电子烟及其电池杆
本申请要求于 2013 年 11 月 18 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320729011.4、发明名称为 "电子烟及其电池杆"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟配件技术领域,特别涉及一种电池杆。本发明还涉及一 种应用该电池 4干的电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品, 电池杆作为主要的结构组 件,对电子烟的整体工作效果起到了至关重要的作用。 而随着生产和使用需求 的不断提高, 人们对电池杆的性能也提出了更高的要求。
目前现有的电子烟, 其电池杆的主体组件外部会套设有保护套, 以避免电 池杆的各主要组件受到外界环境影响, 通常情况下, 该电池杆保护套的材质为 铜、 铁或钢等硬质材料, 虽然能够满足基本的电子烟结构装配和使用需要, 但 由于其材质较硬, 触感较为生硬, 无法模拟出真烟的柔软手感, 其重量较重, 严重影响了用户的使用感受。 此外,插置于所述电池杆保护套一端的用于与雾 化器连接的连接件在与雾化器解除连接过程中容易脱落。
因此,如何提高电子烟的手感和使用感受以及避免所述连接件容易脱落的 问题是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电池杆,该电池杆能够提高电子烟的手感和使用 感受。 本发明的另一目的是提供一种应用上述电池杆的电子烟。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种电池杆, 用于与雾化器组合形成电 子烟, 包括电池套及套设在所述电池套一端内的用于与雾化器连的连接件, 所 述电池套包括自内而外同轴套装的内保护套和外保护套,所述内保护套和所述 外保护套均为非金属材料制件,所述内保护套的一端外侧与所述连接件位置相 对应处套设有用于卡紧所述连接件的紧固环,所述外保护套与所述紧固环同轴 设置,且所述外保护套与所述紧固环沿所述电池套的轴向错开设置, 所述外保 护套的一端端面与所述紧固环的一端端面位置相对。
优选地, 所述外保护套的外周面与所述紧固环的外周面间相互平齐。 优选地, 所述外保护套的外周面以及所述紧固环的外周面上套设有包覆 层。
优选地, 所述包覆层为贴纸。
优选地, 所述内保护套和所述外保护套均为硬度小于铜的非金属材料制 件。
优选地, 所述电池套为塑胶制件、 橡胶制件、 纸质件中的任一种。
优选地, 所述紧固环为金属材料制件。
优选地, 所述紧固环由铜、 铁或钢中的一种材料制成。
本发明还提供一种电子烟, 包括相互连接的电池杆和雾化器, 所述电池杆 具体为如上述任一项所述的电池杆。
优选地, 所述雾化器的装配端设置有卡扣, 所述电池杆的装配端设置有与 所述卡扣相适配的定位槽和弹片。
相对上述背景技术,本发明所提供的电池杆及其与雾化器组合形成的电子 烟, 结构稳固可靠, 不仅避免了连接件脱落, 而且该种采用非金属材料制成的 电池套, 其手感较为柔软舒适, 重量轻, 能够较好地模拟出真烟的手感, 大大 提高了电子烟的整体仿真度, 并显著优化了用户的使用感受。 此外, 由于所述 外保护套与紧固环同轴设置并分别位于所述电池套轴向的不同位置,所述外保 护套的一端端面与所述紧固环的一端端面位置相对,因而可避免包覆于所述外 保护套以及所述紧固环上的相关包覆结构因外力而破损,提高了电子烟的使用 寿命。
在本发明的另一优选方案中,所述外保护套的外周面与所述紧固环的外周 面间相互平齐。该种外保护套的外周面与紧固环的外周面间相互平齐的结构能 够进一步优化电子烟的外部结构,避免电池杆的外表面凹凸不平,从而使得用 户的使用感受得以进一步提高,同时避免包覆于所述外保护套和所述紧固环上 的相关结构因外力而产生破损,以及避免使用者在使用过程中被所述紧固环刮 伤, 此外, 上述结构可使放置在一起的电子烟之间外壁面紧密贴合, 防止在运 输过程中或放置在使用者口袋时, 因震荡而产生的电子烟之间相互刮伤、 电子 零部件脱落及雾化器漏油的现象。

本发明的核心是提供一种电池杆,该电池杆能够提高电子烟的手感和使用 感受; 同时, 提供一种应用上述电池杆的电子烟。

进一步地, 外保护套 113的外周面与紧固环 18的外周面间相互平齐。 该 种外保护套 113的外周面与紧固环 18的外周面间相互平齐的结构能够进一步 优化电子烟的外部结构, 避免电池杆的外表面凹凸不平, 从而使得用户的使用 感受得以进一步提高, 同时避免包覆于外保护套 113和紧固环 18上的相关结 构因外力而产生破损,以及避免使用者在使用过程中被所述紧固环刮伤,此夕卜, 上述结构可使放置在一起的电子烟之间外壁面紧密贴合,防止在运输过程中或 放置在使用者口袋时, 因震荡而产生的电子烟之间相互刮伤、 电子零部件脱落 及雾化器漏油的现象。
具体地, 外保护套 113的外周面以及紧固环 18的外周面上套设有包覆层 111。 该包覆层 111能够进一步保证电池套 11和连接件 16间装配结构的外周 面平整性, 从而使得电子烟的整体外部结构得以进一步优化。
更具体地, 包覆层 111为贴纸。该种贴纸的采购成本较低,市场供应量大, 且其粘接固定效果较好,能够在满足所述电子烟的装配需求的同时有效降低其 生产成本。 通过包覆所述贴纸, 因而使所述电池杆组装形成的电子更像真烟, 提高了用户体验。
另一方面, 内保护套 112和外保护套 113均为硬度小于铜的非金属材料制 件。 该种硬度较小的软性材质制件能够使得电子烟的整体手感得以进一步优 化, 并使得用户的使用感受更好。
另外, 电池套 11为塑胶制件、 橡胶制件、 纸质件中的任一种。 当然, 该 电池套 11并不局限于上文所述的塑胶制件、 橡胶制件、 纸质件, 只要是能够 满足所述电子烟的实际使用需要均可。
进一步地, 所述紧固环 18为由铜、 铁或钢等材料制成的金属材料制件, 其结构强度及韧性比非金属材料的结构强度强及韧性好,因而可保证在组装时 所述紧固环 18不容易撕裂。 因此, 由金属材料制成的所述紧固环 18与由非金 属材料制成的电池套 11两者的配合可实现电池杆结构稳固可靠,产品良率高, 整体重量轻, 更接近真烟等优点。
在具体实施方式中, 本发明所提供的电子烟, 包括相互连接的电池杆和雾 化器, 所述电池杆具体为如上文各实施例所述的电池杆。 所述电子烟的手感及 其用户使用感受较好。
请同时参考图 1、 图 2和图 3 , 图 3为本发明一种具体实施方式所提供的 电子烟的第一种结构在雾化器和电池杆未连接时的结构示意图。
雾化器 32的装配端设置有卡扣 21 , 电池杆 31的装配端设置有与卡扣 21 相适配的定位槽(图中未示出)和延伸至所述定位槽内的弹片 22。 使用过程 中, 将雾化器 32的装配端插入电池杆 31的装配端, 以使卡扣 21与所述定位 槽相卡接, 同时弹片 22将卡扣 21 与所述定位槽卡紧固定, 从而使得电池杆 31与雾化器 32间的装配结构更加稳定可靠。
请参考图 4, 图 4为本发明一种具体实施方式所提供的电子烟的第二种结 构在雾化器和电池杆未连接时的结构示意图。
雾化器 32的装配端设置有外螺纹件 23 , 电池杆 31的装配端设置有与外 螺纹件 23螺纹配合的内螺纹件 (图中未示出)。 该种螺纹配合的装配结构较为 简单可靠, 且其装配过程简便易行。
此外, 所述雾化器与所述电池杆间可通过磁铁装置相吸合, 实现两者之间 的连接。 当然, 所述雾化器与所述电池杆间的装配形式并不局限于上文所述的 卡接配合、 螺纹配合、 磁力吸合, 只要是能够满足所述电子烟的实际使用需要 均可。
综上可知, 本发明中提供的电池杆及其与雾化器组合形成的电子烟, 不仅 避免了连接件脱落, 而且该种采用非金属材料制成的电池套, 其手感较为柔软 舒适, 能够较好地模拟出真烟的手感, 大大提高了电子烟的整体仿真度, 并显 著优化了用户的使用感受。 此外, 由于所述外保护套与紧固环同轴设置并分别 位于所述电池套轴向的不同位置,所述外保护套的一端端面与所述紧固环的一 端端面位置相对,因而可避免包覆于所述外保护套以及所述紧固环上的相关包 覆结构因外力而破损, 提高了电子烟的使用寿命。
此外, 本发明所提供的应用上述电池杆的电子烟, 其手感及其用户使用感 受较好。
以上对本发明所提供的电池杆以及应用该电池杆的电子烟进行了详细介
例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出, 对于本技 术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明 进行若干改进和修饰, 这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims
1、 一种电池杆, 用于与雾化器组合形成电子烟, 包括电池套及套设在所 述电池套一端内的用于与雾化器连的连接件, 其特征在于: 所述电池套包括自 内而外同轴套装的内保护套和外保护套,所述内保护套和所述外保护套均为非 金属材料制件,所述内保护套的一端外侧与所述连接件位置相对应处套设有用 于卡紧所述连接件的紧固环, 所述外保护套与所述紧固环同轴设置,且所述外 保护套与所述紧固环沿所述电池套的轴向错开设置,所述外保护套的一端端面 与所述紧固环的一端端面位置相对。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于 : 所述外保护套的外周面与 所述紧固环的外周面间相互平齐。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于 : 所述外保护套的外周面以 及所述紧固环的外周面上套设有包覆层。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的电池杆, 其特征在于 : 所述包覆层为贴纸。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于 : 所述内保护套和所述外保 护套均为硬度小于铜的非金属材料制件。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于 : 所述电池套为塑胶制件、 橡胶制件、 纸质件中的任一种。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于 : 所述紧固环为金属材料制 件。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电池杆, 其特征在于 : 所述紧固环由铜、 铁或钢 中的一种材料制成。
9、 一种电子烟, 包括相互连接的电池杆和雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述电 池杆具体为如权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述的电池杆。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的电池杆, 其特征在于: 所述雾化器的装配端设置 有卡扣, 所述电池杆的装配端设置有与所述卡扣相适配的定位槽和弹片。
