电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。现有技术中的电子烟的吸嘴通常裸露在外套管的外面,不仅容易沾染灰尘或油污,而且无法识别该电子烟是否被使用过。使用者在使用上述电子烟时会存在卫生问题,甚至容易因多个使用者吸食而相互传染疾病,而且用户体验效果差。

如图1以及图2所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟,其包括外套管1、吸嘴2、限位构件3、固定板4以及第一弹性件5。外套管1大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其内部设置有用于产生烟雾的雾化器组件(未图示)等结构。该外套管1开设有通孔11,限位构件3的一侧穿过该通孔11裸露在外套管1的外部。
如图3并参阅图2、图9所示,吸嘴2包括本体21、第一盲孔22、第二盲孔23、密封件24以及卡固结构。本体21大致为圆柱状结构,其可滑动地安装在外套管1内部一端。第一盲孔22沿本体21的轴向开设,且该第一盲孔22的开口朝向外套管1的内部。第一盲孔22靠近本体21轴线的内壁还设置有第一卡槽221与第二卡槽222。本实施例中,卡固结构为第一卡槽221。第二卡槽222与限位构件3相互抵持时能够使吸嘴2稳固地安装在外套管1的内部,第一卡槽221与限位构件3相互抵持时可防止吸嘴2缩回外套管1的内部。请参阅图3以及图4所示,在本发明中的吸嘴的其它实施例中,卡固结构还可以为设置在本体21上的卡固片223或者卡固环。
第二盲孔23为圆孔结构,其开设在本体21上并朝向外套管1的外部开口,且该第二盲孔23与本体21同轴设置。雾化器组件产生的烟雾通过该第二盲孔23供使用者吸食。密封件24大致为圆柱状结构,其设置本体21靠近固定板4的一端。当吸嘴2安装在外套管1内部时,密封件24用于密封固定板4。当吸嘴2从外套管1中滑出时,密封件24与固定板4脱离接触。第一气孔25开设在第二盲孔23的孔壁上,其用于供烟雾流通。本实施例中,第一气孔25设置有两个,两个第一气孔25相对立地设置在第二盲孔23靠近密封件24的一端的内壁上。第二盲孔23孔壁的一端形成该密封件24,当所述吸嘴2从外套管1中滑出时,第一气孔25与第二气孔42相连通。
如图5并参阅图2所示,限位构件3包括构件体31、卡扣32、按压部33、以及支撑部34。构件体31大致为条状结构,其沿外套管1轴向安装设置。卡扣32由构件体31向远离外套管1的一侧延伸。当吸嘴2安装在外套管1内部时,卡扣32卡持在第二卡槽222中,使得吸嘴2稳固地安装在外套管1的内部。当吸嘴2从外套管1中滑出时,卡扣32卡持在第一卡槽221中,此时可防止吸嘴2缩回外套管1的内部。
按压部33由构件体31向靠近外套管1的一侧延伸,该按压部33的末端穿过通孔11并置于外套管1的外部。支撑部34由构件体31向靠近吸嘴2的一侧延伸,该支撑部34位于卡扣32与按压部33之间。当吸嘴2安装在外套管1内部时,支撑部34与第一盲孔22靠近本体21轴线的内壁相互抵持。当推动按压部33时,卡扣32绕着支撑部34朝着远离第二卡槽222的方向转动,此时可使卡扣32与第二卡槽222脱离接触。
如图6并参阅图2所示,固定板4包括板体41以及第二气孔42。板体41大致为圆盘状结构,其与外套管1的内径相适配,并固定安装在外套管1的内。本实施例中,板体41可采用扣合连接、粘接等方式固定安装在外套管1的内。第二气孔42设置在板体41上并用于供烟雾流通,该第二气孔42与密封件24相适配。当吸嘴2安装在外套管1内部时,密封件24插接在第二气孔42中;当吸嘴2从外套管1中滑出时,密封件24与第二气孔42脱离接触,以解除对该第二气孔42的密封。
如图2所示,第一弹性件5弹性抵持在固定板4与吸嘴2之间,并套设在密封件24上。本实施例中,第一弹性件5为弹簧。在本发明的其它实施例中,该第一弹性件5亦可以采用弹片等结构。
如图1、图2、图3、图5以及图6所示,组装时,首先将固定板4固定安装在外套管1的内部;然后将限位构件3安装在第一盲孔22上并使得卡扣32与第二卡槽222相互抵持,再将第一弹性件5套设在密封件24上;最后朝着按压部33对准通孔11的方向将吸嘴2推入外套管1中,使得按压部33穿过通孔11并置于外套管1的外部。所述电子烟在未使用状态时,由于卡扣32与第二卡槽222相互抵持,使得吸嘴2隐藏在外套管1内,从而能够有效地避免吸嘴1沾染灰尘或油污;再者,密封件24密封在第二气孔42中,能够防止所述电子烟被吸食使用。
如图2、图7、图8以及图9所示,使用时,朝着如图2所示的箭头方向推动按压部33使其缩进外套管1内部,与此同时,卡扣32绕着支撑部34朝着远离第二卡槽222的方向转动。当卡扣32与第二卡槽222脱离接触时,在第一弹性件5的作用下,吸嘴2从外套管1中弹出,直至卡扣32与第一卡槽221相互抵持,此时可防止吸嘴2缩回外套管1的内部,既而能够简便而直观地识别出所述电子烟是否被使用,保证了所述电子烟的使用卫生,有效地防止疾病的传播;与此同时,密封件24与第二气孔42脱离接触,使得第二气孔42与第二盲孔23形成供烟雾流通的通道。具体地,如果所述电子烟的吸嘴2隐藏在外套管1的内部,则可认为该吸嘴2没有被使用;如果所述电子烟的吸嘴2裸露在外套管1的外部,则可认为该吸嘴2有可能被使用。
如图10所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟,其与实施例一的不同之处在于外套管1、限位构件3以及固定板4的结构。本实施例中,所述电子烟还包括滑动块6以及第二弹性件7。外套管1未设置有通孔11的结构。
如图12所示,限位构件3包括构件体31以及卡扣32。固定板4与限位构件3采用一体成型的结构。在本发明的其它实施例中,固定板4与限位构件3亦可以采用固定连接的结构。
如图11并参阅图10所示,滑动块6大致为块状结构。第二弹性件7弹性抵持在滑动块6与第二卡槽222底部之间,本实施例中,该第二弹性件7为弹簧。卡扣32靠近第一盲孔22底部的一端呈弧形状,推动吸嘴2时,在滑动块6以及第二弹性件7的共同作用下,能够使卡扣32朝着远离第二卡槽222的一侧运动。当吸嘴2安装在外套管1内部时,卡扣32与滑动块6相互抵持。
如图10至图12所示,组装时,首先将固定板4以及限位构件3固定安装在外套管1的内部,然后将第一弹性件5套设在密封件24上,再将滑动块6以及第二弹性件7安装在第二卡槽222中;最后朝着卡扣32对准第二卡槽222的方向将吸嘴2推入外套管1中,使得卡扣32与滑动块6相互抵持。所述电子烟在未使用时,由于卡扣32与滑动块6相互抵持,使得吸嘴2隐藏在外套管1内,从而能够有效地避免吸嘴1沾染灰尘或油污。
如图10、图13、图14以及图15所示,使用时,朝着如图10所示的箭头方向推动吸嘴2使其缩进外套管1内部,与此同时,在第二弹性件7的作用下,滑动块6推动卡扣32朝着远离第二卡槽222的一侧运动。当卡扣32与第二卡槽222脱离接触时,在第一弹性件5的作用下,吸嘴2从外套管1中弹出,直至卡扣32与第一卡槽221相互抵持。
如图16所示,本发明的较佳实施例之三提供一种电子烟,其与实施例一的不同之处在于外套管1、限位构件3以及固定板4的结构。本实施例中,外套管1同样未设置有通孔11的结构。
如图17所示,限位构件3包括构件体31以及卡扣32。固定板4与限位构件3采用一体成型的结构。在本发明的其它实施例中,固定板4与限位构件3亦可以采用固定连接的结构。固定板4由软胶材料制成,其具有良好的弹性复位性能。在本发明的其它实施例中,该固定板4亦可以采用其它具有弹性复位性能的材料制成,如泡棉等结构。固定板4还设置有朝向外套管1一侧延伸的挤压部43。挤压部43与卡扣32相对构件体31朝相反方向延伸,按压该挤压部43时,所述挤压部43带动卡扣32朝着远离第二卡槽222的一侧运动。
如图16以及图17所示,组装时,首先将固定板4以及限位构件3固定安装在外套管1的内部,然后将第一弹性件5套设在密封件24上;最后朝着卡扣32对准第二卡槽222的方向将吸嘴2推入外套管1中,使得卡扣32与第二卡槽222相互抵持。所述电子烟在未使用时,由于卡扣32与第二卡槽222相互抵持,使得吸嘴2隐藏在外套管1内,从而能够有效地避免吸嘴1沾染灰尘或油污。
如图16、图18、图19以及图20所示,使用时,朝着如图16所示的箭头方向推动挤压部43使其向外套管1轴心一侧运动,与此同时,挤压部43带动卡扣32朝着远离第二卡槽222的一侧移动。当卡扣32与第二卡槽222脱离接触时,在第一弹性件5的作用下,吸嘴2从外套管1中弹出,直至卡扣32与第一卡槽221相互抵持。
在本发明的上述实施例中,吸嘴2的外表面包覆有贴纸。该贴纸可以采用真实香烟中过滤嘴上的贴纸,亦可以采用其它用于标识作用的贴纸。
本发明的另一实施例中,其与上述实施例一、实施例二以及实施例三所不同之处在于外套管1的结构。本实施例中,外套管1包括雾化套管(未图示)以及可拆卸地连接在雾化套管上的电池套管(未图示)。吸嘴2可滑动地安装在雾化套管远离电池套管的一端。限位构件3以及固定板4均安装在该雾化套管内部。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (16)
- 一种电子烟,包括外套管(1),其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括可滑动地插设在所述外套管(1)一端的吸嘴(2)及安装在所述外套管(1)内的限位构件(3);所述吸嘴(2)包括本体(21)以及设置在所述本体(21)上的卡固结构;所述限位构件(3)设置有向远离所述外套管(1)的一侧延伸的卡扣(32);当所述吸嘴(2)从所述外套管(1)滑出时,所述卡扣(32)卡持在所述卡固结构上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)内设置有第一弹性件(5);所述吸嘴(2)朝向所述外套管(1)内部的一端弹性抵持在所述第一弹性件(5)上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述卡固结构为第一卡槽(221)、卡固片(223)或卡固环。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸嘴(2)还包括开设在所述本体(21)上并朝向所述外套管(1)的内部开口的第一盲孔(22);所述第一卡槽(221)设置在所述第一盲孔(22)靠近所述本体(21)轴线的内壁上;所述第一盲孔(22)靠近所述本体(21)轴线的内壁还设置有第二卡槽(222);当所述吸嘴(2)安装在所述外套管(1)内部时,所述卡扣(32)卡持在所述第二卡槽(222)中。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括固定安装在所述外套管(1)内的固定板(4);所述第一弹性件(5)弹性抵持在所述固定板(4)与所述吸嘴(2)之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一弹性件(5)为弹簧或弹片。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述固定板(4)包括与所述外套管(1)内径相适配的板体(41)以及设置在所述板体(41)上并用于供烟雾流通的第二气孔(42);所述本体(21)靠近所述固定板(4)的一端还设置有用于密封所述第二气孔(42)的密封件(24);当所述吸嘴(2)安装在所述外套管(1)内部时,所述密封件(24)密封所述第二气孔(42);当所述吸嘴(2)从外套管(1)中滑出时,所述密封件(24)解除对所述第二气孔(42)的密封。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述限位构件(3)还包括构件体(31)、由所述构件体(31)向靠近所述外套管(1)的一侧延伸的按压部(33),以及由所述构件体(31)向靠近所述吸嘴(2)的一侧延伸的支撑部(34);所述外套管(1)开设有与所述按压部(33)相适配的通孔(11);所述按压部(33)的末端穿过所述通孔(11)并置于所述外套管(1)的外部;所述支撑部(34)位于所述卡扣(32)与所述按压部(33)之间;当所述吸嘴(2)安装在所述外套管(1)内部时,所述支撑部(34)与所述第一盲孔(22)靠近所述本体(21)轴线的内壁相互抵持。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述限位构件(3)与所述固定板(4)一体成型。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括安装在所述第二卡槽(222)中的滑动块(6)与第二弹性件(7);所述第二弹性件(7)弹性抵持在所述滑动块(6)与所述第二卡槽(222)底部之间;所述卡扣(32)靠近所述第一盲孔(22)底部的一端呈弧形状;当所述吸嘴(2)安装在所述外套管(1)内部时,所述卡扣(32)与所述滑动块(6)相互抵持。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二弹性件(7)为弹簧。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述固定板(4)设置有朝向所述外套管(1)一侧延伸的挤压部(43);所述挤压部(43)与所述卡扣(32)相对所述构件体(31)朝相反方向延伸;按压所述挤压部(43)时,所述挤压部(43)带动所述卡扣(32)朝着远离所述第二卡槽(222)的一侧移动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述固定板(4)由软胶材料制成。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸嘴(2)还包括开设在所述本体(21)上并朝向所述外套管(1)的外部开口的第二盲孔(23);所述第二盲孔(23)的内壁开设有用于供烟雾流通的第一气孔(25);所述第二盲孔(23)孔壁的一端形成所述密封件(24);当所述吸嘴(2)从外套管(1)中滑出时,所述第一气孔(25)与所述第二气孔(42)相连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)包括雾化套管以及可拆卸地连接在所述雾化套管上的电池套管;所述吸嘴(2)可滑动地安装在所述雾化套管远离所述电池套管的一端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸嘴(2)的外表面包覆有贴纸。
