本发明提供了一种电子烟的电池组件,应用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟。本图像识别装置包括:图像传感器以及微控制器,微控制器对图像传感器采集的待识别标识与预设标识进行匹配,当待识别标识和预设标识互相匹配时,微处理器控制电池组件与雾化组件之间的电路导通,使电子烟正常工作。即本电子烟具备识别功能,只有电子烟电池组件和雾化组件相匹配时,才能正常使用,进而避免了电子烟接口因为不匹配而损坏的问题。除此,本发明还避免了现有的电池组件和雾化组件之间任意组合使用、不同烟油口味的混用及不同厂家的电池组件和雾化组件之间的混用,造成的不良的用户体验,进一步增加了用户对厂家及品牌的认知,更加便于戒烟。

Description

一种电子烟的电池组件、 雾化组件以及电子烟
本申请要求于 2013 年 9 月 13 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320571427.8 、 发明名称为 "一种电子烟的电池组件、 雾化组件以及电子 烟" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域 本发明涉及图像识别技术领域, 更具体的说是涉及一种电子烟的电池组 件、 雾化组件以及电子烟。
背景技术 现有的电子烟主要由电池组件和雾化组件这两部分组成, 其结构如图 1所 示, 电池组件部分包括端盖 11、咪头控制器 12、咪头座 13、 电池 14、 电池套 15、 下电极 16、电极固定座 17和连接座 18,雾化组件部分包括连接头 20、上电极 21、 上绝缘环 22、 雾化座 23、 雾化装置 24、 黄蜡管 25、 储油棉 26、 雾化套 27和吸嘴 盖 28。
结合图 1 , 可知, 电子烟只需将电池组件中的连接座 18和雾化组件中的连 接头 20进行连接即可正常工作。 发明人发现, 目前的电子烟不论何种品牌, 只 要电池组件和雾化组件的接口能连接, 就可以组合使用, 这样, 电子烟电池组 件和雾化组件不匹配使用会导致电子烟接口的损坏,进而缩短电子烟的使用寿 命; 现有的电池组件和雾化组件之间任意组合就可以使用, 容易造成不同烟油 口味的混用及不同厂家的电池组件和雾化组件之间的混用,因而造成不良的用 户体验, 阻碍了用户对厂家及品牌的认知, 不便于戒烟。
发明内容 有鉴于此, 本发明提供一种电子烟的电池组件、 雾化组件以及电子烟, 有 效的解决了现有技术中电子烟电池组件和雾化组件不匹配使用导致的电子烟 接口损坏的问题。 为实现上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电子烟的电池组件,应用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟, 所述电池组 件包括用于识别设置在雾化器上的待识别标识的图像识别装置,所述图像识别 装置

与所述图像传感器相连,在判断所述待识别标识与预设标识相匹配时,控 制所述电池组件与所述雾化组件之间的电路导通使电子烟正常工作的微处理 器。
优选的, 所述图像传感器为红外线传感器、 感光摄像器、 超声波成像仪、 热成像传感器或磁感应成像器。
优选的,所述图像传感器为 OID码识别芯片或 SPCA563B图像识别芯片。 优选的, 还包括:
设置在所述电池组件中电池与所述微处理器之间的,用于管理外部电源对 所述电池进行充电的电源管理电路。
优选的, 所述电池组件还包括:
与所述微处理器电连接的,显示所述微处理器的识别结果的提示装置, 所 述提示装置为报警器或指示灯。
一种电子烟的雾化组件 ,所述雾化组件的靠近所述电池组件上设置有供所 述电池组件识别的待识别标识。
优选的, 所述待识别标识为电子烟的商标。
优选的, 所述待识别标识为平面或立体的图案或文字。
优选的, 所述雾化组件设置有用于与电池组件电连接的上电极, 所述上电 极设置有相互套设相连的外电极及内电极,所述待识别标识设置在所述内电极 上。
一种电子烟, 包括电池组件和雾化组件, 所述电池组件为上述任意一项所 述的电池组件; 所述雾化组件为如上述任意一项所述的雾化组件。
经由上述的技术方案可知, 与现有技术相比, 本发明提供了一种电子烟的 电池组件, 应用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟。 本图像识别装置包括: 图像传 感器以及微控制器,微控制器对图像传感器采集的待识别标识与预设标识进行 匹配, 当待识别标识和预设标识互相匹配时,微处理器控制电池组件与雾化组 件之间的电路导通, 使电子烟正常工作。 即本电子烟具备识别功能, 只有电子 烟电池组件和雾化组件相匹配时, 才能正常使用, 进而避免了电子烟接口因为 不匹配而损坏的问题。 除此, 本发明还避免了现有的电池组件和雾化组件之间 任意组合使用、不同烟油口味的混用及不同厂家的电池组件和雾化组件之间的 混用, 造成的不良的用户体验, 进一步增加了用户对厂家及品牌的认知, 更加 便于戒烟。

其中, 11为端盖, 12为咪头控制器, 13为咪头座, 14为电池, 15为电 池套, 16为下电极, 17为电极固定座, 18为连接座, 19为传感器, 20为连 接头, 21为上电极, 22为上绝缘环, 23为雾化座, 24为雾化装置, 25为黄 蜡管, 26为储油棉, 27为雾化套, 28为吸嘴盖, 29为待识别标识(商标、 logo );
101为电池组件, 102为雾化组件, 103为图像传感器, 104为微控制器, 105为电源管理电路, 203为红外线图像传感器, 303为 CMOS图像传感器。
具体实施方式 本发明提供一种电子烟的电池组件、 雾化组件以及电子烟,使电子烟具图 像备识别功能,保证只有当电池组件和雾化组件相匹配时, 电子烟才能正常使 用,进而避免了电子烟接口因为不匹配而损坏的问题以及不同品牌间电子烟接 口互换使用带来的不必要麻烦。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
请参阅图 2, 本发明实施例提供了一种电子烟的电池组件 101 , 应用于与 雾化组件 102组合形成电子烟, 其中, 电池组件 101包括用于识别设置在雾化 器上的待识别标识的图像识别装置, 该图像识别装置包括: 图像传感器 103 以及微处理器 104。
具体的, 图像传感器 103采集雾化组件 102上的待识别标识, 并将采集到 的图像发送至微处理器 104。 此时, 微处理器 104判断待识别标识与预设标识 是否匹配, 当待识别标识与预设标识匹配时,微处理器控制电池组件与所述雾 化组件之间的电路导通, 此时电子烟正常工作。 当待识别标识与预设标识不匹 配时,微处理器控制电池组件与所述雾化组件之间的电路断开, 此时电子烟由 于没有通电, 所以不能正常工作。
可见,本电子烟具备识别功能,只有电子烟电池组件和雾化组件相匹配时, 才能正常使用, 进而避免了电子烟接口因为不匹配而损坏的问题。 除此, 本发 明在电子烟中加入图像识别装置,还有很多其他附加的优点, 比如通过图像识 另' J , 能查询产品的某些性能、 厂商的信息、 产品之间的保护、 功能设定、 产品 之间的配合、 儿童保护 (防止儿童吸此烟)等。
实施例二 请参阅图 3 , 在实施例一的基石出上, 本实施例提供了另一种电子烟的电池 组件 101 , 应用于与雾化组件 102组合形成电子烟, 其中, 电池组件 101包括 用于识别设置在雾化器上的待识别标识的图像识别装置, 该图像识别装置包 括: 图像传感器 103、 微处理器 104以及电源管理电路 105。
其中, 本实施例的电子烟的图像识别装置的工作原理与实施例一类似, 具 体为: 图像传感器 103采集雾化组件 102上的待识别标识, 并将采集到的图像 发送至微处理器 104。 此时, 微处理器 104判断待识别标识与预设标识是否匹 配, 当待识别标识与预设标识匹配时,微处理器控制电池组件与所述雾化组件 之间的电路导通, 此时电子烟正常工作。 当待识别标识与预设标识不匹配时, 微处理器控制电池组件与所述雾化组件之间的电路断开,此时电子烟由于没有 通电, 所以不能正常工作。
不同的是, 本实施例增加了电源管理电路 105 , 该电源管理电路设置在电 池组件中电池与微处理器之间 , 用于为所述微处理器供电。
优选的, 在实施例中, 图像传感器 103可以为红外线图像传感器、 感光摄 像器、 超声波成像仪、 热成像传感器或磁感应成像器。 更加具体的说, 图像传 感器可以是扫描成像方式, 例如红外线传感器类, 点读笔、 条形码扫描用的红 外线方式。 也可以是感光摄像方式, 如 CCD、 数码照相、 数码摄像等。 还可 以是超声波成像方式,如通过超声波照射被测物,反射超声波进入传感器成像。 除此, 图像传感器还可以为辐射成像, 如热成像。 也可以是导体传感器取像, 如电容传感器, 被测物接触或者靠近传感器, 引起传感器的电容变化等方式。 又可以是磁感应成像, 如带有磁性的被测物, 靠近或者接触传感器, 传感器便 能感知被测物的形状尺寸大小等。这里需要说明的是,图像传感器的种类多样, 只要能用于图像的识别即可满足本发明的需求。
实施例三
请参阅图 4, 本实施例三为实施例二的一种具体实现方式, 其中, 图像传 感器为红外线图像传感器 203。即本实施例提供的一种电子烟的电池组件 101 , 应用于与雾化组件 102组合形成电子烟, 其中, 电池组件 101包括用于识别设 置在雾化器上的待识别标识的图像识别装置, 该图像识别装置包括: 红外线图 像传感器 203、 微处理器 104以及电源管理电路 105。 优选的, 所述红外线图 像传感器可以为 OID码识别芯片。
其工作原理为: 电池组件装有红外线图像传感器, 而雾化组件上设置有商 标 LOGO, 如图 5所示, 雾化组件的上电极 21的靠近电池组件的端面 (如图 6所示)上设置有待识别的图像 29。 商标上有对红外线敏感的涂料, 当传感器 发出红外光照射被测商标, 商标的敏感材料会反射红外光线, 红外线图像传感 器对反射光进行检测,达到识别的效果,将识别的图像发送至微处理器。此时, 微处理器将接收到的图像和预设的图像进行匹配,当微处理器识别出正确的商 标 LOGO后, 控制电池组件, 打开通往雾化组件的电源, 给雾化组件通电, 于是电子烟正常工作。 如果微处理器检测到的商标 LOGO无法识别, 即和预 设标识不匹配, 就不会打开电源, 导致雾化组件不能工作, 于是电子烟就不能 正常工作。
实施例四
请参阅图 7 , 本实施例四为实施例二的另一种具体实现方式, 其中, 图像 传感器为 CMOS 图像传感器 303。 即本实施例提供的一种电子烟的电池组件 101 , 应用于与雾化组件 102组合形成电子烟, 其中, 电池组件 101包括用于 识别设置在雾化器上的待识别标识的图像识别装置, 该图像识别装置包括: CMOS图像传感器 203、 微处理器 104以及电源管理电路 105。 优选的, 所述 CMOS图像传感器可以为 SPCA563B图像识别芯片。
其工作原理为: 电池组件设置有 CMOS 图像传感器, 而雾化组件上设置 有商标 LOGO。 CMOS图像传感器 19的发光 LED发出接近白光的光线, 照射 被测商标, 于是被测商在传感器中成像, SPCA563B微处理器读取 CMOS图 像传感器采集的图像, 进行分析识别。 具体的, 微处理器将接收到的图像和预 设的图像进行匹配, 当微处理器识别出正确的商标 LOGO后, 控制电池组件, 打开通往雾化组件的电源, 给雾化组件通电, 于是电子烟正常工作。 如果微处 理器检测到的商标 LOGO无法识别, 即和预设标识不匹配, 就不会打开电源, 导致雾化组件不能工作, 于是电子烟就不能正常工作。
实施例五
请参阅图 9, 本发明实施例提供了一种电子烟的电池组件, 应用于与雾化 组件 102组合形成电子烟, 其中, 电池组件包括用于识别设置在雾化器上的待 识别标识的图像识别装置, 该图像识别装置包括: 图像传感器 103、 微处理器 104以及开关 106。
具体的, 图像传感器 103采集雾化组件 102上的待识别标识, 并将采集到 的图像发送至微处理器 104。 此时, 微处理器 104判断待识别标识与预设标识 是否匹配, 当待识别标识与预设标识匹配时,微处理器控制电池组件与所述雾 化组件之间的电路导通, 此时, 按下开关 106, 电子烟正常工作。 当待识别标 识与预设标识不匹配时,微处理器控制电池组件与所述雾化组件之间的电路断 开, 此时电子烟由于没有通电, 所以不能正常工作。
需要说明的是, 该开关 106可以为气动传感器开关,也可以为机械按键的 开关。 优选的, 本实施例还提供识别结果的提示装置, 该装置与微处理器电连 接, 用于提示微处理器的识别结果。 具体的, 所述提示装置可以为报警器、 指 示灯, 报警器可以为蜂鸣报警器或扬声器等。
实施例六
除上述实施例外, 本实施例还提供了一种电子烟的雾化组件, 该雾化组件 的上电极靠近所述电池组件的端面上处设置有待识别标识,在本实施例中, 所 述上电极设置有相互套设相连的外电极及内电极,所述待识别标识设置在所述 内电极上。
从本实施例中, 不难发现, 雾化组件和电池组件组合即形成一个电子烟, 因此, 本实施例还提供了一种电子烟, 包括电池组件和雾化组件, 其中, 电池 组件包括上述实施例中任意一项所述的图像识别装置。雾化组件的上电极靠近 所述电池组件的端面上处设置有待识别标识。
本发明提供了一种电子烟的电池组件, 应用于与雾化组件组合形成电子 烟。 本图像识别装置包括: 图像传感器以及微控制器, 微控制器对图像传感器 采集的待识别标识与预设标识进行匹配, 当待识别标识和预设标识互相匹配 时, 微处理器控制电池组件与雾化组件之间的电路导通, 使电子烟正常工作。 即本电子烟具备识别功能, 只有电子烟电池组件和雾化组件相匹配时, 才能正 常使用, 进而避免了电子烟接口因为不匹配而损坏的问题。 除此, 本发明还避 免了现有的电池组件和雾化组件之间任意组合使用、不同烟油口味的混用及不 同厂家的电池组件和雾化组件之间的混用,造成的不良的用户体验, 进一步增 加了用户对厂家及品牌的认知, 更加便于戒烟。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于 实施例提供的装置而言, 由于其与实施例提供的方法相对应, 所以描述的比较 简单, 相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。
对所提供的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 发明。 对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见 的, 本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下, 在 其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例, 而 是要符合与本文所提供的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟的电池组件, 应用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟, 其特征 在于,所述电池组件包括用于识别设置在雾化器上的待识别标识的图像识别装 置,

与所述图像传感器相连,在判断所述待识别标识与预设标识相匹配时,控 制所述电池组件与所述雾化组件之间的电路导通使电子烟正常工作的微处理 器。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述图像传感器为红 外线传感器、 感光摄像器、 超声波成像仪、 热成像传感器或磁感应成像器。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述图像传感器为 OID 码识别芯片或 SPCA563B图像识别芯片。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 还包括:
设置在所述电池组件中电池与所述微处理器之间的,用于管理外部电源对 所述电池进行充电的电源管理电路。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述电池组件还包括: 与所述微处理器电连接的,显示所述微处理器的识别结果的提示装置, 所 述提示装置为报警器或指示灯。
6、 一种电子烟的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件的靠近所述电池 组件上设置有供所述电池组件识别的待识别标识。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述待识别 标识为电子烟的商标。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述待识别 标识为平面或立体的图案或文字。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组 件设置有用于与电池组件电连接的上电极,所述上电极设置有相互套设相连的 外电极及内电极, 所述待识别标识设置在所述内电极上。
10、 一种电子烟, 包括电池组件和雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述电池组件 为如权利要求 1-5任意一项所述的电池组件; 所述雾化组件为如权利要求 6-9 任意一项所述的雾化组件。
