Abstract

L'invention concerne un panneau structurel modulaire constitué de plaques monolithiques entre lesquelles se trouve un noyau de structure alvéolaire de type nid d'abeille. Les plaques monolithiques sont fabriquées en un matériau cimentaire qui comprend des particules plastiques et une maille ou treillis tendu. Le noyau est fabriqué en matière cellulosique, de type végétale. Les éléments sont reliés entre eux au moyen d'un adhésif ignifuge. La composition des plaques renferme du microciment, de l'argile, du quartz, de la fumée de silice, de la fibre de verre, de la résine époxy, de la fibre de carbone et de l'eau. Le noyau est traité simultanément avec des résines hydrofuges et ignifuges. L'agent adhérent peut comprendre de la résine époxy, un additif durcisseur, de la poudre de silicate et des additifs anti ultraviolets, antirétraction et ignifuges. La fabrication se réalise dans un moule. Les panneaux sont reliés entre eux au moyen d'éléments de connexion fabriqués avec le même matériau que les plaques.
