Description
本发明涉及日用电子器件领域,尤其涉及电池组件及应用该电池组件制成的电子烟。
电子烟是一种香烟替代品,它可以模拟香烟的味道,但抽电子烟时却不会释放对人体有害的焦油、尼古丁和二手烟雾,因此它能提高尼古丁替代疗法的戒烟成功率。传统的电子烟大体包括两部分,一部分是模拟香烟烟身部分的电池组件,其内装有控制模块、电池电路等;另一部分是与电池组件连接的雾化组件,雾化组件包括设有气孔的储油体、纤维棉和发热丝。
现有技术中的电子烟包括一次性电子烟和非一次性电子烟。一次性电子烟通常不具备充电功能,而在使用时往往不能将其内部的烟油充分使用完毕。非一次性电子烟中的电池组件可拆卸地连接在雾化组件上,电池组件的充电端口为电池组件中与雾化组件相连接的电极连接件。当给电池组件充电时,则需要将雾化组件从电池组件中拆卸下来,再对电池组件进行充电,其充电原理请参阅图7所示。而采用上述充电方式,操作费时费力,且时间长了容易造成连接处磨损松动;再者,取下雾化组件后容易造成雾化组件的遗失,给用户的使用带来诸多不便。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述对电子烟充电不便的缺陷,提供一种可直接充电的电池组件及由该电池组件制成的电子烟。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案是:提供一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,包括电池,所述电池包括第一电极以及第二电极;所述第一电极及第二电极分别电连接有第一充电电极及第二充电电极,所述第一充电电极可弹性伸缩地设置在所述电池组件的端部,所述电池组件的端面设置有与所述第一充电电极对应并用于供充电器的充电插脚插入的第一插孔。
优选地,所述电池组件还包括用于收纳所述电池的电池套管及设置在所述电池套管一端的端盖,所述第一插孔设置在所述端盖的端面上;所述第一充电电极可弹性伸缩地设置于所述第一插孔中。
优选地,所述第一充电电极包括电极柱、导电套以及弹簧,所述导电套具有一阶梯形的盲孔,所述电极柱朝向所述盲孔的一端具有一凸缘,所述电极柱部分地内置于所述盲孔中并通过所述凸缘抵持使所述电极柱与所述导电套之间形成活动连接,所述弹簧安装在所述导电套内,所述弹簧的一端与所述电极柱抵持,所述弹簧的另一端与所述盲孔的底壁抵持。

下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明,附图中:
图1是本发明提供的电子烟在第一实施例中的结构示意图;

图1示出了本发明第一实施例中的电子烟,包括电池组件1和雾化组件2,电池组件1用于给雾化组件2供电并驱动雾化组件2工作。雾化组件2工作时加热雾化组件2内的烟草提取物以将之雾化。吸食者从雾化组件2上远离电池组件1的一端将雾化产生的烟雾吸出,达到模拟吸烟的效果。在本发明中,该电子烟可以为一次性电子烟,即雾化组件2的雾化套管(未标注)与电池组件1的电池套管10为一体结构。该电子烟也可以为多次使用的,电池组件1和雾化组件2可拆卸地连接。
同时参照图2,电池组件1包括电池套管10、设置电池套管10内的电池20、设置电池套管10一端的端盖30以及控制器(未示出)。控制器分别与电池20以及雾化组件2电连接,电池20用于供电,控制器控制雾化组件2将烟草提取物雾化成烟雾。在本发明中,电池20为可充电的电池20,其包括第一电极和第二电极。第一电极和第二电极分别电连接有第一充电电极21和第二充电电极22,第一充电电极21和第二充电电极22电气隔离并用于和充电器电连接实现为电池20提供充电电源。并且第一充电电极21可以弹性伸缩,这便于在与充电器连接时实现弹性电连接。这样使得充电通路更加稳定。
第一充电电极21设置在端盖30上。该端盖30的端面上沿端盖30的轴线开设有第一插孔32a,第一充电电极21安装在该第一插孔32a中。第二充电电极22设置在端盖30的侧壁面上。端盖30沿其径向在侧壁面上开设有第二插孔32b,第二充电电极22安装在第二插孔32b中。
可以理解的,如图3所示,第一充电电极21也可以不设置在第一插孔32a中。电池套管10内设置有用于固定第一充电电极22的固定座21a。第一充电电极22设置在固定座21a上并与第一插孔32a相邻且对应设置。当充电器的充电插脚插入到第一插孔32a时,该充电插脚的前端穿过该第一插孔32a与第一充电电极21电连接。
如图4所示,第一充电电极21包括导电套211、弹簧212以及电极柱213。该导电套211具有一阶梯形的盲孔2111,电极柱213朝向盲孔2111的一端具有一凸缘2131。电极柱213部分地内置于盲孔2111中并通过凸缘2131抵持使电极柱213与导电套211之间形成活动连接,弹簧212安装在导电套211内,弹簧212的一端与电极柱213抵持,弹簧212的另一端与盲孔2131底壁抵持。该弹簧212用于在充电器插入第一插孔32a时实现弹性伸缩导电连接。
第二充电电极22为弹性电极片,其中部设置有隆起部221。该弹性电极片可以使得在与充电器连接的时候实现弹性电连接。这样使得充电通路更加稳定。
电池套管10采用导电金属材料制成,端盖30采用绝缘材料制成。端盖30可拆卸地插接在电池套管10上。如图5所示,端盖30在本实施例中可包括主体部31、第一连接部32和第二连接部33。主体部31大致成圆柱形,第一连接部32为沿着主体部31的周缘沿着端盖30的轴向延伸而成。第二连接部33与第一连接部32同向延伸并且连接在主体部31的中部。
第一插孔32a贯穿主体部31和第二连接部33,其为阶梯孔。该阶梯孔的半径由主体部31到第二连接部33的方向逐阶增大。导电套211和电极柱213依次套合在该第一插孔32a中,其中导电套211过盈配合在该第一插孔32a的最靠近电池20的一阶孔段中。电极柱213的端部与端盖30的端面齐平,当然可以理解地,电极柱213也可以部分地伸出第一插孔32a。
第二插孔32b为沿着第一连接部32的径向开设并沿轴向延伸在第一连接部32的侧壁面上的槽体。弹性电极片安装在该槽体中。当端盖30插接在电池套管10的端部上时,该槽体部分地被电池套管10的管壁覆盖住,预留出一部分作为供充电器的充电插脚插入。弹性电极片的隆起部弹性抵压在电池套管10的内壁上,并与之弹性电连接。当充电器的充电插脚插入该第一插孔32a时与该弹性电极片弹性电连接。
如图6所示,在第二实施例中,第二充电电极22可以为覆盖在电池套管10外侧壁面的第一导电贴层,该第一导电贴层与第二电极电连接,所述第一导电贴层可以为导电纸。
在第三实施例中,第二充电电极22可以为电池套管10本身,其采用导电金属制成。
如图7所示为上述实施例中电子烟充电时的原理框图,所述电子烟均包括设置在端盖30内侧的发光元件以及连接在控制器上的触发模块,用于给控制器一个开启的触发信号。该触发模块可以为气流传感器。在所述实施例中,端盖30为透光体,该发光元件用于在吸烟时模拟烟头燃烧。该发光元件与控制器连接。充电器通过第一充电电极21与控制器连接,控制器与电池20的第一电极电连接,充电器通过第二充电电极22与电池20的第二电极连接,从而通过所述控制器控制外部电源对所述电池20进行充电。充电时控制器还驱动发光元件发光。该发光元件还用于在充电时作为充电指示灯用,当电池20冲电完成时熄灭。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件(2)组合形成电子烟,包括电池(20),所述电池(20)包括第一电极以及第二电极;其特征在于,所述第一电极及第二电极分别电连接有第一充电电极(21)及第二充电电极(22),所述第一充电电极(21)可弹性伸缩地设置在所述电池组件(1)的端部,所述电池组件(1)的端面设置有与所述第一充电电极(21)对应并用于供充电器的充电插脚插入的第一插孔(32a)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池组件(1)还包括用于收纳所述电池(20)的电池套管(10)及设置在所述电池套管(10)一端的端盖(30),所述第一插孔(32a)设置在所述端盖(30)的端面上;所述第一充电电极(21)可弹性伸缩地设置于所述第一插孔(32a)中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一充电电极(21)包括电极柱(213)、导电套(211)以及弹簧(212),所述导电套(211)具有一阶梯形的盲孔(2111),所述电极柱(213)朝向所述盲孔(2111)的一端具有一凸缘(2131),所述电极柱(213)部分地内置于所述盲孔(2111)中并通过所述凸缘(2131)抵持使所述电极柱(213)与所述导电套(211)之间形成活动连接,所述弹簧(212)安装在所述导电套(211)内,所述弹簧(212)的一端与所述电极柱(213)抵持,所述弹簧(212)的另一端与所述盲孔(2111)的底壁抵持。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述端盖(30)包括主体部(31)和沿所述主体部(31)周缘朝向所述电池(20)的方向轴向延伸的第一连接部(32)以及与所述第一连接部(32)同向延伸并连接在所述主体部(31)上的第二连接部(33),所述第一插孔(32a)贯穿所述主体部(31)和第二连接部(33),所述第二插孔(32b)设置在所述第一连接部(32)的侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一插孔(32a)为阶梯形孔,所述导电套(211)和所述电极柱(213)依次套合至所述第一插孔(32a)中。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电极柱(213)的端面与所述端盖(30)的端面齐平。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所示第二充电电极(22)设置在所述端盖(30)的侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述端盖(30)的侧壁上设置有第二插孔(32b),所述第二充电电极(22)设置在所述第二插孔(32b)中。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池套管(10)采用金属制成并与所述第二电极电连接,所述第二充电电极(22)为弹性电极片,所述第二充电电极(22)的中部设置有隆起部(221);所述第二插孔(32b)为沿所述第一连接部(32)的轴向延伸的槽体,所述第二充电电极(22)安装在所述槽体中,所述端盖(30)插接在所述电池套管(10)的端部时,所述隆起部(221)弹性抵压在所述电池套管(10)的内侧壁面上,当所述充电器的一个充电插脚插入所述第二插孔(32b)时与所述第二充电电极(22)弹性电连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池套管(10)的外侧壁面设置有与所述第二电极电连接的第一导电贴层,所述第一导电贴层为所述第二充电电极(22)。
- 一种电子烟,包括相互电连接的雾化组件(2)及电池组件(1),所述电池组件(1)包括电池(20),所述电池(20)包括第一电极以及第二电极;其特征在于,所述第一电极及第二电极分别电连接有第一充电电极(21)及第二充电电极(22),所述第一充电电极(21)可弹性伸缩地设置在所述电池组件(1)的端部,所述电池组件(1)的端面设置有与所述第一充电电极(21)对应并用于供充电器的充电插脚插入的第一插孔(32a)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述电池组件还包括用于收纳所述电池的电池套管(10)及设置在所述电池套管(10)一端的端盖(30),所述第一插孔(32a)设置在所述端盖(30)的端面上;所述第一充电电极(21)可弹性伸缩地设置于所述第一插孔(32a)中。
- 根据权利要求12所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述第一充电电极(21)包括电极柱(213)、导电套(211)以及弹簧(212),所述导电套(211)具有一阶梯形的盲孔(2111),所述电极柱(213)朝向所述盲孔(2111)的一端具有一凸缘(2131),所述电极柱(213)部分地内置于所述盲孔(2111)中并通过所述凸缘(2131)抵持使所述电极柱(213)与所述导电套(211)之间形成活动连接,所述弹簧(212)安装在所述导电套(211)内,所述弹簧(212)的一端与所述电极柱(213)抵持,所述弹簧(212)的另一端与所述盲孔(2111)底壁抵持。
- 根据权利要求13所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述端盖(30)包括主体部(31)和沿所述主体部(31)周缘朝向所述电池(20)的方向轴向延伸的第一连接部(32)以及与所述第一连接部(32)同向延伸并连接在所述主体部(31)上的第二连接部(33),所述第一插孔(32a)贯穿所述主体部(31)和第二连接部(33),所述第二插孔(32b)设置在所述第一连接部(32)的侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求14所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述第一插孔(32a)为阶梯形孔,所述导电套(211)和所述电极柱(213)依次套合至所述第一插孔(32a)中。
- 根据权利要求15所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述电极柱(213)的端面与所述端盖(30)的端面齐平。
- 根据权利要求14所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所示第二充电电极(22)设置在所述端盖(30)的侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求17所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述端盖(30)的侧壁上设置有第二插孔(32b),所述第二充电电极(22)设置在所述第二插孔(32b)中。
- 根据权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池套管(10)采用金属制成并与所述第二电极电连接,所述第二充电电极(22)为弹性电极片,所述第二充电电极(22)的中部设置有隆起部(221);所述第二插孔(32b)为沿所述第一连接部(32)的轴向延伸的槽体,所述第二充电电极(22)安装在所述槽体中,所述端盖(30)插接在所述电池套管(11)的端部时,所述隆起部(221)弹性抵压在所述电池套管(11)的内侧壁面上,当所述充电器的一个充电插脚插入所述第二插孔(32b)时与所述第二充电电极(22)弹性电连接。
- 根据权利要求12所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述电池套管(10)的外侧壁面设置有与所述第二电极电连接的第一导电贴层,所述第一导电贴层为所述第二充电电极(22)。
