Abstract

La présente invention concerne un séchoir rotatif destiné à sécher des solides en vrac. Chacun des éléments d'élévation (3) du séchoir comprend un organe angulaire ayant une base plane (5) et un rebord de ramassage plan (6) selon un angle Θ1 de 100 à 150° par rapport à la base plane. L'élément d'élévation comprend également une paire d'éléments de fermeture d'extrémité (7, 7), une à chaque extrémité de l'organe angulaire selon un angle Θ2 de 60 à 120° par rapport à l'extrémité respective. Chacun des éléments d'élévation est monté sur la périphérie intérieure du tambour du séchoir au niveau du bord libre (8) de la base plane selon un angle Θ3 de 50 à 90° par rapport à la périphérie du tambour. Les bords libres (9) des éléments de fermeture d'extrémité coïncident avec la périphérie intérieure du tambour. Le rebord de ramassage de l'élément d'élévation fait saillie radialement vers l'intérieur par rapport au tambour (Fig. 4).
