本发明涉及香烟替代品技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
现有技术的电子烟的结构请参见图 1 所示,由图 1 可知,现有技术中的电子烟中包括相互连接的雾化组件 110
和电池组件 120 ,雾化组件 110 的远离电池组件 120 的一端作为供用户吸食烟雾的吸嘴 100 。进一步参见图 1 可知,雾化组件 110
包括与该雾化组件 110 一体化设置的雾化芯 111 ,该雾化芯 111 设置有用于雾化烟油的电热丝及用于给电热丝供油的导油绳。

若该雾化芯 111 损坏,则使得用户无法吸食烟雾,此时需要更换该雾化芯 111 ,又因该雾化芯 111
与雾化组件 110 一体化设置,则用户在具体的更换过程中需要将雾化组件 110
的较多零件拆开后才能够进行更换,更换过程较为麻烦,而且造成了不必要的浪费。且该雾化芯 111
表面粘附较多的烟油,使得用户在更换的过程中会弄脏手,给用户带来麻烦,而且更换过程体验差。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述更换雾化芯不便且成本较高的缺陷,提供一种装配简单、易于更换雾化芯的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造

通过限位机构和弹性件的配合实现对雾化芯的固定和弹出,方便更换雾化芯,减少更换雾化芯的耗费时间,且不需要将雾化芯和储油瓶整体更换,节约了成本;组装电子烟时,直接将雾化芯插入在第一容纳腔和储油瓶内即可,装配简单、提高了工作效率。

雾化烟油产生的烟雾向吸嘴 4 方向流动,并从出气口 41 处供用户吸食,形成了烟雾流通通道。该烟雾通道不经过储油瓶 2
,可防止烟油渗到烟雾通道内,避免了漏油和用户吸食到烟油现象的发生,提高了用户体验。
限位机构 5 用于使雾化芯 3 限位在第一容纳腔 101 内或使雾化芯 3 脱离第一容纳腔 101
,且其活动设置在电子烟本体 1 上并可相对电子烟本体 1 移动,具体地限位机构 5 可在第一通孔 123 内移动并可延伸至与第一通孔 123 相通的第一容纳腔
101 内,从而实现对雾化芯 3 位置的控制。限位机构 5 位于雾化芯 3 和吸嘴 4 之间,当限位机构 5 穿过第一通孔 123 并延伸至第一容纳腔 101
内时,限位机构 5 抵持在雾化芯 3 靠近吸嘴 4 的一端面上从而将雾化芯 3 固定在第一容纳腔 101 内;而当在外力作用下限位机构 5 向靠近第一通孔
123 内移动并移至第一通孔 123 内时,由于弹性件 13 的弹性回复力的作用使雾化芯 3 从第一容纳腔 101 的腔口方向弹出 并向靠近吸嘴 4
的一侧移出,方便更换雾化芯 3 ,减少更换雾化芯 3 的耗费时间。
限位机构 5 包括拉杆 51 及缠绕在拉杆 51 上的弹簧 52 ,其中拉杆 51 的长度大于第一通孔
123 的轴向长度,且拉杆 51 的两边均可伸出第一通孔 123 外一定距离。弹簧 52 缠绕在拉杆 51 位于第一通孔 123 内的侧壁上,并用于向拉杆
51 提供朝雾化芯 3 方向的弹力,以将拉杆 51 从第一通孔 123 内弹至第一容纳腔 101 内,实现对雾化芯 3 的限位作用。当拉杆 51 穿过第一通孔
123 并延伸至第一容纳腔 101 内时,拉杆 51 抵持在电极组件 33 上从而实现将雾化芯 3 限位在第一容纳腔 101
内,形成一完整的电子烟,供用户使用;而当雾化芯 3 发生损坏不能正常使用而需要更换时,只需用户向外拉拉杆 51 ,将拉杆 51 的插入 第一容纳腔 101
内的端部 从第一容纳腔 101 向第一通孔 123 内移动,并当拉杆 51 的插入 第一容纳腔 101 内的端部 移动至第一通孔 123 内时,弹性件 13
提供给雾化芯 3 向外弹出的弹性回复力使雾化芯 3 从朝吸嘴 4 方向的 第一容纳腔 101 的腔口 弹出,方便更换雾化芯 3 。进一步地,当用户需要将雾化芯
3 插入储油瓶 2 内时,只需将雾化芯 3 直接插入第一容纳腔 101 内,且限位机构 5 由于弹簧 52 的弹性回复作用又使拉杆 51 移动至第一容纳腔
101 内并抵持在雾化芯 3 上 ,实现对雾化芯 3 的限位,装配方式简单,提高了工作效率。
组装本发明的电子烟时,将储油瓶 2 可拆卸地连接在支架 12 上,实现储油瓶 2 与电子烟本体 1
的连接;然后将限位机构 5 移动至第一通孔 123 内,将雾化芯 3 从上方直接插入第一容纳腔 101 内,限位机构 5 由于弹性回复作用移动至第一容纳腔
101 内并抵持在雾化芯 3 的端面上,从而将雾化芯 3 限位在第一容纳腔 101 内,最后将吸嘴 4 与电子烟本体 1 连接起来即可。而当需要更换雾化芯 3
时,先将吸嘴 4 与电子烟本体 1 拆卸开,然后将限位机构 5 与雾化芯 3 相抵持的一端 拉至第一通孔 123 内,此时弹性件 13 提供给雾化芯 3
朝向吸嘴 4 弹出的弹力,使雾化芯 3 弹出,方便用户更换雾化芯3 ,提高效率。
综上所示,本实施例提供的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
( 1 )通过限位机构 5 实现对雾化芯 3 的固定和弹出,方便更换雾化芯 3 ,减少更换雾化芯 3
的耗费时间,且不需要将雾化芯 3 和储油瓶 2 整体更换,节约了成本;
( 2 )组装电子烟时,直接将雾化芯 3 插入在第一容纳腔 101 和储油瓶 2
内即可,装配简单、提高了工作效率;
( 3 )储油瓶 2 与电池 11 并列设置,电子烟外观可以做的更短,方便用户携带;
( 4 )储油瓶 2 可拆卸地连接在电子烟本体 1 上,方便用户向储油瓶 2
内添加烟油或更换不同口味的烟油;
( 5 )烟雾通道不经过储油瓶 2
,可防止烟油渗到烟雾通道上,避免了漏油和吸食到烟油的现象,且避免烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝,提高了用户体验;
( 6 )吸嘴 4 可以拆卸,方便吸嘴 4 的更换和对吸嘴 4 的清洗。
如图 5 和图 6 所示,本发明第二实施例提供的电子烟,其与实施例一的不同之处在于:本实施例的电子烟本体
1 还包括与限位机构 5 间隔一定距离设置的磁力吸附装置,该磁力吸附装置可吸附拉杆 51 沿 第一通孔 123 移动,从而实现对雾化芯 3
的限位和脱离第一容纳腔 101 的控制。
本实施例的第一通孔 123 的位置与实施例一不同,具体地第一通孔 123 设置在 L 形 支架 12
的内部,即第一通孔 123 设置在第一容纳腔 101 和第二容纳腔 102 之间共用的腔壁上,即第一通孔 123 设置在第一套管 125 和第二套管 126
共用的侧壁上,从而用户不能直接对限位机构 5 进行操作。
磁力吸附装置安装在支架 12 上,并与拉杆 51 间隔一定距离设置,且该磁力吸附装置可吸附拉杆 51 沿
第一通孔 123 移动,解除拉杆 51 对雾化芯 3 的限位作用,从而使雾化芯 3 在弹性件 13 的弹性回复作用力下从第一容纳腔 101 内向靠近吸嘴 4
的一侧弹出。
本实施例的拉杆 51
由软磁性材料制成,如纯铁和低碳钢、铁硅系合金、铁铝系合金、镍铁系合金、铁钴系合金等材料,其能被产生电磁的装置吸附。
磁力吸附装置设置在第一套管 125 上,并位于吸嘴 4 与电池 11 之间。磁力吸附装置包括电磁铁 15
、 PCB 板 16 和按键开关 17 ,其中电磁铁 15 固定在支架 12 内部且与电池 11 电连接,并与拉杆 51 之间间隔一定距离设置,则在电池 11
为电磁铁 15 通电后,电磁铁 15 产生磁性并吸附拉杆 51 向靠近电磁铁 15 的一侧移动,从而使拉杆 51 的插入 第一容纳腔 101 的端部
移动至第一通孔 123 内部,解除对雾化芯 3 的限位,方便用户更换雾化芯 3 。可以理解,拉杆 51 与电磁铁 15 之间的距离要等于或者略大于拉杆 51
延伸至第一容纳腔 101 内的距离,才能在电磁铁 15 吸引拉杆 51 时,使拉杆 51 的插入 第一容纳腔 101 的端部 从第一容纳腔 101
内移至第一通孔 123 内,解除对雾化芯 3 的限位。电磁铁 15 包括铁芯 151 及缠绕在铁芯 151 上的导电线圈 152 ,该导电线圈 152
的两端分别与电池 11 的正负极电性连接,以使在电池 11 为导电线圈 152 供电时,使铁芯 151 产生磁性,并可以拉杆 51 进行磁性吸引;而当电池
11 对导线线圈 152 断电时,铁芯 151 的磁性随即消失,解除对拉杆 51 的吸引,使拉杆 51 向第一容纳腔 101 内移动。
PCB 板 16 固定在支架 12 上,第一弹针电极 181 与导电线圈 152 的一端连接,第二弹性电针
182 连接在 PCB 板上,导电线圈 152 的另一端也连接在 PCB 板上,从而实现导线线圈 152 的另一端与第二弹性电针 182 的电连接,使导电线圈
152 实现与电池 11 的正负极的电连接。按键开关 17 固定在 PCB 板 16 上,且 PCB 板 16 经按键开关 17 与电池 11
电连接,通过按键开关 17 控制电磁铁 15 工作,即通过按键开关 17 的闭合和断开控制导电线圈 152 与电池 11 的电连接。当按键开关 17
闭合时,导电线圈 152 与电池 11 电连接,电磁铁 15 产生磁性,吸引拉杆 51 从第一容纳腔 101 移至第一通孔 123 内,解除对雾化芯 3
的限位,从而使雾化芯 3 从吸嘴 4 弹出,方便更换雾化芯 3 。当按键开关 17 断开时,电磁铁 15 的磁性随之消失,拉杆 51 在弹簧 52
的弹性恢复作用下向第一容纳腔 101 内移动。
按键开关 17 包括固定在 PCB 板 16 上的开关底座 171 和设置在开关底座 171 上的按钮
172 ,支架 12 上与按键开关 17 相对应的侧壁上开设有第二通孔,且第二通孔与按钮 172 的尺寸相适配,以使按钮 172 嵌设在第二通孔内并延伸至支架
12 外侧,使用户方便地对用户操作。
本实施例的电子烟,当用户需要更换雾化芯 3 时,用户按下按钮 172 闭合按键开关 17 ,使电池 11
与电磁铁 15 电连接并为电磁铁 15 供电,此时电磁铁 15 被磁化从而吸引拉杆 51 向靠近电磁铁 15 的一侧移动,则拉杆 51 的插入 第一容纳腔
101 的端部 从第一容纳腔 101 内移动至第一通孔 123 内,解除了拉杆 51 对雾化芯 3 的抵持,从而在弹性件 13 的弹性回复力的作用下使雾化芯
3 向吸嘴 4 的一侧弹出,在将吸嘴 4 拆下后,即可将雾化芯 3 从吸嘴 4 取出,方便用户更换雾化芯 3 ;当需要将更换的雾化芯 3 插入第一容纳腔
101 内时,只需再按一下按钮 172 ,直接将雾化芯 3 插入,组装方便,提高生产效率。
使用本实施例二提供的电子烟,同样能实现如实施例之一中电子烟的有益效果。
本发明第三实施例提供的电子烟,其与实施例一的不同之处在于:本实施例的电子烟包括两个限位机构 5
和两个供限位机构 5 移动的第一通孔 123 ,且还包括一个实施例二中所述的磁力吸附装置,即本实施例三的其中一个第一通孔 123 设置在第一容纳腔 101
远离第二容纳腔 102 的腔壁上,另一个第一通孔 123 设置在第一容纳腔 101 和第二容纳腔 102
共用的腔壁上。本实施例的电子烟是包括了实施例一和实施例而中的第一通孔 123 和磁力吸附装置,则通过两个限位机构 5 对雾化芯 3
进行限位,则在需要更换雾化芯 3 时,需同时将两个限位机构 5 均移至相应的第一通孔 123 内才能将雾化芯 3 弹出,避免了误操作而将雾化芯 3
弹出的现象。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,例如,所述雾化芯
3 无需设置所述雾化套 31 等 ,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (20)
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括电子烟本体( 1 ),所述电子烟本体( 1 )内开设有第一容纳腔( 101 ),所述第一容纳腔( 101 )内活动插设有用于雾化烟油的雾化芯( 3 ),所述雾化芯( 3 )与所述第一容纳腔( 101 )间隙配合;所述电子烟还包括活动设置在所述电子烟本体( 1 )上并可相对所述电子烟本体( 1 )移动的限位机构( 5 )及用于向所述雾化芯( 3 )提供朝所述第一容纳腔( 101 )腔口方向的弹力的弹性件( 13 ),所述限位机构( 5 )与所述雾化芯( 3 )相抵持时,所述雾化芯( 3 )固定在所述第一容纳腔( 101 )内;所述限位机构( 5 )脱离所述雾化芯( 3 )时,所述雾化芯( 3 )在所述弹性件( 13 )的弹力作用下从所述第一容纳腔( 101 )的腔口方向弹出。
- 根据权利要求 1 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括可拆卸地设置在所述电子烟本体( 1 )一端的吸嘴( 4 ),所述第一容纳腔( 101 )的腔口朝所述吸嘴( 4 )方向设置并与所述吸嘴( 4 )的位置相对。
- 根据权利要求 2 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括设置在远离所述吸嘴( 4 )一端的用于储存烟油的储油瓶( 2 ),所述雾化芯( 3 )的一端收容在所述第一容纳腔( 101 )内,所述雾化芯( 3 )的另一端延伸至所述储油瓶( 2 )内,所述雾化芯( 3 )包括有位于所述储油瓶( 2 )外的用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件( 34 )。
- 根据权利要求 3 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体( 1 )包括支架( 12 ),所述支架( 12 )内设置有所述第一容纳腔( 101 ),所述支架( 12 )的侧壁开设有第一通孔( 123 ),所述第一通孔( 123 )与所述第一容纳腔( 101 )相通,所述限位机构( 5 )活动地安装在所述第一通孔( 123 )内并可延伸至所述第一容纳腔( 101 )内,所述限位机构( 5 )通过在所述第一通孔( 123 )内的移动与所述雾化芯( 3 )的一端抵持或脱离。
- 根据权利要求 4 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述限位机构( 5 )包括可穿过所述第一通孔( 123 )并与所述雾化芯( 3 )的端面抵持的拉杆( 51 )及缠绕在所述拉杆( 51 )位于所述第一通孔( 123 )内的弹簧( 52 ),所述弹簧( 52 )用于向所述拉杆( 51 )提供朝所述雾化芯( 3 )方向的弹力,所述拉杆( 51 )在外力作用下可沿所述第一通孔( 123 )移动并使所述弹簧( 52 )在所述第一通孔( 123 )内伸缩。
- 根据权利要求 5 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架( 12 )内还设有与所述第一容纳腔( 101 )并列设置的第二容纳腔( 102 ),所述第二容纳腔( 102 )内收容有电池( 11 ),所述第一通孔( 123 )设置在所述第一容纳腔( 101 )远离所述第二容纳腔( 102 )的腔壁上。
- 根据权利要求 5 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架( 12 )内还设有与所述第一容纳腔( 101 )并列设置的第二容纳腔( 102 ),所述第二容纳腔( 102 )内收容有电池( 11 ),所述第一通孔( 123 )设置在所述第一容纳腔( 101 )和所述第二容纳腔( 102 )之间共用的腔壁上。
- 根据权利要求 7 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述拉杆( 51 )由软磁性材料制成。
- 根据权利要求 8 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架( 12 )上设有与所述拉杆( 51 )间隔一定距离的磁力吸附装置,所述磁力吸附装置可吸附所述拉杆( 51 )沿所述第一通孔( 123 )移动,从而使所述雾化芯( 3 )在所述弹性件( 13 )的弹性回复作用下 脱离 所述 第一容纳腔( 101 )并 向靠近所述吸嘴( 4 )的一侧弹出。
- 根据权利要求 9 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述磁力吸附装置包括与所述电池( 11 )电连接的电磁铁( 15 )、 PCB 板( 16 )以及设置在 所述 PCB 板( 16 )上的按键开关( 17 ),通过 所述 按键开关( 17 )的闭合与断开控制 所述 电磁铁( 15 )对 所述 拉杆( 51 )的吸附作用。
- 根据权利要求 10 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述按键开关( 17 )包括 固定在 所述 PCB 板( 16 )上的开关底座( 171 )和设置在 所述 开关底座( 171 )上的按钮( 172 ), 所述 支架( 12 )上与 所述 按键开关( 17 )相对应的侧壁上开设有第二通孔, 所述 按钮( 172 )嵌设在 所述 第二通孔内并延伸至 所述 支架( 12 )外侧。
- 根据权利要求 11 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电磁铁( 15 )包括铁芯( 151 )及缠绕在所述铁芯( 151 )上的导电线圈( 152 ),所述导电线圈( 152 )的两端分别与所述电池( 11 )的正负极电性连接。
- 根据权利要求 9 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述磁力吸附装置位于所述吸嘴( 4 )与所述电池( 11 )之间。
- 根据权利要求 6 或 7 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油瓶( 2 )与所述支架( 12 )可拆卸地连接,且所述储油瓶( 2 )与所述电池( 11 )并列设置。
- 根据权利要求 14 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架( 12 )靠近所述储油瓶( 2 )的一侧设有用于与所述储油瓶( 2 )可拆卸连接的第一螺纹套( 121 ),所述第一螺纹套( 121 )上设有用于密封所述雾化芯( 3 )的密封件( 122 ),所述弹性件( 13 )的一端固定在所述密封件( 122 )远离所述储油瓶( 2 )的端面上。
- 根据权利要求 15 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯( 3 )还包括固设在所述密封件( 122 )内的雾化套( 31 )及设置在所述雾化套( 31 )靠近所述吸嘴( 4 )的端面上的电极组件( 33 ),所述弹性件( 13 )弹性缠绕在所述雾化套( 31 )上位于所述电极组件( 33 )和所述密封件( 122 )之间的外侧壁上,所述电热丝组件( 34 )与所述电极组件( 33 )电性连接,所述电极组件( 33 )与所述电池( 11 )电性连接。
- 根据权利要求 16 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性件( 33 )为弹簧,且所述弹性件( 33 )的轴线与所述雾化芯( 3 )的轴线共轴。
- 根据权利要求 15 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油瓶( 2 )的瓶口设有用于与所述第一螺纹套( 121 )螺纹连接的第二螺纹套( 21 )。
- 根据权利要求 16 的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴( 4 )上设有出气口( 41 ),所述支架( 12 )上设有进气口( 124 ),所述雾化套( 31 )上缠绕有所述弹性件( 13 )的侧壁上设有第三通孔( 311 ),所述第三通孔( 311 )与所述出气口( 41 )和进气口( 124 )相通形成雾化通道。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括电子烟本体( 1 )、用于储存烟油的储油瓶( 2 )、用于雾化烟油的雾化芯( 3 )及设置在所述电子烟本体( 1 )一端的吸嘴( 4 ),所述电子烟本体( 1 )包括支架( 12 )、设置在所述支架( 12 )内的第一容纳腔( 101 )和第二容纳腔( 102 )、以及套设在所述第二容纳腔( 102 )内的电池( 11 ),所述雾化芯( 3 )的一端收容在所述第一容纳腔( 101 )内,所述雾化芯( 3 )的另一端延伸至所述储油瓶( 2 )内;所述电子烟还包括活动设置在所述电子烟本体( 1 )上并可相对所述支架( 12 )移动的限位机构( 5 )及用于向所述雾化芯( 3 )提供朝所述吸嘴( 4 )方向的弹力的弹性件( 13 ),所述限位机构( 5 )位于所述雾化芯( 3 )和所述吸嘴( 4 )之间,所述第一容纳腔( 101 )和第二容纳腔( 102 )之间共用的腔壁上开设有第一通孔( 123 ),所述限位机构( 5 )活动地安装在所述第一通孔( 123 )内并可延伸至所述第一容纳腔( 101 )内与所述雾化芯( 3 )的一端抵持;所述限位机构( 5 )包括可穿过所述第一通孔( 123 )并与所述雾化芯( 3 )的端面抵持的拉杆( 51 )及缠绕在所述拉杆( 51 )位于所述第一通孔( 123 )内的弹簧( 52 ),所述弹簧( 52 )用于向所述拉杆( 51 )提供朝所述雾化芯( 3 )方向的弹力,所述支架( 12 )上设有与所述拉杆( 51 )间隔一定距离的磁力吸附装置,所述磁力吸附装置可吸附所述拉杆( 51 )沿所述第一通孔( 123 )移动,从而使所述雾化芯( 3 )在所述弹性件( 13 )的弹性回复作用下 脱离 所述 第一容纳腔( 101 )并 向靠近所述吸嘴( 4 )的一侧弹出。
