Abstract
The present invention provides a digital microscope used for urine sediment detection and a method for performing image recognition by using a digital microscope. The digital microscope includes: an optical microscopic device, used to form an amplified image of a sample; an imaging device, used to collect the image formed by the optical microscopic device, and having an imaging chip, where the size of the imaging chip is between 1/4 inches and 1 inch, and has the frame rate greater than 25 frames per second; a display, used to display the image collected by the imaging device; and a controlling device, used to control the imaging device and the display, receive image data collected by the imaging device, and transmit the data to the display.
