Erfindungsgemäß werden diese Schneidklemmen nun jedoch zur Übertragung eines vergleichsweise großen elektrischen Stromes eingesetzt, mit dessen Hilfe die in der Schlauchleitung stehende Flüssigkeit schnell und sicher aufgetaut werden soll. Durch den Einsatz der Schneidklemmen kann die elektrische Kontaktierung des Widerstandsheizdrahtes sehr einfach erfolgen. Beim Eindrücken der Endbereiche des Widerstandsheizdrahtes in die Schneidklemmen wird an den Kontaktstellen von den Schneidklemmen die elektrisch isolierende Ummantelung des Widerstandsheizdrahtes bewusst beschädigt und damit entfernt. Aufgrund der Anpresskraft des Widerstandsheizdrahtes in der Schneidklemme wird ein sicherer elektrischer Kontakt hergestellt. Gleichzeitig mit der Montage des Widerstandsheizdrahtes in den Schneidklemmen erfolgt also eine lokale Entfernung der isolierenden Ummantelung des Widerstandsheizdrahtes und somit kann in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang sowohl die mechanische Verbindung des Widerstandsheizdrahtes mit der elektrischen Kontaktstelle als auch die Herstellung der elektrischen Verbindung mit der Kontaktstelle erfolgen.
