第二IMSI匹配判断模块,用于判断所读取的第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI是否一致,并根据判断结果执行预定操作;以及
IMSI列表匹配判断模块,用于将所述第一IMSI与手机中预先存储的IMSI列表进行匹配,当匹配成功时,所述手机进入所述IMSI列表中匹配成功的IMSI所对应的用户模式。
一种存储介质,其内存储有处理器可执行指令,其中所述处理器可执行指令用于让处理器完成以下操作:
当手机开机时,读取当前插入所述手机中的第一SIM卡的第一IMSI;
判断所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI是否一致;
若所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI一致,则所述手机启动并进入所述第二IMSI对应的用户模式;
若所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI不一致,则将所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的IMSI列表进行匹配;以及
当匹配成功时,所述手机进入所述IMSI列表中匹配成功的IMSI所对应的用户模式。
有益效果
本发明提供一种通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法及系统,通过设置SIM卡的IMSI与用户模式对应,并设置两次对新插入SIM卡的判断过程,实现了用户插入不同的SIM卡,无需手动选择,手机能够自动进入不同的用户模式,且两次判断过程保证了快速高效地完成识别IMSI并自动切换用户模式的过程,提高了手机的产品体验度。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明提供一种通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法及系统,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

当前手机插入任何满足网络制式要求(如GSM900/1800)的SIM卡,开机后所进入的模式都是同一个。 而IMSI即国际移动用户识别码(IMSI:International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number)是区别移动用户的标志,储存在SIM卡中,可用于区别移动用户的有效信息。且IMSI是唯一的,即IMSI与手机号码是绑定关系,定义在SIM卡手机签约的服务商(如中国移动)所设立、维护的服务器HLR(归属位置寄存器)中。一张SIM卡对应一个IMSI码,具有唯一性。本发明结合具有多种用户模式的移动终端设备,通过终端识别不同的IMSI码,进入不同的用户模式。实现一机多用户的使用。
如图1所示的一种通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
S100、当手机开机时,读取当前插入所述手机中的第一SIM卡的第一IMSI。
手机每次插入SIM卡开机,终端通过读取的动作获得当前SIM卡中存储IMSI的EFimsi文件获得所插入SIM卡的第一IMSI。

S200、判断所读取的所述第一IMSI与手机中预先存储的第二IMSI是否一致,若一致,手机启动并进入所述第二IMSI对应的用户模式,若不一致,则执行步骤S300;
其中,所述手机预先存储第二IMSI具体为:所述手机在上一次关机时,自动记录关机时所用第二SIM卡的第二IMSI及第二IMSI所对应的用户模式信息,并将所述第二IMSI及其对应用户模式信息保存在手机存储器中。所述第二IMSI与其对应用户模式存在关联关系,此处只存储上一次关机时的IMSI,多次更换SIM卡,则只存储最后一次更换SIM卡后记录的IMSI。如果终端为双卡,上次关机时在内存空间中存储两个IMSI,终端将一一对比IMSI。通过此步骤可对用户手机前后插入同一张SIM卡的情况进行快速判定,而无需进行后续的匹配过程,实现手机用户模式的快速启动,方便了用户操作。
S300、将所述第一IMSI与手机中预先存储的IMSI列表进行匹配,当匹配成功时,所述手机进入所述IMSI列表中匹配成功的IMSI所对应的用户模式。

其中,所述手机中预先存储IMSI列表具体为:所述手机中设置一IMSI列表,接收用户输入的IMSI并将其保存到所述IMSI列表中,接收用户针对该IMSI所设定的用户模式设置,将所设置的用户模式保存在所述IMSI列表中并与相应的IMSI对应关联。进一步的,所述手机中设置一用于对IMSI列表进行用户自定义设置的模式改变菜单,所述模式改变菜单设置有登录权限,接收用户输入的控制码并进行验证,若验证通过,进入模式改变菜单的设置界面。也就是说,手机用户可通过模式改变菜单提前自行输入用户认可的SIM卡的IMSI,例如,一用户将家人的SIM卡的IMSI输入到模式改变菜单中并保存在所述IMSI列表中。这样就保证了家人将自己的SIM卡插入到该用户的手机上时,能够通过手机验证并正常使用该手机。
较佳实施例中,所述IMSI列表如表1所示,列表中设置各IMSI与不同用户模式的对应关系。例如,表1中的IMSI 1对应关联的是基本功能+通讯功能的用户模式,用户可在此模式下拨打语音电话,视频电话,发送短信,发送彩信,而当该手机给年轻人使用时,该年轻人的SIM卡的IMSI 3 对应的模式是基本功能+娱乐功能,即用户可在该模式下玩各种游戏,打开播放器听音乐,上网刷微博等,若是学生,则家长可设置其使用的SIM卡的IMSI 2对应的模式是基本功能+学习功能,即在该模式下,该学生可使用词典,电子书或者其他用户手动安装的学习应用,而不能打开微博、游戏等娱乐功能应用。

当所述第一IMSI与手机中预先存储的IMSI列表匹配不成功时,所述手机进入模式改变菜单控制码输入界面,接收用户输入的控制码并进行验证,若验证通过,进入模式改变菜单的设置界面将所述第一IMSI添加至所述IMSI列表,接收并保存用户针对所述第一IMSI对应的用户模式的设置。
手机接收新的IMSI有两种途径,一是通过如上所述的手机用户提前通过进入模式改变菜单输入并保存新的SIM卡的IMSI,保证该SIM卡在插入手机后能够通过验证,二是在新SIM卡插入手机后,在进行IMSI与预先存储的IMSI列表匹配不成功后,手机自动切换到式改变菜单登陆界面,若用户输入正确的控制码验证成功后,手机认为该新的IMSI是手机用户允许使用的,手机会自动将该新IMSI添加到IMSI列表中,并进入用户模式编辑模式,允许用户设置该新IMSI所要对应关联的用户模式,在用户设置完毕后,手机接收该设置信息并将其保存在IMSI列表中
较佳的是,所述第一IMSI添加至所述IMSI列表,接收并保存用户针对所述第一IMSI对应的用户模式的设置之后,手机进入所设置的对应所述第一IMSI的用户模式。即在完成了对新的IMSI及其对应的用户模式的保存后,手机自动进入该新的IMSI所对应的用户模式,方便用户,而无需在退出模式改变菜单后进行手动切换。
较佳实施例中,当所述第一IMSI与手机中预先存储的IMSI列表匹配不成功且接收用户输入的控制码验证未通过时,所述手机进入只具有拨打紧急电话功能的普通模式。在两次验证均为通过的情况下,可确定该用户非手机用户本人,所以,为保护手机主人的隐私,防止手机信息被窥伺,手机此时会自动切换到普通模式,在模式下,手机只具有拨打紧急电话的功能。保证该用户能够使用此手机通话,但不能查看手机存储的信息。
所述控制码验证信息保存在所述模式改变菜单中,所述模式改变菜单的数据信息存储在所述手机存储器中。所述模式改变菜单的数据信息与所述第二IMSI及对应的用户模式信息可存储在所述手机存储器的同一存储空间。
如图2所示的一种利用如上所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式方法的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的系统,其中,所述通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的系统包括:
第一IMSI读取模块100,用于读取当前插入所述手机中的第一SIM卡的第一IMSI;
与第二IMSI匹配判断模块200,用于判断所读取的第一IMSI与手机中预先存储的第二IMSI是否一致,并根据判断结果执行预定操作;
与IMSI列表匹配判断模块300,用于将所述第一IMSI与手机中预先存储的IMSI列表进行匹配,当匹配成功时,所述手机进入所述IMSI列表中匹配成功的IMSI所对应的用户模式。
如图3所示的是本发明通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式较佳实施例的方法流程图。
S1,终端插入SIM卡开机。手机开始初始化。
S2,终端从SIM卡读取IMSI。手机终端从SIM卡中读取其存储EFimsi文件,从而获取IMSI。
S3,IMSI与上次关机存储IMSI是否一致。手机终端调取上次关机时存储IMSI,即上次关机时手机中SIM卡的IMSI,将其与所获取的IMSI进行比对,若是一致的,执行步骤S6,进入相应的用户模式。即手机进入与上次关机时一样的用户模式,手机中在存储上次关机时IMSI的同时也会记录其所关联的用户模式,因此,当验证当前SIM卡的IMSI与上次IMSI一致时,直接进入上次关机时的用户模式即可。之后步骤S12,结束。
若上次关机时手机中SIM卡的IMSI与所取的IMSI进行比对不一致时,执行步骤S4,逐个判断与存储的IMSI是否相同。手机接着会进入第二次匹配,与手机预先存储的IMSI列表中的IMSI进行匹配,若匹配成功,执行步骤S5,选择对应的模式。在与IMSI列表中的IMSI匹配成功,说明了所获取的IMSI是该手机之前使用的或者是手机用户提前输入确认的SIM卡,所以直接进入所述模式改变菜单,用户可进行自定义设置,为所获取的IMSI设置用户模式,由于所获取的IMSI在IMSI列表中已存在过,所以用户也可选择所获取的IMSI所默认对应的用户模式。在用户确认了对应的模式后,执行步骤S6,进入相应的用户模式,之后S12,结束。
若所获取的IMSI与手机预先存储的IMSI列表中的IMSI进行匹配不成功时,执行步骤S7,用户输入控制码。及步骤S8,判断与系统所设置的控制码是否一致。在两次匹配均不成的情况下,手机会认为该SIM卡为终端用户需要使用的新卡或者该SIM卡为另一用户使用的新卡,且之前未在此终端上使用过。在以上情景下,终端提供用户输入鉴权方式界面给用户输入控制码界面用于判断用户是否为终端用户本人。当用户输入的控制码与终端所设置的控制码(较佳的是,此控制码可通过在合法途径下如购买设备时获得)一致时,执行步骤S9,进入添加IMSI界面。即终端进入模式改变菜单。之后执行步骤S10,用户输入IMSI并设定相应的用户模式。在用户自定义IMSI界面,用户添加当前SIM卡的IMSI码并设置相应的模式。在完成后执行步骤S6,终端直接进入用户所保存的模式。当用户输入的控制码与终端所设置的控制码不一致时,执行步骤S11,终端则进入普通模式。在该普通模式下,手机功能受到限制,当前新插入的SIM卡用户只能进行拨打紧急电话,之后流程结束。
本发明实施例提供的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的系统形成于一终端,所述终端譬如为计算机、平板电脑、手机等等,所述通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的系统与上文实施例中的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法属于同一构思,在所述通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的系统上可以运行所述通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法实施例中提供的任一方法,其具体实现过程详见所述通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法实施例,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,对本发明实施例的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法而言,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现本发明实施例的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来控制相关的硬件来完成,所述计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,如存储在终端的存储器中,并被该终端内的至少一个处理器执行,在执行过程中可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(ROM)或随机存储记忆体(RAM)等。
对本发明实施例的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的系统而言,其各功能模块可以集成在一个处理芯片中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中,所述存储介质譬如为只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
本发明提供的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法及系统,通过设置SIM卡的IMSI与用户模式对应,并设置两次对新插入SIM卡的判断过程,实现了用户插入不同的SIM卡,无需手动选择,手机能够自动进入不同的用户模式,且两次判断过程保证了快速高效地完成识别IMSI并自动切换用户模式的过程,提高了手机的产品体验度。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中所述通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法包括:
    预先在手机中设置一IMSI列表,接收用户输入的IMSI并将其保存到所述IMSI列表中,接收用户针对所述IMSI所设定的用户模式设置,将所设置的用户模式保存在所述IMSI列表中并与相应的IMSI对应关联;
    当手机开机时,读取当前插入所述手机中的第一SIM卡的第一IMSI;
    判断所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI是否一致;其中所述手机预先存储第二IMSI的步骤包括:所述手机在上一次关机时,自动记录关机时所用第二SIM卡的第二IMSI及其对应用户模式信息,并将所述第二IMSI及其对应用户模式信息保存在所述手机存储器中;
    若所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI一致,则所述手机启动并进入所述第二IMSI对应的用户模式;
    若所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI不一致,则将所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的IMSI列表进行匹配;以及
    当匹配成功时,所述手机进入所述IMSI列表中匹配成功的IMSI所对应的用户模式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中:
    所述手机中设置一用于对IMSI列表进行用户自定义设置的模式改变菜单,所述模式改变菜单设置有登录权限;
    接收用户输入的控制码并进行验证;以及
    若验证通过,进入模式改变菜单的设置界面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中:
    当所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的IMSI列表匹配不成功时,所述手机进入模式改变菜单控制码输入界面;
    接收用户输入的控制码并进行验证;以及
    若验证通过,进入所述模式改变菜单的设置界面将所述第一IMSI添加至所述IMSI列表,接收并保存用户针对所述第一IMSI对应的用户模式的设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中当所述第一IMSI添加至所述IMSI列表,接收并保存用户针对所述第一IMSI对应的用户模式的设置之后,所述手机进入所设置的对应所述第一IMSI的用户模式。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中当所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的IMSI列表匹配不成功且接收用户输入的控制码验证未通过时,所述手机进入只具有拨打紧急电话功能的普通模式。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中所述控制码验证信息保存在所述模式改变菜单中,所述模式改变菜单的数据信息存储在所述手机存储器中。
  7. 一种通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中所述通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法包括:
    当手机开机时,读取当前插入所述手机中的第一SIM卡的第一IMSI;
    判断所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI是否一致;
    若所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI一致,则所述手机启动并进入所述第二IMSI对应的用户模式;
    若所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI不一致,则将所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的IMSI列表进行匹配;以及
    当匹配成功时,所述手机进入所述IMSI列表中匹配成功的IMSI所对应的用户模式。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中所述手机预先存储第二IMSI的步骤,包括:
    所述手机在上一次关机时,自动记录关机时所用第二SIM卡的第二IMSI及其对应用户模式信息,并将所述第二IMSI及其对应用户模式信息保存在所述手机存储器中。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中所述手机中预先存储IMSI列表的步骤,包括:
    所述手机中设置一IMSI列表,接收用户输入的IMSI并将其保存到所述IMSI列表中,接收用户针对所述IMSI所设定的用户模式设置,将所设置的用户模式保存在所述IMSI列表中并与相应的IMSI对应关联。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中:
    所述手机中设置一用于对IMSI列表进行用户自定义设置的模式改变菜单,所述模式改变菜单设置有登录权限;
    接收用户输入的控制码并进行验证;以及
    若验证通过,进入模式改变菜单的设置界面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中:
    当所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的IMSI列表匹配不成功时,所述手机进入模式改变菜单控制码输入界面;
    接收用户输入的控制码并进行验证;以及
    若验证通过,进入所述模式改变菜单的设置界面将所述第一IMSI添加至所述IMSI列表,接收并保存用户针对所述第一IMSI对应的用户模式的设置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中当所述第一IMSI添加至所述IMSI列表,接收并保存用户针对所述第一IMSI对应的用户模式的设置之后,所述手机进入所设置的对应所述第一IMSI的用户模式。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中当所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的IMSI列表匹配不成功且接收用户输入的控制码验证未通过时,所述手机进入只具有拨打紧急电话功能的普通模式。
  14. 根据权利要求8或10所述的通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的方法,其中所述控制码验证信息保存在所述模式改变菜单中,所述模式改变菜单的数据信息存储在所述手机存储器中。
  15. 一种通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式的系统,其中所述通过识别IMSI自动切换用户模式系统包括:
    第一IMSI读取模块,用于读取当前插入所述手机中的第一SIM卡的第一IMSI;
    第二IMSI匹配判断模块,用于判断所读取的第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI是否一致,并根据判断结果执行预定操作;以及
    IMSI列表匹配判断模块,用于将所述第一IMSI与手机中预先存储的IMSI列表进行匹配,当匹配成功时,所述手机进入所述IMSI列表中匹配成功的IMSI所对应的用户模式。
  16. 一种存储介质,其内存储有处理器可执行指令,其中所述处理器可执行指令用于让处理器完成以下操作:
    当手机开机时,读取当前插入所述手机中的第一SIM卡的第一IMSI;
    判断所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI是否一致;
    若所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI一致,则所述手机启动并进入所述第二IMSI对应的用户模式;
    若所读取的所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的第二IMSI不一致,则将所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的IMSI列表进行匹配;以及
    当匹配成功时,所述手机进入所述IMSI列表中匹配成功的IMSI所对应的用户模式。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其中所述手机预先存储第二IMSI的步骤,包括:
    所述手机在上一次关机时,自动记录关机时所用第二SIM卡的第二IMSI及其对应用户模式信息,并将所述第二IMSI及其对应用户模式信息保存在所述手机存储器中。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其中所述手机中预先存储IMSI列表的步骤,包括:
    所述手机中设置一IMSI列表,接收用户输入的IMSI并将其保存到所述IMSI列表中,接收用户针对所述IMSI所设定的用户模式设置,将所设置的用户模式保存在所述IMSI列表中并与相应的IMSI对应关联。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的存储介质,其中:
    所述手机中设置一用于对IMSI列表进行用户自定义设置的模式改变菜单,所述模式改变菜单设置有登录权限;
    接收用户输入的控制码并进行验证;以及
    若验证通过,进入模式改变菜单的设置界面。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的存储介质,其中:
    当所述第一IMSI与所述手机中预先存储的IMSI列表匹配不成功时,所述手机进入模式改变菜单控制码输入界面;
    接收用户输入的控制码并进行验证;以及
    若验证通过,进入所述模式改变菜单的设置界面将所述第一IMSI添加至所述IMSI列表,接收并保存用户针对所述第一IMSI对应的用户模式的设置。
