户的具体数目。
( 2 )服务平台 503推送消息;
具体的, 服务平台 503 可以根据用户的位置对特定场所的用户终端 502 推送特定信息。
( 3 )用户终端 502接收消息;
具体的, 用户终端 502监听到服务平台的推送, 获取推送的消息。
若服务平台 503根据各用户终端 502发送的定位结果确定这些用户终端 502对应的多个用户之间的距离大于或等于预置距离, 则可以执行其他操作, 例如向各用户的用户终端 502分别发送不同的消息, 或不发送消息等, 具体此 处不做限定。
本实施例中, 电子烟 501对用户的行为特征进行检测, 当用户的行为特征 满足预置条件时,生成触发信号并将触发信号发送至与电子烟 501绑定的用户 终端 502,用户终端进行定位,并向服务平台 503发送定位结果,服务平台 503 根据接收到的定位结果判断多个用户是否满足交互条件, 若是, 则向多个用户 的用户终端 502推送集群消息, 也就是说, 服务平台 503 可以根据用户终端 502的定位结果向满足交互条件的多个用户发送集群消息, 使得这些用户之间 进行方便的进行交互;
其次, 本实施例中, 电子烟 501在发送触发信号之前, 可以先对用户终端 502中的客户端进行检测, 确定用户终端 502中的客户端处于待机状态时才发 送触发信号, 所以可以保证数据发送的有效性, 减少电量的浪费。
Claims
1、 一种信息推送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟对用户的行为特征进行检测;
当所述用户的行为特征满足预置条件时, 所述电子烟生成触发信号; 所述电子烟将所述触发信号发送至与所述电子烟绑定的用户终端; 所述用户终端进行定位, 并向服务平台发送定位结果;
所述服务平台根据接收到的定位结果判断多个用户是否满足交互条件,若 是, 则向所述多个用户的用户终端推送集群消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述电子烟判断所述用户当前是否正在抽电子烟, 若是, 则确定所述用户 的行为特征满足预置条件。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟生成触发信号 包括:
所述电子烟中的感应器产生脉冲信号,并将所述脉冲信号发送至所述电子 烟中的处理器;
所述电子烟中的处理器根据所述脉冲信号生成所述触发信号,所述触发信 号用于指示所述用户当前正在抽电子烟。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述感应器为气流感应开 关或按键开关; 所述按键开关为微触开关或感应开关。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟 将所述触发信号发送至与所述电子烟绑定的用户终端之前包括:
所述电子烟判断所述用户终端中的客户端是否处于待机状态,若处于待机 状态, 则触发将所述触发信号发送至与所述电子烟绑定的用户终端的步骤。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟判断所述用户 终端中的客户端是否处于待机状态包括:
所述电子烟向所述用户终端发送客户端探测消息;
所述电子烟判断是否接收到所述用户终端回复的客户端响应消息, 若是, 则确定所述用户终端中的客户端处于待机状态。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务平 台根据接收到的定位结果判断多个用户是否满足交互条件包括:
所述服务平台根据所述定位结果判断所述多个用户之间的距离是否小于 预置距离, 若是, 则确定所述多个用户满足交互条件。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还 包括:
当所述用户的行为特征满足预置条件时, 所述电子烟釆集用户吸烟参数, 并向所述用户终端发送所述吸烟参数。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端进行定位之 前包括:
所述用户终端根据所述吸烟参数判断所述用户最近一次抽电子烟的时间 与当前时间之间的差值是否小于预置数值, 若是, 则触发所述用户终端进行定 位的步骤;
或,
所述用户终端根据所述吸烟参数判断所述用户预置时间段内抽电子烟的 频率是否大于预置数值, 若是, 则触发所述用户终端进行定位的步骤。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟釆集用户吸烟 参数, 并向所述用户终端发送所述吸烟参数之后包括:
所述用户终端向所述服务平台发送所述吸烟参数;
所述服务平台根据接收到的定位结果判断多个用户是否满足交互条件包 括: 足交互条件。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务平台根据所述 吸烟参数以及所述定位结果判断多个用户是否满足交互条件包括:
所述服务平台根据所述定位结果判断所述多个用户之间的距离是否小于 预置距离, 若是, 则根据所述吸烟参数判断所述用户最近一次抽电子烟的时间 与当前时间之间的差值是否小于预置数值, 若小于, 则确定所述多个用户满足
交互条件;
或,
所述服务平台根据所述定位结果判断所述多个用户之间的距离是否小于 预置距离, 若是, 则根据所述吸烟参数判断所述用户预置时间段内抽电子烟的 频率是否大于预置数值, 若是, 则确定所述多个用户满足交互条件。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述多个用户的用 户终端推送集群消息包括:
所述^ I良务平台向所述多个用户的用户终端推送相同或相应的促销信息,或 游戏数据。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端为手机、 或 个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或平板电脑。
14、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟、 用户终端以 良务平台;
所述电子烟用于对用户的行为特征进行检测,当所述用户的行为特征满足 预置条件时, 生成触发信号,将所述触发信号发送至与所述电子烟绑定的用户 终端;
所述用户终端用于进行定位, 并向服务平台发送定位结果;
所述服务平台用于根据接收到的定位结果判断多个用户是否满足交互条 件, 若是, 则向所述多个用户的用户终端推送集群消息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟中至少 包含感应器以及处理器;
当用户抽烟时, 所述感应器产生脉冲信号, 并将所述脉冲信号发送至所述 电子烟中的处理器;
所述电子烟中的处理器根据所述脉冲信号生成所述触发信号,所述触发信 号用于指示所述用户当前正在抽电子烟。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述感应器为气流 感应开关或按键开关;
所述按键开关为微触开关或感应开关。
17、 根据权利要求 14至 16中任一项所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 当所 述用户的行为特征满足预置条件时, 所述电子烟还用于釆集用户吸烟参数, 并 向所述用户终端发送所述吸烟参数。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的通信系统, 其特征在于,
所述用户终端还用于根据所述吸烟参数判断所述用户最近一次抽电子烟 的时间与当前时间之间的差值是否小于预置数值, 若是, 则触发所述用户终端 进行定位的功能;
或,
所述用户终端还用于根据所述吸烟参数判断所述用户预置时间段内抽电 子烟的频率是否大于预置数值, 若是, 则触发所述用户终端进行定位的功能。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的通信系统, 其特征在于,
所述用户终端还用于向所述服务平台发送所述吸烟参数; 户是否满足交互条件。
20、 根据权利要求 14所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端为手 机、 或个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或平板电脑。
