Abstract
Procédé d'assemblage d'un ensemble comprenant une paroi interne (1), une paroi externe (2) carénée et un élément intermédiaire (3), présentant chacun des sections sensiblement circulaires, la paroi externe (2) présentant une forme sensiblement complémentaire de celle des surfaces externe (5) et interne (4) de l'élément intermédiaire (3), et dont la surface interne est destinée à recouvrir la surface externe (5) de l'élément intermédiaire (3), le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une étape de mise en place d'au moins une feuille de brasure, dont la température de fusion est inférieure à celle des autres éléments de l'ensemble, sur au moins une surface de l'assemblage destinée à entrer en contact avec une autre surface de l'assemblage, et au moins une étape de chauffage au moyen d'un four d'un ensemble comprenant au moins l'une des parois externe (2) ou interne (3) et l'élément intermédiaire (3) entre lesquelles est intercalée au moins une feuille de brasure de manière à fixer la paroi externe (2) ou interne (1) par brasure sur l'élément intermédiaire (3).
