- the traction force of the current traction method cannot effectively act on the vertebral body where the lesion has occurred, and the effective targeted traction cannot be achieved.
- the patient's constitution and condition are different, and there is a certain fear of the general single traction method, which leads to the patient's nervousness during treatment. There have been reports of cervical spine traction leading to dizziness, coma and even death, which cannot be ruled out by improper traction with cervical traction.
- the traction force of the cervical traction belt is concentrated in the mandible, which may cause symptoms such as temporomandibular joint pain, toothache, head swelling, dizziness, etc., and cannot be applied to a specific vertebral body.
- the spine cannot reach the natural state. Relax.
- the present invention is directed to providing a novel cervical traction bed capable of towing a specific vertebral body, allowing the human body to naturally relax while being towed, and minimizing the harm to the human body when being towed.
- the novel cervical traction bed disclosed by the present invention comprises a bed base, a vertebral body positioning contact, a cervical vertebra fixation strap, and further includes a first movable bed plate, a second movable bed plate, a lifting shaft and a mounting groove; the first movable bed plate is located at the bed base Above, the left side of the first movable bed is movably connected to the left side of the bed base, the left side of the second movable bed is movably connected to the right side of the first movable bed, and the first movable bed is provided with a lifting device, and the installation slot is arranged The first movable bed is placed near the right end, mounted on the mounting groove and supported under the vertebral body positioning contact, and the cervical band is connected to the second movable bed by a fixing device.
- the top surface of the first movable bed board is provided with a self-weight generating rolling device, and the self-weight generating rolling device is located on the left side of the mounting groove.
- the self-weight generating rolling device is a drum row.
- the self-weight generating rolling device is provided with a bed surface made of a plastic material.
- the lifting device is a hydraulic lifting device or an electric push rod.
- the lifting shaft is provided with a scale.
- the lifting shaft and the vertebral body positioning contact are respectively six.
- the fixing device is a fixing plate connected to the right end of the second movable bed, the fixing plate is perpendicular to the second movable bed and located above the second movable bed, and the fixing plate is provided with a fixing for fixing the two ends of the cervical band. groove.
- the second movable bed board is connected to the first movable bed board in a hinge manner, and a limit device and a locking device are disposed.
- the mounting slot is a transverse slot or a longitudinal slot or a spiral slot
- a locking mechanism is disposed between the lifting shaft and the mounting slot.
- the invention can perform multi-directional and fixed-point traction on a specific vertebral body, and the human body can naturally relax during traction, and minimize the harm to the human body during the traction process, improve the treatment effect, and alleviate the suffering of the patient.
- Figure 1 is a schematic view of the structure of the present invention
- FIG. 2 is a schematic structural view of a self-weight generating rolling device of the present invention
- the left side of the first movable bed 4 is movably connected to the left side of the bed base 2, and the left side of the second movable bed 11 and the right side of the first movable bed 4
- the hinge 10 is connected, and the connection between the second movable bed 11 and the first movable bed 4 is further provided with a locking device.
- the locking device can be locked, and the limiting device is used to prevent the locking. The safety problem caused by the failure of the device.
- the first movable bed 4 is disposed near the right end region for mounting the mounting groove 8 with the scale lifting shaft 9.
- the mounting groove 8 is a spirally arranged groove, and the mounting groove 8 is adapted to the lower end of the lifting shaft 9, and the lifting shaft 9 can be moved along the spirally arranged mounting groove 8.
- the slot of the mounting slot 8 and the lifting shaft 9 are further provided with a locking mechanism. When the lifting shaft 9 is moved to a suitable position, the locking shaft is locked by the locking mechanism.
- There are six, and there are scales for setting the height, and the vertebral body positioning contacts 12 are attached to the top end of each of the lifting shafts 9.
- the self-weight generating rolling device 7 adopts a drum row, and the bed surface 1 is made of a plastic material.
- the bed surface 1 When the human body lies on the bed surface 1, due to the softness of the plastic material, the bed surface 1 naturally forms a surface shape conforming to the physiological curvature of the thoracolumbar spine.
- the self-weight of the human body drives the drum row to form a traction force along the bed facing downward.
- Both ends of the cervical fixation band 6 are connected in a fixing groove on the fixing plate 5 at the right end of the second movable bed plate 11, and the fixing plate 5 is perpendicular to the second movable bed plate 11 and above the second movable bed plate 11.
- the lifting device 3 employs a hydraulic lifting device, and the hydraulic cylinder is mounted in the bed base 2, and the top end of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the first movable bed plate 4.
- the patient's head is fixed by the cervical vertebra fixing strap 6, and the position of the six vertebral body positioning contacts 12 is adjusted by the lifting and lowering of the six scale lifting shafts 9 and the movement in the mounting groove 8, respectively.
- the vertebral body to be positioned is then supported by the lifting device 3 to support the first movable bed 4, the first movable bed 4 is inclined, the human body lies on the bed surface 1, and the rolling device 7 is generated by the self-weight to generate the bed.
- the force of the face 1 downward, the reaction force of the force is the traction force of the device, and the traction of the cervical vertebra; the position of the fixed end of the cervical vertebra fixing strap 6 on the positioning groove on the fixing plate 5 can be adjusted to the head
- the direction of the force is adjusted, and the head of the person is placed on the second movable bed board 11.
- the position of the head can be adjusted by the second movable bed board 11 through the hinge 10, which is more favorable for pulling apart the intervertebral space and reducing the pressure of the intervertebral disc.
- post-tension increase the intervertebral foramen, loosen the nerve root adhesion, and accelerate the regression of inflammation.
- the traction force of the invention acts on the corresponding vertebral body, and can also reduce the pressing force generated by the cervical vertebra fixation band 6 on the lower jaw and the posterior occipital region, thereby reducing the jaw occipital band of the current cervical traction device to the mandible. Compression caused by temporomandibular joint pain, toothache, head swelling, dizziness and other symptoms.
- the bed surface 1 conforming to the curvature of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae can make the vertebrae and soft tissues of the entire spine in a relaxed state.
- the traction in the state of dynamic biomechanical balance of the spine is more conducive to the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis. .
- the traction force of the invention is applied to the corresponding vertebral body, which can reduce the pressing force of the cervical spine fixation belt on the lower jaw and the posterior occipital traction, thereby reducing the compression of the mandible of the current cervical traction device.
- the bed surface conforming to the curvature of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae can make the vertebrae and soft tissues of the entire spine in a relaxed state, and the fixed point, the direction, the angle, and the weight are consistent with the dynamic balance of the spine biomechanics. Traction is more conducive to the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis. Suitable for a wide range of applications in the industry.
