Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pleated screen for preventing the entry of outside light into a room, and to solve problems relating to the structure and manufacture of the screen, the problems being caused by the formation of cord holes in the screen and by the insertion of a cord into the screen. A pleated screen is provided with: a screen which is capable of being folded in a zigzag shape; a lifting cord which is arranged in the direction substantially perpendicular to the fold lines of the screen and which is capable of moving relative to the screen; and a screen penetration member which penetrates through the screen and which has a flexible linear section. The linear section serves as a lifting cord holding section which holds, directly or through another member, the lifting cord. The screen penetration member is configured so as to prevent the lifting cord from moving in the direction away from the screen and causing the linear section to come out of the screen.

Description

Pleated screen

This invention relates to a pleated screen capable of changing the opening of the screen that can be bent in a zigzag shape.

The pleated screen supports a screen that can be bent in a zigzag shape in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the opening degree of the screen is appropriately adjusted by an operation device.
As one type of such a pleated screen, in the pleated screen disclosed in Patent Document 1, a hook that is supported by an elongation preventing cord that is suspended and supported at the rear of the screen and that is hooked to the annular portion is formed in a hole formed in the screen. A configuration is disclosed in which the crease interval of the screen is kept constant by being inserted.

In the prior art, since a cord that moves relative to the screen is inserted into the screen, it is difficult to prevent leakage of external light from the cord insertion hole. Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which the crease interval of the screen is kept constant by stopping the pleat hooks attached to the spread prevention member provided on the back side of the screen at equal pitches through holes formed in the screen. Has been.
However, since the lifting / lowering cord hole is inserted into the lifting / lowering cord hole provided in the screen, the lifting / lowering cord hole needs to have a diameter larger than the diameter of the lifting / lowering cord, and external light leaks into the room from the lifting / lowering cord hole and the sealing degree is also lowered. To do. Moreover, since the individual pleat pieces are inclined with respect to the lifting / lowering cord as the pleat screen descends, the lifting / lowering cord hole provided in the screen needs to have a hole diameter that is at least larger in the front-rear direction than the diameter of the lifting / lowering cord, This has become one of the factors that cause light leakage and a decrease in air-blocking performance. There is a similar problem when a cord other than a lifting / lowering cord, such as a tension wire, is inserted into the screen, and a tension cord or a guiding cord that moves relative to the screen in the form of a vertical pleat that folds in the horizontal direction is also applied to the screen. The above problems associated with insertion are the same.

An object of the present invention is to provide a pleated screen that prevents leakage of outside light into the room. Further, it solves the problem in manufacturing due to the formation of the code hole in the screen and the code insertion.

The present invention provides a pleated screen that can prevent leakage of outside light into the room and can improve the shielding property.
Specifically, such a pleated screen is described from the following first to thirty-fourth aspects. One embodiment may belong to a plurality of viewpoints, and in some embodiments, the points belonging to the plurality of viewpoints are clearly shown in the following description. Or it may belong to another embodiment.

1. First viewpoint (hanging the lifting and lowering cords and pitch holding cords on the same side before and after the screen)
1-1. Basic Form of Pleated Screen Hereinafter, the basic form of a pleated screen will be described with reference to the drawings. In the pleated screen shown in FIG. 1, a screen 2 that can be bent in a zigzag shape in a vertical direction is suspended from a head box 1, and a bottom rail 3 is attached to the lower end of the screen 2.

A winding shaft (not shown) is rotatably supported in the head box 1 based on the operation of the operating device.
In the head box 1, the upper ends of the lifting / lowering cords 5 are respectively attached to the winding shafts, and can be wound or rewound on the winding shafts by operating the operating device.
As shown in FIG. 1A, the lifting cords 5 at both ends in the width direction are suspended from the back side of the screen 2, and the lifting cord 5 at the center in the width direction is suspended from the front side of the screen 2. The bottom rail 3 is attached to the lower end 5 b of the lifting / lowering cord 5. With such a configuration, when the lifting / lowering cord 5 is wound around the winding shaft, the bottom rail 3 is pulled up and the screen 2 is folded upward, and when the lifting / lowering cord 5 is unwound from the winding shaft, 3 descends and the screen 2 can be extended downward.

The pitch holding cord 6 is suspended from the head box 1 on the opposite side of the lifting cord 5 in the front-rear direction across the screen 2. The pitch holding cord 6 has an upper end 6d attached to the head box 1 and a lower end 6d attached to the bottom rail 3.

The pitch holding cord 6 is provided with a large number of annular holding portions 7 at equal intervals. The pitch holding cord 6 is a cord in which warp yarns are formed by knitting yarn with a knitting machine, and yarn is knitted to form the holding portion 7 in the cord. And the thread | yarn is exposed cyclically | annularly for every fixed space | interval, and the holding | maintenance part 7 which consists of a flexible linear part is formed.

The screen 2 has a cut (insertion hole) 8 through which the holding portion 7 can be inserted in a crease 9 that approaches the warp of the pitch holding cord 6. (In addition, in the enlarged view of FIG. 1-1 region A, the notch 8 is exaggerated.) This notch 8 is such that the holding part 7 formed of a thin thread (linear part) can be inserted. Narrow cut (insertion hole), which is significantly smaller than the lifting cord hole. As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 1-1 region A, two linear portions penetrate through one notch (insertion hole) 8, and the tip of the linear portion protruding from the insertion hole 8 is annular. . In this example, the notches 8 are formed at every other fold line adjacent to the pitch holding cord 6.

The holding portion 7 is inserted through the notch 8 from the side where the warp yarns of the pitch holding cord 6 are suspended, and is moved up and down to the holding portion 7 which is exposed on the opposite side in the front-rear direction of the screen and is annular. The cord 5 is inserted. Therefore, the pitch holding cord 6 serves as a screen penetrating member and surrounds the lifting cord side periphery with the linear portion and the penetrating portion of the screen.
With such a configuration, when the bottom rail 3 is lowered to the lower limit as shown in FIG. 1A, the leading end of each holding portion 7 engages with the lifting / lowering cord 5, and each fold 9 Is supported from below, and the folds of the screen 2 are held at equal intervals.

With the pleated screen configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the lifting / lowering cord 5 for lifting and lowering the screen 2 is not inserted into the screen 2, it is not necessary to provide an insertion hole for inserting the lifting / lowering cord 5 in the screen 2. Therefore, outside light does not leak into the room through the insertion hole for inserting the lifting / lowering cord 5.
(2) Since the crease 9 can be supported by the holding portion 7 extending from the pitch holding cord 6, when the screen 2 is lowered, the interval between the creases 9 can be kept substantially constant.
(3) Since the notch 8 inserted through the holding part 7 is a notch narrow enough to allow the holding part 7 formed by a thin thread (linear part) to be inserted, leakage of external light from the notch 8 is prevented. Compared with the conventional light leakage from the lifting / lowering cord hole, it can be remarkably reduced.
(4) Since the screen 2 is formed of one piece of cloth that can be folded in a zigzag shape, the joining step of the cloth pieces as disclosed in Patent Document 2 is not required. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
(5) Since the holding portions 7 of the pitch holding cord 6 formed in advance by a knitting machine are inserted into the notches 8 of the screen 2 and the lifting cord 5 only needs to be inserted into the holding portions 7, the lifting cord insertion man-hour is significantly reduced. The screen part can be assembled very easily.
(6) Since the lifting / lowering cord 5 is inserted into the holding portion 7 inserted through the notch 8 of the screen 2 and the lifting / lowering cord 5 is always in tension, the lateral displacement of the screen 2 in the left-right direction is prevented and held. The part 7 and the pitch holding cord 6 are not laterally displaced.
(7) Since the holding part 7 is a flexible linear part with a thin diameter, even if it is sandwiched between screens during folding, the folding size does not increase.
(8) Since the tip of the annular portion of the holding portion 7 exposed from the crease 9 is a thin linear portion, the appearance is not impaired.

1-2. 1st Embodiment (The holding | maintenance part penetrates a screen in multiple times)
1-2 (a) and (b) show the first embodiment. In the present embodiment, the pitch holding cord 6 and the lifting / lowering cord 5 are suspended and supported on the same side in the front-rear direction of the screen 2. FIG. 1-2 is a perspective view from the back side. The warp yarn of the pitch holding cord 6 has a plurality of annular holding portions 7 at predetermined intervals, and the annular holding portion 7 is composed of a flexible linear portion.
As shown in FIG. 1-2 (b), the predetermined fold level held by the pitch holding cord of the screen 2 includes a cut 8a provided near the upper side of the fold 9, and a cut 8b provided in the fold 9. Have. The annular holding portion 7 passes through the cut 8b and the cut 8a in this order from the back side (reverse penetrating structure). Therefore, the pitch holding cord 6 is a screen penetrating member. After the annular holding part 7 has passed through the screen 2 twice, the lifting / lowering cord 5 suspended on the same side as the warp yarn of the pitch holding cord is inserted into the holding part 7.

1-3. Second embodiment (holding part supported by dummy cord)
FIG. 1-3 (a) shows a second embodiment. In this embodiment, the pitch holding cord 6 and the lifting / lowering cord 5 are suspended and supported on the same side in the front-rear direction of the screen 2 at each lifting / lowering cord hanging position. A dummy cord 11 is hung on the opposite side of the pitch holding cord in the longitudinal direction of the screen 2. The dummy cord 11 restrains the tip of the annular portion of the pitch holding cord protruding from the insertion hole 8 so as not to come off the screen. As shown in FIG. 1C, the upper end of the dummy cord 11 is fixed to the head box, and the lower end is fixed to the bottom rail 3. When the bottom rail 3 is raised, the dummy cords 11 are folded in a zigzag manner like the pitch holding cords 6.

17. Seventeenth viewpoint (a lifting / lowering cord holding part is formed by a linear part and retaining means)
A seventeenth aspect shows a pleated screen in which a lifting / lowering cord holding portion is formed by a linear portion and retaining means.
The present aspect provides a screen that can be folded in a zigzag manner, a lifting cord that is disposed along a direction substantially orthogonal to the fold of the screen and that can move relative to the screen, and a flexible that penetrates the screen. A screen penetrating member having a linear portion, the linear portion serving as a lifting / lowering cord holding portion that holds the lifting / lowering cord directly or via another member, and the screen penetrating member has the lifting / lowering cord connected to the screen. A pleated screen configured to move away from the screen and prevent the linear portion from coming off the screen is provided.
The lifting / lowering cord holding part preferably has one of the following configurations 1) to 4).
1) The linear part itself surrounds the lifting / lowering cord side circumference 2) The linear part and the other part of the screen penetrating member surround the lifting / lowering cord side circumference 3) The linear part and the 4) Enclose the elevating cord side periphery with the linear portion, the other part of the screen penetrating member, and the penetrating portion of the screen.
It is preferable that the screen penetrating member itself has a retaining member that prevents the linear portion from coming off the screen, or that the screen penetrating member functions as a retaining member together with other members.
Further, the retainer is a warp of a pitch holding cord, the linear portion is a holding portion that protrudes annularly from the warp of the pitch holding cord at equal intervals, and the linear portion is inserted into the insertion hole from the side of the fold with respect to the screen. The structure which inserts is preferable.
Further, it is preferable that the linear portion is provided with stoppers at both ends, and the linear portion is inserted through the insertion hole from the side of the screen fold.
Moreover, it is preferable that the screen penetrating member has a strip-shaped retaining member in which fibers are knitted and cured, and a linear portion protrudes annularly from the retaining central portion.
In addition, the screen penetrating member is formed by synthetic resin integral molding, and the linear portion protrudes from the corners of the retaining portion provided at both ends of the linear portion, and the retaining member is inserted into the screen. It is preferable to comprise so that one side may overlap.
In addition, the screen penetrating member includes a weft thread along a fold of the screen, and a pico formed of a linear portion is configured to protrude from the fold line at the position where the lifting cord hangs down from the weft thread.
Further, the screen penetrating member is an annular member made of a linear portion, and is inserted into the screen through two insertion holes, and is inserted into the same lifting / lowering cord to be prevented from coming off.
In addition, the screen penetrating member is configured such that a plurality of annular insertion portions made of linear portions protrude from the strip-shaped stopper, and are inserted into the screen through two insertion holes and inserted through the same lifting / lowering cord. It is stopped.
Further, the screen penetrating member forms an annular portion by engaging an end portion that penetrates the screen and an engaging portion formed in the center portion of the screen penetrating member, and the annular portion is on the lifting cord side. It is characterized by covering the circumference.
Further, the invention is characterized in that a projection for imparting a frictional resistance is provided on a side in contact with the retaining screen in each configuration described above.
Moreover, it is preferable not to pinch the stopper.
Such a pleated screen prevents the folds of the screen from being worn by the lifting / lowering of the lifting / lowering cord. Moreover, since the holding part is not conspicuous, the design of the pleated screen is improved.

17-1. First embodiment (screen penetrating member having linear portion 70b and retaining member 70a)
FIG. 7-2 shows the first embodiment. A closed space in plan view with the linear portion 70c (see FIG. 7-2 (c)) protruding in a U-shape on one side of the crease 9 of the screen 2 while passing through the insertion hole 8c and the insertion hole 8c. Is formed (see FIG. 7-2 (b)). The suspended raising / lowering cord 5 is inserted into the closed space. Even if the linear portion 70b of the pitch holding cord 6 is pulled toward the lifting / lowering cord 5, the pair of retaining members 70a abut against the screen, thereby acting as retaining devices. When adjusting the opening degree of the screen by raising or lowering the lifting / lowering cord 5, a relative movement occurs between the closed space and the lifting / lowering cord. However, unlike the conventional lifting / lowering cord hole 2a formed on the screen shown in FIG. 14-2 (c), that is, the entire periphery of the periphery can rub against the lifting / lowering cord, in this embodiment, the portion that can come into contact with the screen. Since only the periphery of the insertion hole 8c is slightly, the wear of the screen can be reduced.

17-2. Second embodiment (variations to which this aspect can be applied)
Other embodiments to which the present invention can be applied, FIGS. 1-1, 1-2, 1-7, 1-9, FIGS. 1-13 to 1-16, FIGS. 3-4, 4-3, 6-5, 6-8, 7-3 to 7-7, 8-1 to 8-4, 9-1, 9-2, FIG. The second embodiment is shown in FIGS. 10-1 to 10-6 and FIGS. 22-1 to 22-33. These pleated screens are screen penetrating members each having a thread-like portion (linear portion) and a retaining member, and include a lifting / lowering cord insertion portion. With this configuration, the screen folds are prevented from being worn by the lifting / lowering cords. Moreover, since the holding part is not conspicuous, the design of the pleated screen is improved.

In each embodiment of another aspect to which the present invention can be applied, the warp yarns of the pitch holding cord correspond to the retaining means. In that case, even if the warp yarn of the pitch holding cord is pulled by the holding portion in the holding portion insertion hole of the screen 2, the warp yarn of the pitch holding cord does not come out of the insertion hole.
In FIG. 1-1, as shown in the enlarged view of region A in FIG. 1-1, the holding portion 7 of the pitch holding cord 6 is formed of a flexible linear portion, and the screen 2 is folded in a state of passing through the insertion hole 8. A closed space is formed in plan view by the linear portion protruding in a U-shape on the back side of 9 and the insertion hole 8. The suspended raising / lowering cord 5 is inserted into the closed space. Even if the linear portion of the pitch holding cord 6 is pulled toward the lifting / lowering cord 5, the warp yarns of the pitch holding cord 6 act as a retaining means by contacting the screen 2. When the lifting / lowering cord 5 is lifted or lowered to adjust the opening degree of the screen 2, relative movement occurs between the linear portion at the screen fold 9 and the lifting / lowering cord 5 until it is folded. However, unlike the conventional lifting cord hole formed directly on the screen shown in FIG. 14-2 (c), that is, the entire periphery of the periphery can rub against the lifting cord, in this embodiment, the hole formed in the screen Since only the periphery of the insertion hole 8 can be touched, the wear of the screen can be reduced.
In FIG. 1-2, even if the pitch holding cord 6 is pulled by the lifting / lowering cord 5 via the holding portion 7, the warp yarn of the pitch holding cord 6 acts as a retaining means by contacting the fold line 9 of the screen 2. In the present embodiment, since the portion that can come into contact with the hole formed in the screen 2 is only the periphery of the insertion hole 8b, the wear of the screen 2 can be reduced.
In FIG. 1-7, even if the pitch holding cord 6 is pulled by the lifting / lowering cord 5 (in the lower right direction in the figure), the warp thread of the pitch holding cord 6 abuts against the crease 9 of the screen 2 to act as a retaining means. To do.
In FIG. 1-9, the retainer 23 is provided at the end of the linear portion 21 of the pitch holding cord 6 to prevent the retainer. Even if the lifting / lowering cord 5 is pulled rightward in FIG. 1-9 (a), the two yarns 7 do not come out from the crease portion in the upper right direction. Moreover, although the pitch holding cord warp is exposed as viewed from the right, the insertion portion is linear and is not conspicuous, and the design is improved. Further, since the crease 9 is interposed as an inclusion between the insertion hole 8c and the lifting / lowering cord 5, the insertion hole 8c becomes non-contact and wear of the insertion hole 8c is prevented.
In FIG. 1-13, the screen penetrating member includes a flexible linear lifting / lowering cord insertion portion 25a and a retaining member 43a. Even if the annular portion of the lifting / lowering cord insertion portion 25a is pulled by the lifting / lowering cord 5 in the center of the width direction in the front-rear direction of the screen 2, the stopper 43a (prevention means) of the lifting / lowering cord insertion portion 25a is the fabric. It does not come out inside the room.
In FIG. 1-14, the screen penetrating member includes a flexible linear annular portion 44. At the center in the width direction of the head box 1, the pitch holding cord inserted into the annular portion 44 as the lifting / lowering cord insertion portion even when the annular portion 44 is pulled by the lifting / lowering cord 5 toward the room inner side in the front-rear direction of the screen 2. No. 6 warp thread (retaining means) is engaged with the screen 2, and the annular portion 44 does not come out inside the room. In this embodiment, the screen penetrating member itself does not have a retaining portion, but the screen penetrating member is configured to function as a retaining means together with the warp yarns of the pitch holding cord 6.
In FIG. 1-15, the screen penetrating member includes a pitch holding cord 6 in which a large number of flexible linear holding portions 7 are provided along the warp, or a plurality of flexible linear lifting / lowering cord insertion portions 25a. Is provided with a lifting / lowering cord insertion member 25 provided along. Even if the annular holding portion 7 is pulled in the room inner side in the front-rear direction of the screen 2 at the center in the width direction, the warp thread (retaining means) of the pitch holding cord 6 integral with the annular holding portion 7 ) Or the warp yarn insertion member 25 provided with a large number of annular lifting cord insertion portions 25a that do not hold the pitch (the retaining means) does not engage the fabric and do not come out inside the room.
In FIG. 1-16, the screen penetrating member includes a flexible linear annular portion 44. Even when the annular portion 44 is pulled in the room inner side in the front-rear direction of the screen 2 at the center portion in the width direction of the head box 1, the back-side lifting cord (preventing means) inserted through the annular portion 44 is not inserted. It does not come into contact with the fabric and inside the room. There is a possibility that the lift code 5 inside the room is in contact with the insertion hole 8, but this is different from the conventional lift code hole directly formed on the screen, that is, the entire periphery of the periphery can rub against the lift code. In this case, since the portion that can come into contact with the hole formed in the screen is only the periphery of the insertion hole, the wear of the screen can be reduced.
3A and 3B, the annular portion 44 is engaged with the pitch holding cord 6 at the holding portion engaging portion 44b. Even if the annular portion 44 is pulled by the lifting / lowering cord 5 in the direction of hanging of the lifting / lowering cord in the front-rear direction of the screen (left direction in the drawing), the warp yarn (the retaining means) of the pitch holding cord 6 engaged with the annular portion 44 is retained. Engages with the fabric and does not come out inside the room.
In FIG. 3-4, the lifting / lowering cord 5 is inserted through a large number of insertion rings 12, and the lifting / lowering cord 5 is held by the holding portion 7 by engaging the holding portion 7 with the insertion ring 12. Even if the annular holding portion 7 is pulled by the lifting / lowering cord 5 in the vertical direction of the lifting / lowering cord in the front-rear direction of the screen 2 (rightward in the drawing), the warp yarns of the pitch holding cord 6 integral with the holding portion 7 (retaining means) ) Engages with the fabric and does not come out inside the room.
In FIGS. 4-1 and 4-3C, even if the semi-annular portion 60a is pulled by the elevating cord 5 in the direction in which the elevating cord hangs down in the front-rear direction of the screen (upper left direction in the figure), it is integrated with the semi-annular portion 60a. The warp yarn (preventing means) of the pitch holding cord 6 is not engaged with the fabric and does not come out inside the room.
In FIG. 4B, even if the semi-annular portion 21a is pulled by the elevating cord 5 in the vertical direction of the elevating cord in the front-back direction of the screen (upper left direction in the figure), the pitch holding cord 6 integrated with the semi-annular portion 21a The warp yarns and the retaining member 23 serve as retaining means, so that the warp thread and the retaining member 23 do not engage with the fabric and come out inside the room.
In FIG. 6-7, even if the holding portion 7 is pulled by the lifting / lowering cord 5 in the vertical direction of the lifting / lowering cord in the front-rear direction of the screen (left direction in the figure), the fitting member with the slit 455b sandwiching the holding portion 7 455 acts as a retaining means, and even if the holding portion 7 slips with respect to the insertion hole, the warp thread of the pitch holding cord 6 integrated with the holding portion 7 serves as a retaining means and engages with the fabric. There is no falling inside.
6-8, the tape 6a is a retaining means, and even if the annular holding portion 7 is pulled by the lifting / lowering cord 5, the annular holding portion 7 does not come out to the lifting / lowering cord side.
In FIG. 7C, the retaining portion 71a is retaining means.
In FIG. 7-4, the retaining portion 72a is retaining means.
In FIG. 7-5, the retaining portions 73 and 73a are retaining means.
In FIG. 7-6, the lifting / lowering cord 5 itself inserted into the closed space 80a and the closed space 80b is the retaining means.
In FIG. 8A, a retaining portion 91 locked to the annular holding portion 7 is a retaining means. Although the warp yarn of the pitch holding cord 6 is exposed, the holding portion 7 is thin and inconspicuous. Further, the lifting / lowering cord 5 is guided in a closed space by a pile of fabric, warp and two yarns in plan view, and is not in contact with the insertion hole 8 of the holding portion 7 of the pitch holding cord 6 and the insertion hole 8 is frayed. There is no.
In FIG. 8-2, the retaining portion 92 that is locked to the annular holding portion 7 is the retaining means.
In FIG. 8C, the retaining portion 93 locked to the annular holding portion 7 is the retaining means.
In FIG. 8-4, a caulking portion 94 crimped to the annular holding portion 7 is a retaining means.
In FIG. 9A, the retaining portion 74a is retaining means. Compared with the embodiment of FIG. 7-2, the thread-like portion (linear portion) 74b is longer, but this is suitable for the case where the lifting / lowering cord insertion portion is provided at a portion that becomes a valley when viewed from the lifting / lowering cord hanging side. Since the retaining stopper 74a functions as retaining means, even if 74a is pulled on the lifting / lowering cord (lower right direction in FIG. 9-1 (g)), it does not come off to the hanging side of the lifting / lowering cord. Further, when folded, the appearance is such that only the lifting cord 5 is visually recognized, and the design is improved. Further, even if the thickness of the retainer 74a is increased from that of the thread-like portion 74b, the retainer 74a does not enter between the fabrics, so that the folding size does not increase.
FIG. 9-2 has the same effect as FIG. 7-2.
In FIG. 10A, the same effect as in FIG. One end of the pair of lifting cords 5 hanging from the inside of the room and the outside of the room at both ends is a retaining means for the other side. The point that the design property is improved and the wear of the insertion hole is suppressed is the same as the embodiment of FIG. 1-16.
In FIGS. 22-1 to 22-33, the warp and tape-like portions of the pitch holding cords 6 and 6a correspond to retaining means, and the holding portion 7 corresponds to a linear portion.
7-6, 7-6B, 7-6C, 1-13 (c), FIGS. 9-1, 16-1, 16-2, 16-3, 16-3A, 16-3B, FIG. 16-4, FIG. 18-8 (h), FIG. 18-8 (i), FIG. 18-10 (e), FIG. 18-11 (d), FIG. 20-1, and FIG. As shown in the embodiment described in FIG. 2, the retainer can be prevented from being caught in the crease of the screen 2.

21. 21st viewpoint (insertion hole for holding part etc. that does not cut fold thread)
In the pleated screen of Patent Document 1, since the hole processing for inserting the lifting / lowering cord into the screen (cloth) has been performed, conventionally, as shown in FIG. The entire circumference was cut and it was weak against friction caused by raising and lowering. Further, when the screen has a handle, only the area of the lifting / lowering cord insertion hole is lost, and the design is impaired.
The 21st viewpoint
A screen that can be folded zigzag,
An elevating cord that moves relative to the screen;
A screen penetrating member having a flexible linear portion penetrating the screen,
The screen is a fabric;
The linear portion is annular in a state of penetrating the screen, and includes a lifting / lowering cord holding portion that holds the lifting / lowering cord directly or via another member, without cutting the yarn constituting the screen, 3 shows a pleat screen that penetrates the screen and forms the lifting / lowering cord holding part.
Furthermore, the screen penetrating member is a pitch holding cord.
Furthermore, the screen penetrating member is a lifting / lowering cord insertion member provided with a stopper.
Furthermore, the warp and weft of the fabric are not cut.
Furthermore, a fold of the woven fabric is formed between the wefts, and the linear portion is inserted through the fold.
Furthermore, the penetration into the fabric is performed by needle processing. Furthermore, the warp yarn and the weft yarn in the original state before needle processing of the fabric are spread by needle processing, and the linear portion is inserted.
Furthermore, it is characterized in that the linear portion is inserted by inserting a needle between the yarns with the weft of the woven fabric as a string.
Furthermore, the linear portion is inserted by forming a densely woven portion and a coarsely woven portion of the woven fabric and inserting the needle through the coarsely woven portion.
Since such a pleated screen has an elevating cord insertion portion that does not have a thread break, wear of the screen that moves relative to the elevating cord is prevented.

21-1. 1st Embodiment (insertion hole, such as a holding part which does not cut the thread of a crease)
FIG. 14-2 shows the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the structure which penetrated the holding | maintenance part 7 to the screen 2 without cut | disconnecting the warp or weft which comprises the textile fabric which is a screen by needle processing, or both warp and weft is shown. This embodiment can be applied to both structures in which the holding portion of the pitch holding cord is inserted into the cloth (screen) or the cloth is inserted in the lifting / lowering cord insertion portion. 14A shows a state in which the latch needle 31 engaged with the holding portion 7 is inserted through the screen 2. FIG. The broken line 9 in the figure is the fold 9 of the pleat screen, and is inserted so that the open / close needle is horizontally long in front view at the fold position in this embodiment with respect to the warp and weft in the original state before needle processing. did. In addition, the original state shows the state of the weft and the warp that are regularly aligned in the initial woven state, like the cloth in the portion without the lifting / lowering cord insertion hole 2a of FIG. 14-2 (c) of the comparative example.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 14-2 (a), about 8 warp yarns are shifted to the left and right in the horizontal direction and about 2 warp yarns are shifted in the vertical direction as compared with the original state. The linear portion of the book) and the open / close needle (in this example, the latch needle 31) are inserted. FIG. 14B shows a state in which the latch needle 31 has passed through the screen 2 and only the holding portion 7 has penetrated the screen 2. After the opening / closing needle is pulled out, the weft thread and warp thread that have been pulled tend to return to the original state naturally, and the opening of the insertion hole becomes smaller than in the state of (a).

Thus, it is possible to insert the holding portion or the corresponding member through the screen 2 without cutting the screen fold thread. The lifting / lowering cord insertion portion has an annular shape with a thread-free insertion hole (through portion of the screen) and the linear portion of the holding portion 7 and has a lifting / lowering cord holding portion that surrounds the lifting / lowering cord and holds the lifting / lowering cord. Is formed. (Refer to other embodiments such as FIG. 1-1.) Since such a pleated screen does not have thread breaks, wear of the insertion portion is prevented. Photographs (f) and (g) are fabric samples in which a conventional lifting / lowering cord hole (upper) and an insertion portion (lower) of this embodiment are formed as a comparative example. The photographed below (g) is a photograph of the state after the insertion of the lifting / lowering cord insertion part as shown in FIG. 7-3 shown in FIG. 14-2 (b). What is indicated by a dotted line 2b is a monofilament (linear portion) which is a part of the lifting / lowering cord insertion member and to which a retaining member is attached. Thus, the fabric of the pleated screen is expanded without cutting the weave structure, and the lifting / lowering cord insertion member is inserted.

The latch needle used in this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 14-2 (d) and (e). FIG. 14-2 (d) is a top view and FIG. 14-2 (e) is a front view. As shown in FIG. 14-2 (e), the latch needle 31 is an open / close needle composed of a hook portion 31a and a latch 31b. The latch 31b rotates about the rotation shaft 31c. When the latch 31b is closed, a part of the tip portion of the hook portion 31a is housed in the housing groove portion 31d formed at the tip of the latch 31b.

FIG. 14-2B shows Modification 1. In this modification, the weft yarn 2d of the fabric forming the screen 2 is shaped like a string, and a linear holding portion is inserted between the upper and lower weft yarns.
First, pleating is performed on the screen 2 so that the crease 9 is formed between the upper and lower adjacent knitted yarns. Then, as shown in FIG. 14-2B, the open / close needle 31 is inserted between the warp 2f and the weft 2d, and the linear portion of the screen penetrating member (elevating cord insertion member, pitch holding cord) is inserted. As shown in FIG. 14-2B, the needle 31 may be inserted in the horizontally long space in the top view with respect to the horizontally long gap between the warp and the weft.
Since the needle 31 is inserted into the horizontally long gap along the crease, it is easy to insert the needle without cutting the thread. The strings can be bamboo, china, yarn made by twisting Japanese paper, polyester fiber, yarn made by twisting fibers of Japanese paper and polyester, and the like.

FIG. 14-2C shows a second modification. The screen is composed of a densely woven portion 2g and a coarsely woven portion 2h, and the coarsely woven portion 2h is configured to have a small number of warp yarns per unit width. The coarse woven portion may be an opening that matches the thickness of the processing needle.
The screen 2 is subjected to an annular crease process that forms a crease so as to be orthogonal to the coarse weaving portion 2h, and an open / close needle is inserted between the warp yarns of the coarse weaving portion 2h so that the screen penetrating member (lifting cord insertion member, pitch holding cord) is linear. Insert the part. When inserting the needle, it is easy to insert the needle without cutting the thread. Moreover, if the fabric is configured such that the coarse weaving portion 2h is repeated at regular intervals as in this modification, it is easy to match the lifting cord hanging position.

22. 22nd viewpoint (Retainer and warp can rotate relative to each other)
22-1. First embodiment (The retainer can be freely rotated)
FIG. 15-1 shows the first embodiment. In the present embodiment, the pitch holding cord 6 has a flexible linear portion 21 at equal intervals (only one unit is shown in FIG. 15-1 (a)), and the tip of the linear portion 21 rotates relative to the warp. A stopper 23 is attached as possible. As shown in FIG. 15-1 (b), the warp yarn is formed by chain knitting, and the yarn entangled in the warp yarn is protruded at a constant interval, and a stopper is fixed to the tip. The stopper can be fixed to the thread 21 by outsert molding, sewing, adhesion, caulking member, fusion, or the like. The yarn 21 is flexible and does not receive resistance to twisting. The stopper 23 may be resin-molded, and as shown in FIG. 15-1 (d), the stopper 23 may be formed of a hard braided string. Specifically, a yarn composed of thermosetting fibers can be knitted and then cured by heat treatment to be molded.

In such a state that the pitch holding cord 6 is prevented from coming off at the fold of the pleat screen, the warp yarns of the pitch holding cord are fixedly supported by a head box (not shown), and therefore the screens at each stage through the pitch holding cord yarns. The height of the fold is maintained. Further, when the pleat screen is folded by a lifting / lowering means (not shown), the pitch holding cord is folded in a zigzag shape as shown in FIG. 15-1 (e). At that time, the warp yarns are regularly folded because the warp yarns are sufficiently inclined in the transverse direction with respect to the retainers held at the folds at the protruding positions of the yarns 21 at each step in the warp yarns of the pitch holding cord 6. Therefore, the design property at the time of folding is improved, and an unnecessary increase in the folding size is not caused. On the other hand, in the conventional pleated screen, as shown in FIG. 15-1 (f), since the yarn fixing portion 22 does not rotate, the warp yarn of the pitch holding cord 6 to which the yarn fixing portion 22 is fixed does not rotate. For this reason, the warp yarn of the pitch holding cord 6 takes a width in the vertical direction, and the screen 2 is not sufficiently small folded. As a result, the design at the time of folding the screen 2 is poor, and the folding size is unnecessarily increased.

22-2. Second embodiment (the retaining shaft portion is rotatably engaged)
As shown in FIG.

22-3. Third Embodiment (Elevating cords are inserted through the annular holders alternately)
As shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, a holding portion for holding the space between the creases 9 of the screen 2 is provided at equal intervals with respect to the warp yarn of the pitch holding cord 6. The holding portion has a pair of yarns 136c (two shown in the figure) protruding from the protruding portions P1 and P2 that are shifted in the vertical direction of the warp yarns of the pitch holding cord 6, and provided with a stopper 136b on the leading end side of the protruding yarns. In this manner, the holding portion 136 that is annular is provided.

23. The 23rd viewpoint (the retaining means is retained at the crease crest)
23-1. First embodiment (prevention from protruding from the pitch holding cord)
A twenty-third aspect is a pleated screen in which a retaining member is locked to a ridge portion of a fold of the screen as shown in FIG. 16-1 (a).
23-2. Second Embodiment (Removal Stop Connected with Elevating Cord Insertion Part)
As shown in FIG.
23-3. Third embodiment (prevention of slipping through the screen multiple times)
It is shown in FIG. 16-3. Such a pleated screen has a small folding dimension because the retaining 138b is not pinched by the fabric when folded. FIG. 16-3A shows Modification 1.
23-4. Fourth embodiment (semi-annular lifting / lowering cord insertion portion having a stopper at the end)
As shown in FIG.

24-1. 1st Embodiment (it keeps slipping off from one pitch holding cord in the left-right direction)
FIG. 17A shows a pleat screen in which retainings are held in two rows in the left-right direction when viewed from the front with respect to the warp of the pitch holding cord 6 as shown in FIG.
FIG. 17-2 shows the second embodiment.
FIG. 17-3 shows a third embodiment.
FIG. 15-6 shows a fourth embodiment.

25. 25th viewpoint (Elevating cords are provided before and after the screen to restrict screen movement)
25-1. First Embodiment This embodiment shows a pleated screen that restricts the movement of the screen in the front-rear direction by providing an elevating cord separately on the front and rear of the screen, like the pleated screen shown in FIG. 17-7.

28. 28th aspect (pitch holding cord warp and spacing between opposed restraint points are larger than front and back width of screen)
In the pleated curtain described in Patent Document 5, since the width of the plate material constituting the curtain is larger than the weft width of the ladder-like cord, when the pleated curtain is folded, the ladder-like cord is sandwiched between the plate materials, and the folding direction is The convolution size increases. (See FIG. 17-6 (b), in particular, folding points 143b and 143c)
In the 28th aspect,
A screen that can be folded in a zigzag shape vertically supported by being suspended from the head box;
A pitch holding cord suspended from the head box; and
A plurality of holding portions provided in the warp yarn of the pitch holding cord,
The length of the holding portion is larger than the distance between the base end portion of the warp and the restraining portion where the holding portion is held by the screen, and the length of the holding portion is larger than the front-rear width of the screen during folding. 1 shows a pleated screen characterized in that it is formed as follows. In the holding part, the connecting part of the pitch holding cord with the warp thread, and the restraint part for restraining the screen from moving in the same direction on the holding part on the side where the warp thread is opposed to the screen (with the retaining screen) The distance between the contact portion or the contact portion of the lifting / lowering cord as the retaining means with respect to the screen is larger than the front-rear width of the screen when folded.
Furthermore, the restraint location may be a contact portion with a retaining screen provided in the holding portion.
Furthermore, the holding part is provided so that the linear part protrudes annularly from the warp,
The connection point with the warp is the screen contact portion of the warp,
A tip annular portion of the holding portion and an elevating cord inserted through the tip annular portion exist as a retaining means for the screen on the side where the warp thread is opposed to the screen,
The restraint portion may be a contact portion of the lift cord with the screen.
Furthermore, the connection part with the warp may be a screen contact part of a base end part connected to the linear part of the holding part and attached to the warp.
Furthermore, the connection part with the warp yarn may be a screen contact portion of a second lifting / lowering cord inserted through the proximal end annular portion of the holding portion. In such a pleated screen, the warp of the pitch holding cord does not enter the fold, and the folding size is small.

28-1. 1st Embodiment (folding thickness minimization at the time of folding)
FIG. 16-1 shows the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the base end portion 136a is formed on the warp 6 of the pitch holding cord having the linear holding portions 136d that are flexible at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the warp of the pitch holding cord 6 in accordance with the pitch of each stage of the pleat screen. Then, a linear holding portion 136d is formed at the base end portion 136a, and a stopper 136b is formed at the distal end of the holding portion 136d. The retainer 136 b is inserted through the screen 2 and is locked to the crease 9 of the screen 2. The contact portion between the retainer 136b and the crease of the screen restrains the retaining portion 136d so that the retainer does not move on the warp side of the pitch retaining cord with respect to the screen. A portion that restrains the holding portion is defined as a restraint location.

(図16-1では同一) In such a pitch holding cord, the retainer prevents the screen from falling due to the weight of the fold of the screen, and can hold the crease interval of each stage of the screen. When the screen is folded by a screen lifting / lowering means (not shown), the holding portion 136d is folded so as to be sandwiched between the cloth as shown in FIG. 16-1 (b). Here, as shown in FIG. 16B, the holding portion 136d of the pitch holding cord has an interval (B) between the connection position with the retaining member 136b and the connection position with the base end portion 136a when the screen 2 is folded. It is comprised so that it may become more than the back-and-front width (A). (Same in Fig. 16-1)

Such a pleated screen has a small folding size because it is folded without pulling the holding part of the pitch holding cord and the warp yarn into the fabric (in the left direction in the figure in this example). In the case where the holding portion 136d protrudes directly from the warp without providing the base end 136a, the warp becomes the base end, and the distance between the base end of the warp and the constrained portion facing the screen (see FIG. The holding portion may be configured so that the interval (C) in 17-5 (e) is equal to or greater than (A).

28-2. Second embodiment (pleated screen in which warp does not enter the fold)
FIG. 17-5 (a) and FIG. 22-16 show the second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 22-16, the annular holding portion 7 provided in the pitch holding cord 6 is inserted through the insertion hole 18 provided in the fold line 17 of the screen 2. In this example, a distance L1 between the warp yarn of the pitch holding cord and the crease 17 is provided.
When the screen is folded by raising the lifting / lowering cord 5, the holding portion 7 is folded so as to be sandwiched between the cloth as shown in FIG. 17-5 (a). Here, as shown in FIG. 17-5 (a), the holding portion 7 of the pitch holding cord is a contact point between the lifting / lowering cord, which is a restraint portion of the holding portion 7, and the fold line on the outdoor side (the side where the lifting / lowering cord is suspended). And the base end (here, the warp) in the front-rear direction (B) is configured to be equal to or greater than the front-rear width (A) when the screen 2 is folded. In this case, the tip of the holding portion is annular (tip annular portion), and the lifting / lowering cord 5 inserted through the annular holding portion 7 constitutes a retaining means. In addition, such a pleated screen in which the contact portion of the lifting / lowering cord 5 with the screen 2 is a restraint portion draws the holding portion of the pitch holding cord and the warp yarn into the fabric (in this example, in the left direction in the figure) when folded. Folding dimensions are small because it is folded without any problems.

FIG. 17-5 (b) is a modified example of FIG. 17-5 (a). The drooping positions at both ends of FIGS. 22-21 to 22-23 and all the stages shown in FIGS. This viewpoint was applied to a pleated screen provided with a holding portion 7. As shown in FIG. 17-5 (b), the holding portion 7 of the pitch holding cord has a distance (B) in the front-rear direction between the contact point with the fold line of the lifting / lowering cord, which is a restrained portion of the holding portion 7, and the base end portion. Since the screen 2 is configured to be larger than the front and rear width (A) when folded, it is folded without being pulled into the fabric (in this example, in the left direction in the figure). Therefore, the convolution size is small.

FIG. 17-5 (c) is a modification of FIG. 17-5 (a), and this viewpoint is applied to the pleated screen shown in FIG. 22-17. As shown in FIG. 17-5 (c), the pitch holding cord holding portion 7 has a distance (B) in the front-rear direction between a contact point between the lifting / lowering cord, which is a restraint portion of the holding portion 7, and the crease, and a base end portion. Since the screen 2 is configured to be larger than the front and rear width (A) when folded, it is folded without being pulled into the fabric (in this example, in the left direction in the figure). Therefore, the convolution size is small.

FIGS. 1-3, 1-11A to 1-16, 3-5, 5-1, 5-7, 7-1, and 17-5 show the second embodiment. Each figure shows a pleated screen having a pitch holding cord 6 and a stopper on both sides of the screen 2. Such a pleated screen can have a flexible linear portion larger than the front and rear width when the screen 2 is folded. Such a pleated screen has a small folding size.

29. 29th viewpoint (elevating cord insertion part using staples)
29-1. First embodiment (elevating cord insertion part using B-type staple)
As shown in FIG. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 18A, a linear elastic deformation member (screen penetrating member 150 including a “staple” linear portion) fixed to the fabric by stab deformation processing is the screen 2. The fold 9 is held.

The manufacturing process of such a pleat screen can form the lifting / lowering cord insertion hole and the lifting / lowering cord insertion portion without forming the insertion / removal cord insertion portion in the screen 2 in advance by processing using staples. Because it is possible at the same time, it is efficient and simple.
