- Stage 1 During the execution, for example, of a purchase, in order to activate a discount or directly pay, it becomes necessary to identify the customer. Instead of various cards, for example, with microchips, the identified client uses its client device, mainly a cell phone such as a smartphone. Through a combined network, a client device is connected to a remote server of the first authentication level containing the first user identification module and the database of the first authentication level. The most logical example of such The action serves as the client’s entrance to his social network, activation of a special button inside this social network, which provides a simple and quick way to connect to the database of the first level of identification.

- a client device Through a combined network, a client device is connected to a remote server of the first authentication level containing the first user identification module and the database of the first authentication level.
- the action serves as the client’s entrance to his social network, activation of a special button inside this social network, which provides a simple and quick way
- the client device of the identified client displays some information, mainly a QR code or a bar code that contains the necessary information about the client, for example, the accumulated bonus account, the balance in the payment system, the amount of personal discounts and general identification data, e.g. full name and photo.
- some information mainly a QR code or a bar code that contains the necessary information about the client, for example, the accumulated bonus account, the balance in the payment system, the amount of personal discounts and general identification data, e.g. full name and photo.
- Step 3 The client device of the identifying client, mainly a cell phone such as a smartphone, photographs or scans information displayed on the screen of the identifiable client using standard telephone tools, mainly a QR code or barcode.
- Step 4 The client device of the identifying client is connected through an interconnected network with the same remote server of the first authentication level, containing the first user identification module and the database of the first authentication level. This can be done predominantly by entering the same social network, and at the same time, it will be checked against the accuracy of the information read in stage 3. That is, if the same information is contained in the database of the first level of identification, then a decision is made about the positive stage of identification of the person at the first level. This step is sufficient in cases where, for example, it is necessary to provide an identifiable customer with a discount. In case you need to accept payment from him through a remote server, you need to identify the client himself, and not just his device. For this, the next step exists.
- Step 5 The client device of the identifying client scans the biometric data of the identifiable client, for example, the iris of the eyes or fingerprints (individual drawing of the palm lines) using a high-resolution scanner.
- Step 6 The client device of the identifying client is connected via an integrated network to a remote server of the second authentication level, containing a second user identification module and a biometric database.
- Step 7 The remote server of the second level of identification, through the module for converting the biometric data of the identifiable client into a digital code, converts the received data into the corresponding code and compares it with the corresponding data in the biometric data database by means of a module for comparing digital codes available in the database of biometric data with identifiable digital codes.
- Step 8 If the codes match in step 7, a decision is made on the positive identification of the client, and if it does not match, a ban is formed on any operations with the client.
- the proposed device for identifying a person has a clear purpose, can be carried out by a specialist in practice, and when implemented, ensures the implementation of the declared purpose.
- the possibility of being implemented by a specialist in practice follows from the fact that for each feature included in the claims on the basis of the description, the material equivalent is known, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "industrial applicability" for inventions is met.
- the social network uses the social network as a remote server of the first level of identification containing the first user identification module and a database of the first level of identification connected to it, while all client devices are easily connected to it;
- the identifying client photographs the image — the QR code — from the screen of the client device of the identifiable client and through the remote server of the first level of identification receives information about the personal data of the identifiable client;
- a special high-resolution scanner scanned the iris of an identifiable client, the image was transferred to a special server of the second identification level, simulating a banking system, containing a second user identification module and a database of biometric data connected to it, into which the image of the rainbow was converted into a numerical code shells of an identifiable client's eye.
- the transmitted image of the iris was encoded in a similar manner.
- the server is adapted to receive biometric data of the second identification level from the high-resolution scanner of the client device of the identifying client, and the server additionally contains a second module for identifying the identifiable client by biometric data and a second level biometric database connected to it identification and achieved the claimed technical result, namely: improving the accuracy of identification.
- this invention be widely used both for identification with a mobile phone, and for payments, bonuses, discounts and so on.
