Description
本发明涉及一种固定支撑机构、使用该固定支撑机构的折叠机构,本发明同时还涉及一种使用该折叠机构的桌子。
目前对折叠桌的桌面板进行支撑的固定支撑机构一般需要使用较大的力才能牢固的固定住桌面板。
目前的折叠桌上的折叠机构较为复杂,包含很多部件,装配较为麻烦,而且折叠收纳也较为麻烦费力,需要使用者用力敲击滑动支撑杆从而使两个固定在一起的笔直的滑动支撑杆弯曲完成折叠工作;另外,折叠后所有的折叠部件并不是容纳在一个部件内,从而较为占用使用面积。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种支撑桌面板的固定支撑机构,解决如何使用较小的力即可牢固的固定住桌面板的技术问题。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种固定在墙体上的折叠机构,解决如何使折叠机构的结构简单,折叠后所有的部件能够容纳在一个部件内部,减少占用面积的技术问题。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种使用该机构的折叠桌。
固定支撑机构,包括自锁提手和两个布置在自锁提手两侧的滑动支撑杆;所述自锁提手整体为V形,包括内端和外端,内部具有U形槽,其靠近滑动支撑杆的内端中间横向位置上具有偏心重力调节孔,该内端具有一个卡住滑动支撑杆顶端的卡槽。
所述自锁提手朝外的外端具有朝外延伸的提手块。
所述外端的重量大于内端的重量。
折叠机构,包括至少2组折叠组件,每组折叠组件包括墙

本发明的有益效果是:由于采用滑动支撑杆及自锁提手这两个部件,同时在桌面支撑框架上加工出滑槽;自锁提手利用自身重力卡住滑动支撑杆,从而使整个折叠机构不松动;当需要折叠桌面支撑框架时,朝上按动自锁提手,滑动支撑杆将会从自锁提手上的卡槽上脱离从而与自锁提手分开,这样滑动支撑杆沿着滑槽朝外运动就能完成折叠工作了。当需要展开桌面支撑框架时,只要将桌面支撑框架朝上翻转,滑动支撑杆将会沿着滑槽朝内运动自动固定在卡槽内避免桌面支撑框架朝下运动。

请参考图1至图4,图1中的折叠机构包括两组折叠组件1,每组折叠组件1包括一个固定在墙体上的墙面固定框架11、一个支撑桌面板3的桌面支撑框架12、一个连接件13、两个
使桌面支撑框架12折叠的滑动支撑杆14、一个对滑动支撑杆14进行支撑及固定作用的自锁提手15。在实际应用中,还可增加折叠组件1的数量。
墙面固定框架11整体成U形,类似槽钢结构,其开口朝外,该墙面固定框架11中间靠上位置及顶端位置均加工有安装螺栓16的螺栓孔2,在与墙面贴合的面上也有对应的安装孔,该安装孔未在图中显示。
连接件13也为普通的槽钢结构,其作用是通过螺栓16铰接安装墙面固定框架11和桌面支撑框架12,在桌面支撑框架12完成折叠后,桌面支撑框架12与墙面固定框架11能折叠成上下二层结构。
桌面支撑框架12整体同样成U形,也类似槽钢结构,其两侧的侧面上均分别具有一条长的滑槽121,该滑槽121的作用是给滑动支撑杆14顶端在折叠及展开时提供水平运动空间,滑槽121的下方也具有一个螺栓孔2。
滑动支撑杆14共有两根,每根滑动支撑杆14中间为直杆,两端端头成Z字形,Z字形中间具有安装螺栓16的螺栓孔2,滑动支撑杆14就可以通过螺栓16分别铰接在墙面固定框架11和桌面支撑框架12的滑槽121上,该滑动支撑杆14在水平运动时始终处于自锁提手15的上方。
自锁提手15整体为V形,即两边相互形成一定的斜角,其中自锁提手15朝外的外端153要明显比朝内的内端152重;自锁提手15内部具有U形槽,这样节省制造成本;自锁提手15的朝内偏心位置上即靠近自锁提手15内段附近具有偏心重力调节孔155,螺栓16安装在该偏心重力调节孔155上从而使自锁提手15固定在桌面支撑框架12上并在桌面支撑框架12上做上下撬动动作,在此同时自锁提手15利用偏心重力调节孔155处于偏心位置及外端153的重量明显大于内端152的
重量使滑动支撑杆14从自锁提手15的内端152的卡槽154上轻松的脱离或者结合,无需使用太大的人力。
自锁提手15的外端153具有朝外延伸的提手块151,该提手块151在手的作用下可使滑动支撑杆14从自锁提手15的内端152上的卡槽154上脱离及在需要展开桌面时提升桌面板3。
请参考图6,图中显示的折叠桌与普通的折叠桌的区别在于选用了上述描述的折叠机构,桌面板3则为目前常用的部件。

- 固定支撑机构,其特征在于:包括自锁提手和两个布置在自锁提手两侧的滑动支撑杆;所述自锁提手整体为V形,包括内端和外端,内部具有U形槽,其靠近滑动支撑杆的内端中间横向位置上具有偏心重力调节孔,该内端具有一个卡住滑动支撑杆顶端的卡槽。
- 依据权利要求1中所述的固定支撑机构,其特征在于:所述自锁提手朝外的外端具有朝外延伸的提手块。
- 依据权利要求1中所述的固定支撑机构,其特征在于:所述外端的重量大于内端的重量。
- 折叠机构,其特征在于:包括至少2组折叠组件,每组折叠组件包括墙面固定框架、桌面支撑框架、连接件、权利要求1中所述的固定支撑机构;墙面固定框架和桌面支撑框架相互靠近的端头通过连接件相互铰接连接,滑动支撑杆的底端铰接在墙面固定框架上,顶端则铰接在桌面支撑框架上的滑槽内;自锁提手固定在桌面支撑框架的U形槽内,自锁提手在具有偏心重力调节孔的位置通过螺栓与桌面支撑框架铰接。
- 依据权利要求4中所述的折叠机构,其特征在于:所述墙面固定框架整体成U形,其开口朝外。
