图11是图1所示的电子烟中的第二电极端子的立体结构示意图。
具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明的较佳实施例提供一种电子烟,其包括外套管1、支架2、电池3、控制模块4、第一电极连接件5、第二电极连接件6、绝缘环7、连接线8、安装座9、灯头组件10、第一弹片11、第二弹片12以及第三弹片13。外套管1大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其内壁由导电材料制成。
如图7并参阅图3、图6所示,支架2上包括支架主体21、电池安装槽22、第一弹片安装槽23、第二弹片安装槽24、卡扣25以及容纳槽26。主体21大致为圆柱状结构,其外形尺寸与外套管1的中空结构相适配。电池安装槽22为一侧开口的结构,其大致设置在支架主体21的中间位置,电池3可拆卸地安装在该电池安装槽22内。第一弹片安装槽23设置在支架主体21上并位于电池安装槽22端部的一侧,第一弹片11可拆卸地安装在该第一弹片安装槽23中。第二弹片安装槽24设置在支架主体21上并位于电池安装槽22另一端部的一侧,即第二弹片安装槽24与第一弹片安装槽23隔着电池安装槽22相对设置,第二弹片12可拆卸地安装在该第二弹片安装槽24中。卡扣25设置在支架主体21的端部并靠近第二弹片安装槽24,第三弹片13通过该卡扣25扣合连接在支架主体21的端部。为了提高第三弹片13与支架主体21的端部扣合连接的牢固性,该卡扣25可以设置为多个。本实施例中,卡扣25设置有三个。容纳槽26大致沿支架主体21的轴向设置在支架主体21的侧面上,连接线8安装在该容纳槽26中。
如图2所示,电池3包括第一电极31以及第二电极32。第一电极31与第二电极32相对设置。该电池3可以采用常见的干电池。本实施例中,第一电极31为电池3的正极,第二电极32为电池3的负极。在本发明的其它实施例中,第一电极31亦可以为电池3的负极,第二电极32亦可以为电池3的正极。
如图1所示,控制模块4包括第一电极端子41、第二电极端子42以及第三电极端子43。控制模块4可拆卸地安装在支架主体21上并与第二弹片安装槽24相邻。本实施例中,第一电极端子41与第二电极端子42作为控制模块4的输入端,即电池3可通过第一电极端子41与第二电极端子42对控制模块4实现供电;第三电极端子43作为控制模块4的控制信号的输出端。其中,第一电极端子41与第一电极31实现电连接,第二电极端子42与第二电极32、第一电极连接件5均实现电连接,第三电极端子43与第二电极连接件6实现电连接。如图11所示,第二电极端子42靠近电池3的一端设置有呈凸起状的端子抵持部421,该端子抵持部421与外套管1的内壁相互抵持。
如图1、图4所示,第一电极连接件5、第二电极连接件6以及绝缘环7安装在外套管1的一端。第一电极连接件5与外套管1的内壁相互抵持。第一电极连接件5、第二电极连接件6分别与雾化器组件(未图示)的两个电极(未图示)连接,用于给雾化器组件提供工作时所需的电源。绝缘环7安装在第一电极连接件5与第二电极连接件6之间并用于实现电气隔离。
如图3所示,连接线8的一端与第三电极端子43电连接,连接线8的另一端与第三弹片13电连接。采用连接线8的结构,从而实现第三电极端子43与第三弹片13之间的电连接。该连接线8的结构可根据第三电极端子43以及第三弹片13的位置关系进行设计,能够牢固地实现第三电极端子43与第三弹片13之间的电连接即可。
如图1所示,安装座9安装在支架主体21上。第一电极端子41、第二电极端子42,以及第三电极端子43分别安装在安装座9上。采用安装座9的结构,能够较好地使第一电极端子41、第二电极端子42,以及第三电极端子保持电气隔离。
如图1所示,灯头组件10安装在外套管1上远离第一电极连接件5的一端。该灯头组件10与控制模块4电连接。当电子烟处于工作状态时,控制模块4驱动灯头组件10工作以指示电子烟处于工作状态。灯头组件10的外壳(未图示)采用软胶材料制成,其安装在外套管1上较为简便且密封性能好。
如图8所示,第一弹片11包括第一固定部111以及第一弹性部112。第一固定部111大致为片状结构,其安装在第一弹片安装槽23中并与第一电极端子41相互抵持。第一弹性部112设置在第一固定部111上并呈凸起状,其具有较好的弹性,该第一弹性部112置于电池安装槽22中并与第一电极31弹性抵接。本实施例中,采用第一弹片11的结构,能够实现第一电极端子41与第一电极31之间的电连接,并可牢固地将电池3弹性抵接在电池安装槽22中。
如图9所示,第二弹片12包括第二固定部121、第二弹性部122以及弹片抵持部123。第二固定部121大致为片状结构,其安装在第二弹片安装槽24中。第二弹性部122与弹片抵持部123分别设置在第一固定部111上并呈凸起状。该实施例中,第二弹性部122与弹片抵持部123朝同一侧凸起,均具有较好的弹性。第二弹性部122置于电池安装槽22中并与第二电极32弹性抵接。弹片抵持部123与外套管1的内壁相互抵持。由于外套管1的内壁由导电材料制成,且端子抵持部421、第一电极连接件5均与外套管1的内壁相互抵持,本实施例中,采用第二弹片12的结构,能够实现第二电极端子42与第二电极32之间的电连接,并可牢固地将电池3弹性抵接在电池安装槽22中。
如图10所示,第三弹片13包括第三固定部131、第三弹性部132以及卡槽133。第三固定部131大致为片状结构。第三弹性部132设置在第三固定部131上并呈凸起状,其具有较好的弹性,该第三弹性部132与第二电极连接件6弹性抵接。卡扣25的数量与卡槽133的数量相同,其设置在第三固定部131上。卡槽133与卡扣25相互扣合连接,从而将第三弹片13稳固地安装在支架主体21上。在本发明的另一实施例中,第三固定部131上设置有卡扣的结构,支架主体21的一端部设置有卡槽的结构。由于连接线8实现了第三电极端子43与第三弹片13之间的电连接,本实施例中,通过第三弹片13的结构,能够实现第三电极端子43与第二电极连接件6之间的电连接,同时,由于第三弹片13安装在支架主体21的端部位置,使得所述支架主体21能够紧密地安装在外套管1内,而不容易产生松动。
如图2至图6所示,组装时,首先将第一电极连接件5、第二电极连接件6以及绝缘环7分别安装在外套管1的一端;其次将控制模块4、安装座9、第一弹片11、第二弹片12以及第三弹片13安装在支架2上相应的位置;再将电池3安装在电池安装槽22中并弹性抵接在第一弹片11与第二弹片12之间;最后将支架2推入外套管1中并将灯头组件10扣接在外套管1的端部。
本发明的另一较佳实施例提供一种电子烟,其与上述实施例的不同之处在于外套管1的结构。本实施例中,外套管1包括雾化套管(未图示)以及可拆卸地连接在雾化套管上的电池套管(未图示)。雾化器组件安装在雾化套管内。支架2、电池3、控制模块4、第一电极连接件5以及第二电极连接件6均安装在电池套管内。该实施例中,第一电极连接件5采用内螺纹件的结构,其可拆卸地安装在雾化器组件上。在本发明的其它实施例中,第一电极连接件5亦可以采用外螺纹件的结构。所述电子烟采用支架2的结构,能够将电池3与控制模块4可拆卸地安装在外套管1中,更换电池3时操作简便,且利于自动化的装配生产;其次,所述电子烟采用第一弹片11与第二弹片12分别与电池的第一电极31与第二电极32弹性抵接的结构,使得电池3安装在支架2中更加牢固可靠,且拆卸电池3时操作更加简便;再者,所述电子烟采用第三弹片13的结构,使得所述支架2能够紧密地安装在外套管1中而不容易产生松动。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括外套管(1)、安装在所述外套管(1)内的电池(3)以及用于控制所述电子烟工作的控制模块(4);其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括可拆卸地安装在所述外套管(1)内的支架(2);所述电池(3)、所述控制模块(4)均安装在所述支架(2)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管(1)一端的第一电极连接件(5)与第二电极连接件(6);所述电池包括相对设置的第一电极(31)以及第二电极(32);
    所述控制模块(4)包括与所述第一电极(31)实现电连接的第一电极端子(41)、与所述第二电极(32)和第一电极连接件(5)均实现电连接的第二电极端子(42),以及与所述第二电极连接件(6)实现电连接的第三电极端子(43)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括安装座(9);所述第一电极端子(41)、第二电极端子(42),以及第三电极端子(43)分别安装在所述安装座(9)上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述支架(2)包括支架主体(21),以及设置在所述支架主体(21)上与所述电池(3)相适配的电池安装槽(22);所述电池(3)可拆卸地安装在所述电池安装槽(22)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括连接所述第一电极(31)与所述第一电极端子(41)的第一弹片(11);所述第一弹片(11)包括第一固定部(111),以及设置在所述第一固定部(111)上呈凸起状的第一弹性部(112);
    所述第一固定部(111)安装在所述支架主体(21)上并与所述第一电极端子(41)相互抵持,所述第一弹性部(112)置于所述电池安装槽(22)中并与所述第一电极(31)弹性抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述支架(2)还包括设置在所述支架主体(21)靠近所述第一电极(31)一端的第一弹片安装槽(23);所述第一固定部(111)安装在所述第一弹片安装槽(23)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括连接所述第二电极(32)与所述第二电极端子(42)的第二弹片(12);
    所述第二弹片(12)包括第二固定部(121),以及设置在所述第二固定部(121)上呈凸起状的第二弹性部(122)与弹片抵持部(123);所述第二电极端子(42)靠近所述电池(3)的一端设置有呈凸起状的端子抵持部(421);
    所述第二弹性部(122)置于所述电池安装槽(22)中并与所述第二电极(32)弹性抵接;所述弹片抵持部(123)、所述端子抵持部(421),以及所述第一电极连接件(5)均与所述外套管(1)的内壁相互抵持。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述支架(2)还包括设置在所述支架主体(21)靠近所述第二电极(32)的第二弹片安装槽(24);所述第二固定部(121)安装在所述第二弹片安装槽(24)中。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括连接所述第二电极连接件(6)与所述第三电极端子(43)的第三弹片(13);
    所述第三弹片(13)包括与所述第三电极端子(43)电连接的第三固定部(131)、设置在所述第三固定部(131)上并呈凸起状的第三弹性部(132);
    所述支架主体(21)靠近所述第二电极(32)的端部与所述第三固定部(131)相互扣合连接;所述第三弹性部(132)与所述第二电极连接件(6)弹性抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括连接线(8);所述连接线(8)的一端与所述第三电极端子(43)电连接,所述连接线(8)的另一端与所述第三固定部(131)电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述支架(2)还包括设置在所述支架主体(21)的端部并靠近所述第二弹片安装槽(24)的卡扣(25);所述第三固定部(131)上设置有与所述卡扣(25)相互扣合连接的卡槽(133)。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述支架(2)还包括设置在所述支架主体(21)的端部并靠近所述第二弹片安装槽(24)的卡槽;所述第三固定部(131)上设置有与所述卡槽相互扣合连接的卡扣。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括安装在所述第一电极连接件(5)与第二电极连接件(6)之间并用于实现电气隔离的绝缘环(7)。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括灯头组件(10);所述灯头组件(10)安装在所述外套管(1)上远离所述第一电极连接件(5)的一端。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述灯头组件(10)的外壳采用软胶材料制成。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)包括雾化套管以及可拆卸地连接在所述雾化套管上的电池套管;所述电子烟的雾化器组件安装在所述雾化套管内;所述支架(2)、电池(3)、控制模块(4)均安装在所述电池套管内。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池(3)、所述控制模块(4)均可拆卸地安装在所述支架(2)上。
