Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition adhésive à deux parties hybride acrylique-époxy pour collage structural métal à métal tel que collage de bord rabattu de fermeture dans une chaîne automobile. La nouvelle composition offre plusieurs bénéfices de performance par rapport aux compositions adhésives actuelles disponibles dans le commerce en ce qu'elle est pré-durcissable par induction. La nouvelle composition a une résistance statique et dynamique élevée après passage du four à enduire de type E sur des surfaces de métal huileuses avec mode de rupture réduite et confère une adhérence sans bulles à des aciers revêtus électrogalvanisés. La nouvelle composition a aussi de bonnes valeurs de résistance initiale si elle est durcie à des températures ambiantes uniquement.
