Abstract

A garment strap retainer for retaining clothing apparel is disclosed. The garment strap retainer comprises a device configured to fasten the clothing apparel and a garment at a desired position. The device has an upper arm (36) and a lower arm (40) to hold the clothing apparel in between both arms (36, 40). The both arms (36, 40) are connected at one end by a middle bridge (38). The upper arm (36) has fastening means (44) on its outer surface to fasten to the garment. The device can be used to retain brassiere straps at a desired position and orientation upon a wearer's body to provide for an overall neater appearance. The device can be easily added to or removed from the wearer's clothing, garments or apparels without any damage to them.
