Definitions
- the present invention relates to a carriage that supports the body of a railway vehicle.
- Patent Document 1 proposes an axle box support device, in which a carriage frame includes a lateral beam extending in the lateral direction and a pair of left and right side beams extending in the front-rear direction from both ends of the lateral beam.
- the axle box support device includes an axle spring composed of a coil spring interposed between the axle box and the side beam above the axle box.
- Patent Document 2 proposes a cart that omits the side beam portion of the cart frame.
- the bogie frame composed of side beams and side beams is manufactured by welding heavy steel materials to each other, which increases the weight of the bogie frame and increases the steel material cost and assembly cost. There is a problem of becoming.
- the horizontal beam of the bogie frame and the axle box are connected to each other by a support mechanism member so as to maintain a certain distance from each other, and the front and rear of the leaf spring are disposed at both lateral ends of the horizontal beam.
- a central portion in the direction is held and fixed, and both end portions in the front-rear direction of the leaf spring are inserted into spring receivers provided at the lower portion of the axle box.
- a rectangular cylindrical attachment portion is provided at both lateral ends of the lateral beam, and the center portion in the front-rear direction of the leaf spring is inserted into the hollow portion of the attachment portion, and the attachment portion and the leaf spring are inserted. Since the leaf springs are positioned and fixed in the gaps, the structure becomes complicated and the assembly workability is not good. Considering when the vehicle loading rate is low, the ride comfort is better when the spring constant of the leaf spring is reduced. However, when the vehicle loading rate is high, the downward load on the carriage frame is large. Therefore, in order to support it, it is desired to increase the spring constant of the leaf spring, and there is a problem that it is difficult to maintain a good riding comfort regardless of the change in the boarding rate.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a trolley having a comfortable ride even when the boarding rate changes, while improving the assembly workability by simplifying the configuration.
- a railcar bogie includes a lateral beam for supporting a railcar body, a pair of axles disposed along a vehicle width direction on both sides of the lateral beam in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, A bearing provided on both sides of the axle in the vehicle width direction, rotatably supporting the axle, a shaft box for housing the bearing, and both ends of the side wall in the vehicle width direction in a vehicle longitudinal direction. Extending, both ends of the vehicle in the longitudinal direction are provided on the leaf springs supported by the axle box, and both ends in the vehicle width direction of the lateral beam, and from above to the substantially central portion of the leaf spring in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
- a lower surface of a portion of the pressing member that presses the leaf spring, and an upper surface of a portion of the leaf spring that is pressed by the pressing member are convex downward in a side view. It has a certain arc shape, and the curvature of the lower surface of the pressing member is Greater than the curvature of the upper surface of the plate spring.
- the pressing members provided at both ends of the lateral beam in the vehicle width direction are configured to be placed from above on the center portion of the leaf spring in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and therefore, between the leaf spring and the lateral beam.
- the support structure becomes simple and the assembly workability of the cart is greatly improved. Furthermore, since the curvature of the lower surface of the portion of the pressing member that presses the leaf spring is larger than the curvature of the upper surface of the portion pressed by the pressing member of the leaf spring, the number of people getting on the vehicle increases and the downward load on the lateral load is increased.
- the curvature of the portion pressed against the pressing member of the leaf spring increases due to the elastic deformation of the leaf spring, and the area pressed from the pressing member of the leaf spring increases. If it does so, the distance from the press area
- the lowermost end of the pressing member is interposed between the lower surface of the pressing member and the upper surface of the central portion of the leaf spring.
- a gap is formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction.

- the pressing member 31 presses the upper surface of the leaf spring 30 downward in a separable manner without being fixed to the leaf spring 30 in the vertical direction. That is, the pressing member 31 is not fixed to the leaf spring 30 by the fixture, and the pressure on the upper surface of the leaf spring 30 is maintained by the downward load due to gravity from the lateral beam 5 and the reaction force of the leaf spring 30 against it. It is in a lean state. Therefore, the pressing member 31 enables the leaf spring 30 to swing while changing the pressing area with respect to the lower surface 31 b of the pressing member 31.
- a fitting portion 5b made of a convex portion is formed on the lower surface of both end portions 5a of the lateral beam 5, and a fitted portion 31a fitted to the fitting portion 5b is formed on the upper surface of the pressing member 31.

- the leaf spring 30 is elastically deformed so that the lateral beam 5 sinks downward due to the downward load from the vehicle body (not shown), and the central portion 30a of the leaf spring 30 is deformed.
- the curvature increases, the state in which the curvature of the lower surface 31b of the pressing member 31 is larger than the curvature of the central portion 30a of the leaf spring 30 is maintained when the passenger is not on the vehicle body (not shown). Therefore, a gap S is formed between the lower surface 31 b of the pressing member 31 and the upper surface of the central portion 30 a of the leaf spring 30 on both longitudinal sides of the lowermost end of the pressing member 31.
- the contact point between the lower surface 31b of the pressing member 31 and the upper surface of the leaf spring 30 is set to the contact point of the leaf spring 30 even when there is a difference in height between the front and rear wheels due to an irregular track or the like. - a portion of the cover portion 40b that covers both sides of the gap S in the vehicle width direction and a portion of the cover portion 40b that covers both sides of the gap S in the vehicle longitudinal direction are continuously formed in the horizontal direction, but may be divided. Good.
- the attachment portion 40 c is compressed and held by being sandwiched between the horizontal beam 5 and the pressing member 31.
- FIG. 6 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 4 showing the leaf spring 30, the pressing member 31, and the flexible cover 40 in a full state.
- the central portion 30 a of the leaf spring 30 pushed downward by the pressing member 31. Curvature increases. That is, as the downward load on the lateral beam 5 increases, the leaf spring 30 is elastically deformed and the area pressed from the pressing member 31 increases, and the leaf spring 30 is pressed from the pressing region by the pressing member 31. The shortest distance to the support region by the 30 spring seats 33 is reduced from L1 (FIG. 4) to L2 (FIG. 6).

Abstract
