  • the concentrate in the container is pumped into the mixing chamber when a lever 16 on the spray can is activated or pressed.
  • An activation of the lever 16 provides a vacuum which brings the concentrate 11 from the container 15 into the mixing chamber 8 through among others valves 7b, c, a restrictor 9 and tube 10a.
  • water 14 is also pumped from the main compartment through a tube 13 and into the mixing chamber 8 through a one way valve 7a or a back-flow check valve. This ensures that the water in the main compartment is not contaminated with liquid from the mixing chamber.
  • Water 14 and concentrate 11 is mixed in the mixing chamber 8, and a final mix consisting of the correct amount of concentrate 1 and water 14 exits the spray can through a nozzle 17.

Abstract

Cette invention concerne un pulvérisateur à commande manuelle comprenant une chambre à fluide contenant un premier fluide, un levier de pompage et une capsule interchangeable contenant un second fluide. La capsule est logée dans un réceptacle ménagé dans le pulvérisateur, le premier fluide est pompé depuis la chambre à fluide par actionnement du levier de pompage par un utilisateur, et le second fluide est libéré de la capsule lors du même actionnement du levier de pompage, les premier et second fluides se mélangent dans une chambre de mélange, puis les fluides mélangés sont pulvérisés à travers une buse faisant partie du pulvérisateur.
