Abstract
This invention relates to a carrier system manufactured for all industries, including the healthcare industry, cosmetics industry, food industry, service industry, etc., which offers sealing between the textile product and any liquid material that will be stored or allows contamination of the textile product with the liquid and thereby provides a practical and hygienic solution for transportation of the liquid material in the textile product.
Description
SPECIFICATION
CARRIER SYSTEM FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a carrier system designed for all industries, including the healthcare industry, cosmetics industry, food industry, service industry, etc., which offers sealing between the textile product and any liquid material that will be stored or allows contamination of the textile product with the liquid and thereby provides a practical and hygienic solution for transportation of the liquid material in the textile product.
STATE OF THE ART
Today, more practical apparatus and more convenient products are designed for human use in almost all industries. A wide range of products are offered together to meet the requirements of people in all industries, particularly including the healthcare industry, cosmetics industry, food industry, and service industry.
One of the most important problems and difficulties observed in offering the products together is associated with offering a liquid, which should be kept hygienic, and a textile product used to apply this liquid. It is required that this liquid and textile product should be mixed immediately before use, so they are available in separate packages or tubes. However, this mandatory separated packaging causes an additional packaging phase at the manufacturer's side and also some difficulties at the consumer's side.
For example, in the cosmetics industry, a handkerchief or cotton sterile textile product and a make-up cleaning solution are required for removing make-up. This solution and the textile product are available in separate packages and so the consumer is exposed to an unnecessary financial loss. In addition, the user is also
required to carry the solution and the textile product in separate packages and sterilization is lost while opening/closing the caps of such packages.
For example, in general, iodize tincture and cotton are used in cases where an open wound requires quick intervention. However, iodize tincture and cotton are available in separate packages and the users are required to have both of them. In addition, they are required to keep both of them sterilized. This excludes practical use and hygiene. For example, in the service industry, fly-repellents are available in gas form in cylinders and their repellent feature is lost in a very short time since they are volatile. In case of applying it directly on the skin, again, a separate textile product (handkerchief, cotton, etc.) is available with the fly-repellent. Today, there are many other examples as above in different industries. There is no apparatus that allows the mixing of the liquid and the textile product, which will maintain its hygiene, when required.
DEFINITION OF INVENTION
This invention overcomes the disadvantages discussed in the field of invention.
This invention comprises of an upper part and a lower part. The upper part and lower part are interlocked by a clamping mechanism. This interlocking seals the liquid and textile product in the package from the external atmosphere to maintain their hygiene.
When the upper and lower parts according to this invention are locked, two separate chambers are created and this allows sealing between the textile product and the liquid. However, thanks to the ergonomic structure of the lower part, when the cap on top of the upper part is bent down, the lower part bevels out due to its ergonomic structure and a space is created between the internal chamber and external chamber and this space allows mixing of the liquid with the textile product and then pushes the textile product out to practically present it to the user.
The carrier system apparatus according to this invention allows the sterility of the textile product and the liquid to be maintained in the same package and to mix them when required and thereby it eliminates the need to carry several packages in a box to remove additional costs and allows the user to carry only a single carrier apparatus rather than multiple packages and to clean and maintain the apparatus more practically and rapidly.

This invention relates to a carrier system, wherein it comprises of an upper part (1), internal chamber (1.1), external chamber (1.2), external chamber clamp (1.3), internal chamber cover (1.4), lower cover (2), internal chamber circular projection (2.1), and external wall clamp (2.2).
The upper part (1) comprises of the internal chamber (1.1), external chamber (1.2) and external chamber clamp (1.3). The upper part (1) comprises of two cylinders (two chambers, including the internal chamber (1.1 ) and external chamber (1.2)) one within the other. The bottom and top of the internal chamber (1.1) is open. Internal chamber part (2.1); circular project of the internal chamber (2.1) bevels out due to its ergonomic structure and it is shorter than the external chamber (1.2) to create a space for the passage of the liquid. The bottom of the external chamber (1.2) is open, while its top is closed. The top of the internal chamber (1.1 ) is covered by the internal chamber cover (1.4). The internal chamber cover (1.4) is pushed by a finger to cover the top of the internal chamber (1.1).
The lower part (2) comprises of the internal chamber circular projection (2.1) and external wall clamp (2.2). The internal chamber circular projection (2.1) is ergonomic and can bevel in and out. The lower cover (2) covers the bottom of the upper part (1) by attaching the external wall clamp (2.2) to the external chamber clamp (1.3). The internal chamber circular projection (2.1) bevels up due to its ergonomic structure and covers the bottom space of the internal chamber (1.1) part to seal the internal chamber (1.1) from the external chamber (1.2).
Any liquid is put in the external chamber (1.2) of the carrier system and a textile product is put in the internal chamber (1.1). The internal chamber (1.1) is covered by the internal chamber circular projection (2.1) at the bottom and there is a
connection cover between the internal chamber (1.1) and the external chamber (1.2). The top of the internal chamber (1.1) is also covered by the internal chamber cover (1.4). When required, the internal chamber cover (1.4) is pushed by a finger to compress the textile product in the internal chamber (1.1) and to push the internal chamber circular projection (2.1) down. Since the internal chamber circular projection (2.1) bevels down to create a space between the internal chamber (1.1) and external chamber (1.2) due to its ergonomic structure this allows the release of the liquid from the external chamber (1.2) into the internal chamber (1.1) to contaminate the textile product and the textile product is pushed up from the internal chamber (1.1), thus the textile product is presented to the consumer in a practical and quick way as ready to use.
