用户通过互联网获取信息主要包括两种方式: 一是通过终端主动查询 信息(PULL ) 的方式; 二是服务器主动向终端推送信息(PUSH ) 的方式。 随着互联网技术及智能终端的发展, 用户通过智能终端获取信息越来越频 繁, 出现了各种应用 (APP ), 应用服务商往往通过各种应用向终端推送信 息。
现有的信息推送方式主要包括以下两种: 纵向融合推送方式和横向融 合推送方式。 所述纵向融合推送方式指的是终端、 应用商店和应用服务器 构成封闭系统, 其他应用服务器要想加入所述封闭系统需要按照所述封闭 系统的流程才能加入; 各应用服务器通过所述封闭系统内的推送平台将各 信息推送给终端。 所述横向融合推送方式釆用开放式平台, 各应用服务器 通过开放式的推送平台将信息推送给终端。
但是, 无论釆用纵向融合推送方式或横向融合推送方式, 在信息推送 时都是通过应用本身推送消息, 如果用户没有安装所述应用的客户端, 往 往接收不到所述应用的服务器推送的信息, 这样用户往往需要安装过多的 应用的客户端才可能满足用户的信息需求。 过多的应用客户端给终端设备 的性能带来影响, 同时对用户的操作体验也带来不便。 发明内容
为解决现有存在的技术问题, 本发明实施例提供一种信息推送方法、 系统、 设备及计算机存储介质, 无需通过应用客户端便可将信息推送至终 端, 能够提升用户的操作体验。

作为另一种实施方式, 所述终端解析或解码后获得的信息可通过 WEB 浏览器展示, 所述 WEB浏览器为终端出厂时预先设置的, 无需用户自行下 载安装其他的客户端, 可以提升用户的操作体验; 另一方面, 所述终端解 析或解码后获得的信息也可以通过推送信息客户端展示, 所述推送信息客 户端为应用客户端, 即运行在所述终端上的应用程序。 具体的, 展示的信 息可以通过提醒消息的方式展示。
具体的,所述终端可通过终端自身的内部接口将信息通过 WEB浏览器 展示, 或通过所述推送信息客户端展示。 所述内部接口可以是二次开发接 口。
本发明实施例还提供了一种推送服务器。 图 4 为本发明实施例的推送 服务器的组成结构示意图; 如图 4所示, 所述推送服务器包括: 第一连接 建立单元 41、 第一接收单元 43和推送单元 42; 其中,
所述第一连接建立单元 41,配置为建立与终端的 WEBSOCKET通信连 接;

所述推送单元 42, 配置为根据所述第一连接建立单元 41 建立的 WEBSOCKET通信连接,将所述第一接收单元 43接收的信息推送至所述终 端。
作为另一种实施方式, 所述推送服务器与所述终端建立连接的模式为 实时工作模式; 所述推送服务器还包括检测单元 44, 配置为所述推送单元 42在第一预设时间段内无信息推送至所述终端时, 每隔第二预设时间段检 测所述第一连接建立单元 41与所述终端之间的通信连接是否中断;
所述第一连接建立单元 41,还配置为当所述检测单元 44检测到所述第 一连接建立单元 41与所述终端之间的通信连接中断时, 重新与所述终端建 立 WEBSOCKET通信连接。
作为另一种实施方式, 所述推送服务器与所述终端建立连接的模式为 定时工作模式; 所述第一连接建立单元 41, 配置为每隔第三预设时间段与 所述终端建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接。
作为另一种实施方式, 所述推送服务器还包括合并单元 45, 配置为将 所述接收单 43元在第四预设时间段内接收的所述应用服务器发送的信息, 按信息类型合并;
所述推送单元 42,配置为将根据所述第一连接建立单元 41建立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接所述合并单元 45合并的信息推送至所述终端。
作为另一种实施方式, 所述推送服务器还包括识别单元 46, 配置为识 别所述第一接收单元 43接收到的信息的类型为实时推送类型或定时推送类 型;
所述推送单元 42, 配置为将所述识别单元识别出的信息类型为实时推 送类型的信息实时推送至所述终端; 将所述识别单元 46识别出的信息类型 为定时推送类型的信息每隔第五预设时间段推送至所述终端。
本领域技术人员应当理解, 本发明实施例的推送服务器中各处理单元 的功能, 可参照前述信息推送方法的相关描述而理解, 本发明实施例的推 送服务器中各处理单元, 可通过实现本发明实施例所述的功能的模拟电路 而实现, 也可以通过执行本发明实施例所述的功能的软件在智能终端上的 运行而实现。
其中, 所述推送服务器中的第一连接建立单元 41、 第一接收单元 43和 推送单元 42在实际应用中, 均可由所述推送服务器的收发器或收发天线实 现; 所述推送服务器中的检测单元 44、 合并单元 45和识别单元 46在实际 应用中, 均可由所述推送服务器的中央处理器 (CPU, Central Processing Unit )、 或数字信号处理器(DSP, Digital Signal Processor ), 或可编程门阵 列 (FPGA, Field-Programmable Gate Array ) 实现。
本发明实施例还提供了一种终端。 图 5 为本发明实施例的终端的组成 结构示意图; 如图 5所示, 所述终端包括: 第二连接建立单元 51和第二接 收单元 52; 其中,
所述第二连接建立单元 51, 配置为建立与推送服务器的 WEBSOCKET 通信连接;
所述第二接收单元 52,配置为根据所述第二连接建立单元 51建立的所 述 WEBSOCKET通信连接接收所述推送服务器推送的信息。
作为另一种实施方式, 所述终端还包括展示单元 53, 配置为通过 WEB 浏览器展示所述信息, 或通过推送信息客户端展示所述信息。
其中, 所述第二连接建立单元 51, 配置为通过 WEB SOCKET接口建 立与所述推送服务器的通信连接。

其中, 所述终端在实际应用中, 可通过手机、 平板电脑等智能终端设 备实现; 所述终端中的第二连接建立单元 51在实际应用中, 可由所述终端 的收发器或收发天线,结合所述终端的 WEB SOCKET接口实现; 所述第二 接收单元 52在实际应用中, 可由所述终端的收发器或收发天线实现; 所述 展示单元 53在实际应用中, 可通过所述终端的显示器或显示屏实现。
本发明实施例还提供了一种信息推送系统。 图 6 为本发明实施例的信 息推送系统的组成结构示意图, 如图 6 所示, 所述信息推送系统包括: 终 端 50和推送服务器 40; 其中,
所述终端 50,配置为建立与推送服务器 40的 WEBSOCKET通信连接; 所述推送服务器 40, 配置为接收应用服务器 60发送的信息,根据建立 的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接将所述信息推送至所述终端 50。
优选地, 所述推送服务器 40与所述终端 50建立连接的模式为实时工 作模式; 所述推送服务器 40, 还配置为在第一预设时间段内无信息推送至 所述终端 50时, 每隔第二预设时间段检测与所述终端 50之间的通信连接 是否中断; 当检测到与所述终端 50之间的通信连接中断时, 重新与所述终 端 50建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接。
优选地, 所述推送服务器 40与所述终端 50建立连接的模式为定时工 作模式; 所述推送服务器 40, 还配置为每隔第三预设时间段与所述终端 50 建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接。
优选地, 所述推送服务器 40, 还配置为在第四预设时间段内接收应用 服务器 60 发送的信息, 按信息类型将所述信息合并, 根据建立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接将合并后的信息推送至所述终端 50。
优选地, 所述推送服务器 40,还配置为当与所述终端 50建立实时连接 时, 接收到应用服务器 60发送的信息; 识别所述信息的类型为实时推送类 型或定时推送类型; 将所述信息类型为实时推送类型的信息实时推送至所 述终端 50; 将所述信息类型为定时推送类型的信息每隔第五预设时间段推 送至所述终端 50。
优选地, 所述终端 50, 还配置为通过 WEB浏览器展示所述信息, 或 通过推送信息客户端展示所述信息。

本发明实施例通过终端与推送服务器建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接,所 述推送服务器接收到应用服务器发送的信息, 根据建立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接将所述信息推送至所述终端。 如此, 本发明实施例 的技术方案通过 WEBSOCKET通信方案与所述推送服务器建立了信息推送 通道, 使得终端设备无需安装应用的客户端便可以接收到所述应用推送的 信息, 在一定程度上可以减少终端设备中安装的应用程序的数量, 提升终 端设备的性能, 另一方面也提升了用户的操作体验。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种信息推送方法, 应用于推送服务器中; 所述方法包括: 所述推送服务器与终端建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接;
所述推送服务器接收到应用服务器发送的信息, 根据建立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接将所述信息推送至所述终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述推送服务器与所述终端建 立连接的模式为实时工作模式; 所述推送服务器与终端建立 WEBSOCKET 连接之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述推送服务器在第一预设时间段内无信息推送至所述终端时, 每隔 断; 当检测到所述推送服务器与所述终端之间的通信连接中断时, 重新与 所述终端建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述推送服务器与所述终端建 立连接的模式为定时工作模式; 所述推送服务器与终端建立 WEBSOCKET 通信连接, 包括:
所述推送服务器每隔第三预设时间段与所述终端建立 WEBSOCKET通 信连接。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述推送服务器接收到应用服 务器发送的信息,根据建立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接将所述信息推送 至所述终端, 包括:
所述推送服务器在第四预设时间段内接收所述应用服务器发送的信 息, 按信息类型将所述信息合并, 根据建立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接 将合并后的信息推送至所述终端。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 当所述推送服务器与所述终端 建立实时连接时, 所述推送服务器接收到应用服务器发送的信息, 根据建 立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接将所述信息推送至所述终端, 包括:
所述推送服务器接收到所述应用服务器发送的信息;
识别所述信息的类型为实时推送类型或定时推送类型;
将所述信息类型为实时推送类型的信息实时推送至所述终端; 将所述 信息类型为定时推送类型的信息每隔第五预设时间段推送至所述终端。
6、 一种信息推送方法, 应用于终端中; 所述方法包括:
所述终端建立与推送服务器的 WEBSOCKET通信连接;
根据所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接接收所述推送服务器推送的信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 通过 WEB 浏览器展示所述信息, 或通过推送信息客户端展示所述信息。
8、 一种信息推送方法, 所述方法包括:
终端建立与推送服务器的 WEBSOCKET通信连接;
所述推送服务器接收到应用服务器发送的信息, 根据建立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接将所述信息推送至所述终端。
9、 一种推送服务器, 所述推送服务器包括: 第一连接建立单元、 第一 接收单元和推送单元; 其中,
所述第一连接建立单元, 配置为与终端建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接; 所述第一接收单元, 配置为接收应用服务器发送的信息;
所述推送单元, 配置为根据所述第一连接建立单元建立的 WEBSOCKET通信连接,将所述第一接收单元接收的信息推送至所述终端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的推送服务器, 其中, 所述推送服务器与所 述终端建立连接的模式为实时工作模式; 所述推送服务器还包括检测单元, 配置为所述推送单元在第一预设时间段内无信息推送至所述终端时, 每隔 第二预设时间段检测所述第一连接建立单元与所述终端之间的通信连接是 否中断;
所述第一连接建立单元, 还配置为当所述检测单元检测到所述第一连 接建立单元与所述终端之间的通信连接中断时, 重新与所述终端建立
WEBSOCKET通信连接。
11、 根据权利要求 9 所述的推送服务器, 其中, 所述推送服务器与所 述终端建立连接的模式为定时工作模式; 所述第一连接建立单元, 配置为 每隔第三预设时间段与所述终端建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的推送服务器, 其中, 所述推送服务器还包 括合并单元, 配置为将所述第一接收单元在第四预设时间段内接收的所述 应用服务器发送的信息, 按信息类型合并;
所述推送单元, 配置为将根据所述第一连接建立单元建立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接所述合并单元合并的信息推送至所述终端。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的推送服务器, 其中, 所述推送服务器还包 括识别单元, 配置为识别所述第一接收单元接收到的信息的类型为实时推 送类型或定时推送类型;
所述推送单元, 配置为将所述识别单元识别出的信息类型为实时推送 类型的信息实时推送至所述终端; 将所述识别单元识别出的信息类型为定 时推送类型的信息每隔第五预设时间段推送至所述终端。
14、 一种终端, 所述终端包括: 第二连接建立单元和第二接收单元; 其中,
所述第二连接建立单元, 配置为建立与推送服务器的 WEBSOCKET通 信连接;
所述第二接收单元, 配置为根据所述第二连接建立单元建立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接接收所述推送服务器推送的信息。
15、根据权利要求 14所述的终端, 其中, 所述终端还包括: 展示单元, 配置为通过 WEB浏览器展示所述信息, 或推送信息客户端展示所述信息。
16、 一种信息推送系统, 所述信息推送系统包括: 终端和推送服务器; 其中,
所述终端, 配置为与推送服务器建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接; 所述推送服务器, 配置为接收应用服务器发送的信息, 根据建立的所 述 WEBSOCKET通信连接将所述信息推送至所述终端。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中, 所述推送服务器, 还配置为 与所述终端建立连接的模式为实时工作模式时, 在第一预设时间段内无信 息推送至所述终端时, 每隔第二预设时间段检测所述推送服务器与所述终 端之间的通信连接是否中断; 当检测到所述推送服务器与所述终端之间的 通信连接中断时, 重新与所述终端建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中, 所述推送服务器, 配置为与 所述终端建立连接的模式为定时工作模式时, 每隔第三预设时间段与所述 终端建立 WEBSOCKET通信连接。
19、 根据权利要求 16所述的系统, 其中, 所述推送服务器, 配置为在 第四预设时间段内接收所述应用服务器发送的信息, 按信息类型将所述信 息合并,根据建立的所述 WEBSOCKET通信连接将合并后的信息推送至所 述终端。
20、 根据权利要求 17所述的系统, 其中, 所述推送服务器, 配置为与 所述终端建立实时连接时, 接收到所述应用服务器发送的信息; 识别所述 信息的类型为实时推送类型或定时推送类型; 将所述信息类型为实时推送 类型的信息实时推送至所述终端; 将所述信息类型为定时推送类型的信息 每隔第五预设时间段推送至所述终端。
21、 根据权利要求 16 所述的系统, 其中, 所述终端, 还配置为通过 WEB浏览器展示所述信息, 或通过推送信息客户端展示所述信息。
22、 一种计算机存储介质, 所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执 行指令, 所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的信 息推送方法。
23、 一种计算机存储介质, 所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执 行指令, 所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求 6或 7所述的信息推送 方法。
