Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de former une particule munie d'un revêtement métallique, des particules munies d'un revêtement métallique selon le procédé, et l'utilisation desdites particules munies d'un revêtement métallique. Le procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent à préparer une source de particules de base à munir d'un revêtement, à préparer une source de particules de revêtement contenant du métal, et à introduire les particules de base spécifiées à l'étape (a) et la source de particules de revêtement contenant du métal spécifiée à l'étape (b) dans un réacteur continu comprenant des moyens d'échange thermique pour mettre les particules de base en contact avec la source de particules de revêtement, et former ainsi les particules munies d'un revêtement métallique. Lesdites particules comprennent un revêtement homogène et peuvent être utilisées dans diverses applications.
