Los modernos medios, como sistemas de inyección, impresoras 3D u otros sistemas de molde, permiten diseñar procesos optimizados de producción en serie, que van desde el manejo de la materia prima en su primera fase (preferentemente plástica), hasta el empaquetado individual con su carga. ANTECEDENTES BACKGROUND
Los aparatos existentes para realizar una función insecticida, en su mayoría utilizan un mecanismo 'spray', una fuente de calor o de energía (generalmente de carácter eléctrico) o son de acción manual. Existen dispositivos que contienen pastillas calentadas por resistencias eléctricas, expendedores de líquidos o insecticidas que emanan al aire su efecto desde una posición estática, algunos de ellos en combustión (espirales), pero no aprovechan como en este caso sólo la fricción del aire procedente de un sistema de ventilación para ejercer una función insecticida y/o antiséptica, que puede tener efectos aromatizantes. Muchos consumen energía, son costosos de adquirir y de mantener, no tienen propiedades ecológicas, entrañan algún peligro u ocasionan molestias asociadas al olor o al espacio. DESCRIPCIÓN DESCRIPTION
El dispositivo es un objeto aerodinámico, de composición plástica o fibra ligera, sujeto o adherido a una fuente de ventilación, como por ejemplo el aspa de un ventilador (abanico) figura n°6, o a la rejilla que se encuentra en una consola de acondicionador (o enfriador) de aire, o a la rejilla divisoria entre un conducto canalizador de aire y el habitáculo que lo recibe (característicos en hogares, oficinas u hospitales). Tiene una entrada de aire que lo hace fluir por el interior (figura n° 4). y tomar contacto con un módulo intercambiable (figura n° 2) que contiene o está compuesto de una sustancia insecticida y/o antiséptica con posibilidad de tener efecto aromatizante, en forma de pastilla, depósito líquido o pasta. La fricción sobre este elemento nutre al aire de las señaladas propiedades y sale despedido por la parte posterior (figura n° 5) procurando así su difusión por los efectos expansivos aprovechando el aire forzado gratuito generado por la fuente de emisión, bien sea el abanico, aparato de aire acondicionado y/o similar. El dispositivo dispone de rejillas para expandir mejor el aire con las propiedades indicadas. Tiene un sistema de sujeción en forma de pinza (figura n°3), tornillo, adhesivo o presión puntual que lo adhiere con firmeza al aspa, conducto, rejilla, separador entre la fuente o conductor del aire y el habitáculo al que llega. El sistema de alimentación y recambio del insecticida antiséptico permite sustituirlo y reaprovisionarlo desde el exterior de forma manual (figura n°3), ya sea por un procedimiento simultáneo de introducción/expulsión de un producto o continente sólido, líquido o pastoso.
