Abstract
The invention relates to an apparatus simplifies the application much more thanks to the sliding property thereof during the horizontal mounting of the busbars (1), performs the attachment and alignment of the busbars (1) in a very short time and reduces the labor.
Description
APPARATUS USED DURING THE HORIZONTAL MOUNTING OF THE BUSBARS Technical Field
The invention relates to the apparatus which is used during the horizontal mounting of the busbars used in energy distribution systems.
The invention especially relates to the apparatus which simplifies the application much more thanks to the sliding property thereof during the horizontal mounting of the busbars, performs the attachment and alignment of the busbars in a very short time and reduces the labor.
State of the Art
During the horizontal mounting of the busbars used in energy distribution systems in the state of the art, in order to perform alignment and attachment, there are applications such as lifting and pushing which will physically force the person performing the mounting. During mounting, at least three, sometimes four people depending on the weights of the channels, try to align said heavy channels by lifting and pushing and this method not only causes loss of time but difficulty performing the work as well. Friction of the busbars in the hangers can also damage the trunk.
The busbars are placed one by one on the suspension system in the state of the art. Then attachment process is performed. In order to provide alignment while attaching one busbar with the other, the processes of lifting, pushing, and pulling right and left prolong the duration of the mounting and complicate the labor.
Although no patent application similar to the invention is encountered in the patent search, information with respect to some patent applications in the related technical field is described below.
One of these applications is the patent application no. 2011/05111 and titled "Busbar Lighting Automation System". Said application relates to an automation system which controls each lighting load individually in the places where lighting is needed and which can be powered by busbar, characterized in that without any need of data line, namely cable, it can provide controlling of each load (lighting load) individually over the busbar transmission lines, by being fed from the same bar but without any additional data cable. As it is not necessary to transmit signal from different points in order to control the lighting loads, command and
control boards are reduced substantially and also provide energy efficiency. Moreover, thanks to this system, all the fluorescent, incandescent, metal halide, sodium vapor and RGP LED lighting systems can be operated with different brightness control modes. The system is operated by programming the receiver module and transmitter modem placed in the gl busbar system by means of a server software and interface.
Another application of the prior art is the utility model application no. 2009/04314 and titled "Plug-in lighting busbar trunking joint installation". Said application relates to a lighting busbar trunking joint installation which is used in low tension power distribution systems and has an important function in providing the efficient energy distribution and especially does not comprise an external connection element such as bolt for the connection thereof.
The European Patent with the publication no. EP1741161B1 relates to detachable assembly of a high-tension cable with a current-carrying busbar that extends horizontally. In order to facilitate the assembly of a high-tension cable (HT cable) with a current-carrying busbar extending horizontally, on which the HT cable is suspended, a contact pocket for the connector piece is provided, which is divided in the vertical orientation, designed for the cross-section of the solid connector piece of the HT cable; one of the partial pieces (first partial piece) of this contact pocket is fixed in place on the busbar, the second partial piece of the contact pocket, however, is articulated onto the first partial piece so as to pivot relative to the first partial piece.
Upon examining the applications above, it is acknowledged that an apparatus which simplifies the application much more thanks to the sliding property thereof during the horizontal mounting of the busbars, performs the attachment and alignment of the busbars in a very short time and reduces the labor, is not disclosed.
Object of the Invention
The object of the invention, in order to eliminate the present disadvantages, is to develop an apparatus which simplifies the application much more thanks to the sliding property thereof during the horizontal mounting of the busbars, performs the attachment and alignment of the busbars in a very short time and reduces the labor.
Another object of the invention is to introduce an apparatus which provides the alignment of the busbars in the very first mounting and removes the risk of slipping right and left for the busbars.
Another object of the invention is to provide the attachment process of the parts to each other much more easily without lifting or carrying the busbars thanks to the sliding property of the apparatus. In order to achieve said objects, an apparatus which is used during the horizontal mounting of the busbars, comprises racks carrying the busbar and serving as hanger, and rods to which the racks are attached, characterized in that this apparatus comprises a sliding bracket which is fixed in the desired alignment on the racks in order to enable the busbar to move easily thereon, and locking cover used for fixing the busbar.
In a preferred application of the invention, a locking piece is used for locking the busbar.
