Abstract
La présente invention concerne l'entraînement avec résistance, plus particulièrement une poignée (10) d'exercice et un équipement (40) d'exercice. La poignée (10) d'exercice comporte un corps (14) de poignée comprenant un moyen (16) de liaison pour la relier à un élément (12) de traction extensible de forme allongée; et un moniteur d'activité physique intégré dans le corps (14) de poignée.
