本发明涉及生活用品领域， 更具体的说， 涉及一种饭盒。
【背景技术】
饭盒是日常生活中常用的重要餐具， 其用于携带熟食， 并在一定时间内可 以在工作地点或野外提供熟食。
根据中国人的食用习惯， 通常饭盒内会带有饭和菜， 有时候甚至还带有汤， 饭和菜同时放在饭盒内容易造成混合， 而汤一般需要另外的储存罐或其它东西 存储。 这样就造成了诸多的不便。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便， 可以分装食物的饭盒。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的： 一种饭盒， 所述饭盒内部设 置有至少一个可自由取出的用于分装饭盒内部食物的第一内胆。
优选的， 所述饭盒还设置有一个第二内胆， 所述第二内胆内设置有隔板将 其容纳腔分隔成多个子容纳腔， 所述多个子容纳腔中的一个或多个用于装载所 述第一内胆。 通过在第二内胆内设置子容纳腔以放置第一内胆， 从而可以选择 需要放置第一内胆的数量， 这样， 方便在饭盒内区分菜品、 以及米饭等。
优选的， 所述饭盒还包括一个加热装置， 所述加热装置包括一贴附在所述 第二内胆的外表面的一层用于发热的加热片。 这样可以实现对饭盒内的食物进 行加热， 并且， 加热片设置在第二内胆的外表面， 可以实现较为均匀的加热。

优选的， 所述第二内胆内部仅设置有一个隔板将第二内胆分成两个子容纳 腔， 以及所述饭盒仅设置一个第一内胆， 所述第一内胆放置在所述第二内胆的 其中一个子容纳腔中。 这样即可实现饭菜分离， 或者是饭菜与汤分离。
本发明由于在饭盒内设置可以自由取出的第一内胆， 该内胆用于分装饭盒 内的食物， 这样， 可以将饭与菜进行分装， 也可以将饭菜与汤进行分装， 食用 时， 还可以将第一内胆取出， 这样， 方便于食用， 同时， 第一内胆取出后可以 更方便于清洗。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1-2所示为本实施例提供的饭盒，所述饭盒包括外壳 400、加热装置 300、 第二内胆 200、 第一内胆 220以及饭盒盖 100。 其中， 所述第二内胆 200设置在 外壳 400内部， 而第一内胆 220设置在第二内胆 200内部， 加热装置 300则设 置在第二内胆 200底部。
第一内胆 220用于分装饭盒内部的食物， 也就是说， 饭盒内的食物可以将一 部分装到第一内胆 220中去， 比如， 饭、 菜或汤中的一种可以放到第一内胆 220 中去， 并且， 第一内胆 220可以自由的从第二内胆 200的内部取出， 这样， 方 便在使用的时候将第一内胆 220取出， 更方便使用， 特别是， 在装汤时， 喝汤 更方便； 同时， 还可以更方便的进行清洗。
本实施例中， 第二内胆 200的设置主要在于为了设置加热装置 300, 因此， 若饭盒不设置加热装置 300, 也可以不需要设置第二内胆 200。
第二内胆 200内设置有一个隔板 210将其容纳腔分隔成两个子容纳腔， 两个 子容纳腔中的一个或全部用于装载所述第一内胆 220。 这样， 方便在饭盒内区分 菜品、 以及米饭等。 当然， 第二内胆 200 内也可以设置多个隔板形成多个子容 纳腔， 并根据需要设置第一内胆的数量放置到子容纳腔中。
为了使饭盒能够随时提供热的饭菜， 本实施例同时在饭盒中设置了加热装置 300, 加热装置 300包括一贴附在所述第二内胆 200的外表面的一层用于发热的 加热片 301。 所述加热片 301设置在所述第二内胆 200的底面， 所述加热片为可 以更快的进行热传导、 加热更加均勾的金属加热片。 第二内胆 200 的底面相对 较为平整， 比较容易设置加热片以及加工加热片 301 的形状， 并且， 在底部加 热也能起到较为均匀的加热， 这样可以实现对饭盒内的食物进行加热。
如图 3所示， 并结合图 2, 所述第一内胆 220的侧壁周围设置有限位圏 221 , 所述限位圏 221为设置在所述第一内胆 220侧壁外周表面上的凸缘 221 ,所述第 一内胆 220放置在所述第二内胆 200内的子容纳腔时， 所述凸缘 221底面搭在 所述第二内胆 200的隔板 210的顶部。避免第一内胆 220直接压迫第二内胆 200 的底部， 保证了第二内胆 200的安全性。 在隔板 210的顶部设置有一凹口 211 , 与所述凸缘 221所对应， 当需要取出第一内胆 220时， 方便从凹口 211处取出 该第一内胆 220。
在本实施例中， 所述第一内胆 220设置有单独的内胆盖子 230。 这样可以避 免第一内胆 220内的食物、 汤或其它溢出到周围的饭菜中去。 如图 4所示， 内 胆盖子 230的一侧边缘设置有一月牙形凸台 231。月牙形凸台 231可以方便为打 开内胆盖子时提供施力点。

1、 一种饭盒， 其特征在于， 所述饭盒内部设置有至少一个可自由取出的用 于分装饭盒内部食物的第一内胆。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的饭盒， 其特征在于， 所述饭盒还设置有一个第二内 胆， 所述第二内胆内设置有隔板将其容纳腔分隔成多个子容纳腔， 所述多个子 容纳腔中的一个或多个用于装载所述第一内胆。
3、如权利要求 2所述的饭盒，其特征在于，所述饭盒还包括一个加热装置， 所述加热装置包括一贴附在所述第二内胆的外表面的一层用于发热的加热片。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的饭盒， 其特征在于， 所述加热片设置在所述第二内 胆的底面。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的饭盒， 其特征在于， 所述第一内胆的侧壁周围设置 有限位圏， 所述限位圏为设置在所述第一内胆侧壁外周表面上的凸缘， 所述第 一内胆放置在所述第二内胆内的子容纳腔时， 所述凸缘底面搭在所述第二内胆 的隔板的顶部。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的饭盒， 其特征在于， 所述隔板顶部设置有一凹口。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的饭盒， 其特征在于， 所述第一内胆设置有单独的内 胆盖子。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的饭盒， 其特征在于， 所述内胆盖子的一侧边缘设置 有一月牙形凸台。
9、 如权利要求 3所述的饭盒， 其特征在于， 所述加热片为金属加热片。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的饭盒， 其特征在于， 所述第二内胆内部仅设置有 一个隔板将第二内胆分成两个子容纳腔， 以及所述饭盒仅设置一个第一内胆， 所述第一内胆放置在所述第二内胆的其中一个子容纳腔中。
