Definitions
- the present invention relates to a charging device capable of increasing the driving time of a portable terminal.
- Portable terminals are being released to have various functions and types with the development of complex technologies such as batteries, liquid crystals, and memory chips.
- Portable terminals include, for example, mobile phones, PDAs, game consoles, PMPs, MP3 players, MIDs, e-book readers, and the like.
- the portable terminal is basically equipped with a built-in battery to receive power through it, the emphasis on portability, while the weight of the main body is reduced and the size of the battery is decreasing.
- battery technology has been developed more than in the past, but the amount of power required increases the battery shortage when using portable electronic devices for a long time from the outside.
- the auxiliary battery has a disadvantage in that it does not have a good grip and use state because the auxiliary battery has a shape that protrudes to one side and is not good in shape.
- Korean Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2002-0063050 discloses a technique for charging a battery through wireless power transmission, but requires a power transmission unit corresponding to an adapter using commercial power, so that portability is low and reliable charging is difficult. There is.
- the present invention is to provide a charging device that can increase the driving time of the portable terminal.
- the charging device of the present invention may include a connection part connected to a power terminal formed on a rear surface of the portable terminal and a battery unit supplying power to the power terminal through the connection part.
- the charging device of the present invention may form a rear cover detachable to a portable terminal, and supply output power of a battery unit provided inside the rear cover to a power terminal provided on a rear surface of the portable terminal.
- the charging device of the present invention can provide a beautiful appearance by supplying power to a power supply terminal provided at the rear of the portable terminal and can minimize the size of the portable terminal at the time of practical use.
- the charging device of the present invention can replace the rear cover mounted on the portable terminal. According to this, although the charging device is mounted on the portable terminal, the shape of the portable terminal at the time of factory shipment can be maintained as it is. In addition, it is advantageous in miniaturization of the portable terminal, it is possible to eliminate the inconvenience in use, such as easy detachment of the charging device during use.
